A Sorcerer’s Journey

Chapter 651: Expedition to the Tidal World

Chapter 651: Chapter 651: Expedition to the Tidal World

Seven-Ring Holy Tower Hunter’s Dark Wizard Headquarters, Hexagon Building rooftop plaza.

On the enormous thirty-meter body of the Thousand-Eyed Giant Crab was a twisted and blurry silhouette of Green, which naturally became the visual focal point of all the nearby gathered Dark Wizards.

Leaning on the Horned Skull Magic Wand, with Xiao Ba standing on his shoulder, wearing the gray Face of Truth, the twisted and blurry figure under the Robe of Appearances stands calmly as two Demon-Hunting Sorcerers in charge of reception actively flew over.

"Master, we have already called for the mechanical bee responsible for this Demon Hunting Expedition. It will soon lead you to the Space Fortress Battle Command Room."

The witch stood thirty meters away from the giant crab’s pincer, with a large Wizard Robe covering her body. Her strange blood-red eyes exuded a crimson aura as she cautiously addressed the distinguished First-Class Honor Medal Demon-Hunter Wizard before her.

This mysterious Second-Level Wizard’s imposing strength had far surpassed average Second-Level Wizards.

Next to the witch, a male wizard was responsible for deploying other Honor Medal Demon-Hunters to board the Space Fortress first and coordinate the Demon Hunting Expedition with the Bright Sorcerer Squad Leader. These were also the steps Green personally participated in during his previous expeditions when he only held a Third-Level Honor Medal.

"Haha, tell them to hurry up; Master Eight dislikes waiting."

Xiao Ba shouted from Green’s shoulder, merely out of habit to assert his presence.

However, the witch dared not respond lightly. After nodding solemnly, she retrieved a crystal ball to urge the mechanical bee from the Space Fortress to arrive more quickly.

"Please be patient for a moment longer, Master. The lead mechanical bee is on its way."

Further away, the majority of common Demon-Hunters could only patiently wait until the Honor Medal Demon-Hunters were arranged before boarding the Space Fortress themselves.

Buzz...

A moment later, a mechanical bee descended from the sky with its wings vibrating at high frequency, creating a blurred and "buzzing" sound that resonated rapidly like a shooting star, stopping directly before Green atop the Thousand-Eyed Giant Crab.

With a "click," the mechanical bee’s cabin door opened, and the wizard piloting the bee looked at Green.

"Lead the way from the front."

Green, on the tip of the Thousand-Eyed Giant Crab’s red long-haired back, gave the command, and the wizard within the mechanical bee nodded, closed the cabin door again, and with "buzzing" wing beats, ascended into the sky.

The massive shadow of the Thousand-Eyed Giant Crab fell upon the Hexagon Building’s rooftop at the Dark Wizard Headquarters, as it followed the mechanical bee gradually into the high-altitude clouds, heading toward a twenty-thousand-meter Space Fortress.

......

The Thousand-Eyed Giant Crab and Xiao Ba waited on the top deck of the Space Fortress while Green entered the Space Fortress’s Battle Command Room.

Inside the Battle Command Room, nearly a hundred wizards were bustling about; the period before the Demon Hunting Expedition was the busiest for the Space Fortress Combat Command as plans had to be formulated before the war began. Green was entirely accustomed to this.

The fluctuation of a First-Level Honor Medal emerged, as a white-haired old witch riding a magic wand flew over with a half-meter diameter crystal ball floating before her.

The relationship handling between the Combat Command and First-Class Honor Medal Demon-Hunters had become proficient, and Green was no longer the newcomer lacking combat command experience.

Under the old witch’s introduction, a Demon Hunting Expedition target regarding the Ocean World of the Tidal World gradually appeared before Green.

In the Tidal World, no land was above sea level!

This is an ocean world.

The endless ocean and the Tidal Giants living in it are the main themes of this world. Overall, it’s a relatively backward and weak world lacking advanced civilization systems and special abilities, merely a common small world in the stride of the Wizard World’s Demon Hunting Expedition.

"Pearl Strait!"

Green noticed from the crystal ball and paper data collection that the center of this Tidal World is a place named Pearl Strait in the deep sea, which likely is the location of the Tidal World’s World Master.

Like most marine worlds conquered by the Wizard World, the intelligent sea creature groups of this world establish their habitats in straits and undersea valleys. Some oceanic creatures prefer to gather in shallow beaches to absorb sunlight and collect algae plants for sustenance.

"Indeed, information from the Demon Hunting Battle Merit Shadow Sorcerer confirms that this Tidal World has only one World Master, an aberrant life born from the Tidal Giant clan, a Tidal Sprite."

"Hmm."

After nodding, Green started examining the intelligence on various biological groups and resource plunder information regarding the Tidal World on the paper data.

Regarding the distribution of biological groups.

Besides the Tidal Giant clan ruling this world, there are over a dozen different intelligent biological groups. Unlike other worlds, these groups coexist harmoniously under the rule of the Tidal Sprite.

This indicates that the Tidal Sprite likely prefers peace and is not a bloodthirsty World Master.

Among world resources, after a cursory glance at lower-level resources, Green focused mainly on the top three resources.

The third-ranked resource, known as Tidal Flammable Ice, is a special resource found in the deep sea of the Tidal World.

Flammable ice is somewhat prevalent in many ocean worlds; even in the depths of the Wizard World’s ocean territory belonging to the Sea Tribe, flammable ice can be found. However, the Tidal Flammable Ice of the Tidal World differs from the flammable ice of other worlds.

Tidal Flammable Ice, once ignited, yields a special energy known as Tidal Water Flame. High-level Alchemy Wizards discovered that using this energy for metallurgy can produce synthetic materials with unique functions, a resource highly valued by Sky City.

The second-ranked resource, called Sea Soap, is a premium basic material for creating disposable large-scale water-elemental offensive sorcery instruments and is abundantly found in the Tidal World.

Furthermore, research shows that this material seems to have special reactions with Abyss Moss from the Wizarding World’s Deep Abyss...

As for the top-ranked resource, called Titan’s Spear, Green’s eyes under the Face of Truth narrowed upon seeing the information about its ability to integrate into flesh!

"Why is there no additional information appended to Titan’s Spear?"

The old witch glanced at Green, thought for a moment, and seemed to decide to divulge the information she knew, speaking in a very low voice.

"This is a resource specifically requested by the Seven Rings True Spirit Wizard for collection. It’s a miraculous metal that incorporates mysterious power into oneself, tracing back to the history before the Wizard World arrived in this world cluster, connecting with the powerful ancient civilization that once ruled these worlds, the Titan Civilization World!"

Green took a deep breath.

Recalling the mysterious metal of his Horned Skull Magic Wand’s staff, it seems undoubtedly Titan Spear Fragments.

No wonder Laphie’s grandfather asserted that unveiling the secrets of this metal would grant a wizard incredible power; it indeed involves the relics of a vanished civilization world!
