A Sorcerer’s Journey

Chapter 707: Partial Elementalization

Chapter 707: Chapter 707: Partial Elementalization

Fifteen hourglass times later.

The deep, obscure, and mysterious sorcery spell reverberated melodiously with Green’s low voice. After continuous preparation for fifteen hourglass times, countless magic runes flew out from the "Book of Truth," shooting towards the surrounding yellow liquid.

It was as if occurring in different spacetime dimensions as a natural phenomenon.

These magic runes were unaffected by the yellow liquid or the rules of the Wizard World, unrestricted by the material laws of the Wizard World, traversing through the yellow stinking liquid, corroded houses, trees, and plants, reaching the edge where the yellow liquid diffused.

Finally, after fifteen hourglass times of preparation, the Forgotten Truth Spatiotemporal Sealing Technique balanced the rules affecting the Different World, and the runes leveraging the World of Oblivion encompassed all the yellow liquid’s diffusion edges.

In fact, this lengthy sealing technique preparation was the first time for Green, but compared to some worlds that prepare terrifying sealing techniques for months or even years by using the entire World’s Power to resist the invasion of terror creatures from the Different World, it was nothing.

Of course, not every world can master the skills of the Temporal Seal.

Even for the Wizard World, the Temporal Seal is extremely advanced wizard knowledge, hailed as the strongest witchcraft mastered by the Wizard World. While the sealing techniques mastered by general worlds are diverse, most are of a physical sealing nature.

The magic runes encompassed the area influenced by the rules of the Different World. For Green, the magic power consumed to cast the Temporal Seal this time would not be less than sealing Void Creatures.

Beneath Green’s feet, the Thousand-Eyed Giant Crab’s enormous body flared up its hair!

The countless eyes on its massive body rotated wildly, occasionally shooting out a red line that vaporized upon merging with unseen odorous creatures in mid-air.

As a Third-Level Creature of the Wizard World, the Thousand-Eyed Giant Crab was not like ordinary humans in Biselle City; it could not be easily killed by these odorous creatures.

Thud, thud, thud!

Three advanced odorous creatures leaped out of the yellow stinking liquid.

One odorous creature was over ten meters long, shaped like an irregular massive amoeba, with the bodies of dozens of dried corpse of small-town residents of Biselle City clinging to its yellow stinking liquid husk, lunging towards the Thousand-Eyed Giant Crab.

Another odorous creature was similar to the advanced odorous creature Green had encountered before. Its main body was hidden beneath the yellow stinking liquid, using it as an extension of its body, transforming into a long tail, swiftly shooting towards Green.

The last odorous creature was in an eerie black scorpion form, measuring only three meters yet incredibly solid, pitch-black as the Source of Darkness, surrounded by a peculiar fragrance with no light reflection on its body. It seemed to be a mutation among odorous creatures.

Serving as the extremely apparent source of odor above Biselle City, the Thousand-Eyed Giant Crab, while protecting Green to cast the Temporal Seal for these hourglass times, faced countless attacks. Even attacks from these so-called advanced odorous creatures reached nearly a hundred times without any particular sensation.

Once its pincers opened, they transformed into a shadow streaking through the sky, instantly shredding the first amoeba-like odorous creature.

With a "poof," this odorous creature scattered chaotically like ink in clear water initially, unable to regroup, before energy threads sprayed from the pincers trapped it.

Soon after, the energy threads were fed into the Thousand-Eyed Giant Crab’s mouth, akin to slurping noodles.

The long tail formed of yellow stinking liquid aimed at attack was struck by red light emitted from the Thousand-Eyed Giant Crab’s eyes, fixing the tail mid-air. After a shaking tremor, it exploded with a "bang," raining stinking water droplets down on rooftops with a sizzling corrosive noise.

Whoosh!

Only the last black scorpion odorous creature, agile and extremely flexible, dodged numerous red light attacks from the Thousand-Eyed Giant Crab, the scorpion claws and crab pincers meeting, evenly matched despite being different sizes. Soon after, the Thousand-Eyed Giant Crab cried out in pain as the black scorpion’s tail pierced into its body.

While casting the Forgotten Truth Spatiotemporal Sealing Technique, Green glanced down at the situation beneath, but unable to assist during the sealing process, he refocused back on the "Book of Truth" in his hands, fully immersing himself.

The mystical, convoluted sorcery spell grew increasingly exalted, indicating reaching the final stage of preparation, about to commence.

"Little Wan, look, without our help, it’s indeed struggling. Despite the young master’s trust in it! Hahaha, Master Eight, I bear no grudge against petty folks; all your past indifference, ignoring command, various displeasures are brushed aside. Come plead Master Eight... Perhaps if I’m delighted, Little Wan and I might help you, hahaha!"

As he spoke, Xiao Ba surprisingly pulled out a small notebook, grumbling about the grievances caused by the Thousand-Eyed Giant Crab.

Turns out, despite claiming not to mind, he had noted everything!

The Thousand-Eyed Giant Crab strained to maintain its stability, not disrupting Green’s sealing technique casting, yet seemed provoked by Xiao Ba.

With a roar, its massive pincers swiped forcefully, evaded by the nimble black scorpion; several red beams neutralized two black auras from the scorpion, a sudden blue light flash struck with the black scorpion’s struggle cries following.

A crab pincer transformed into blue ice crystal state, extending dozens of meters, capturing the black scorpion. Despite its struggle, it couldn’t escape the giant pincer which was larger than its body.

It was the Thousand-Eyed Giant Crab’s regenerated pincer after undergoing Green’s Essence of Snow Line treatment, seemingly undergoing partial elemental transformation, forming a "Pseudo-Elemental Body."

Poof!

The black scorpion was severed by the Thousand-Eyed Giant Crab into two portions, dispersed into black smoke. Numerous red lines pierced through the smoke, gradually dissipating.

Panting, the Thousand-Eyed Giant Crab "snorted," glancing at the astonished Xiao Ba on the Enigmatic Thousand-Headed Bird, tearing red tears from its crab eyes, dripping into wounds caused by the black scorpion, repairing the damaged flesh.

"Tch, what’s all the fuss!"

Xiao Ba was highly dissatisfied.

Beside Xiao Ba, Cappuccino, gradually regaining consciousness, gazed at the Mysterious Wizard standing on the Thousand-Eyed Giant Crab, feeling pain and longing, tightly pursing his lips, regretting previously wasting time playfully against his grandfather’s teachings.

With imposing might, this wizard seemed to be preparing a grand sorcery, with countless magic runes encompassing the entire Biselle City, the incredible Force of Nature transforming, throwing elemental rules of the realm into chaos, winds rising and clouds turbulent.
