The spear and the golden sword clashed and created a massive explosion. Two different energies clashed and swept the venue.

Then a figure was flung down and crashed into the spectator’s seat. Nikolas had a surprised look on his face, not expecting that he would lose the exchange to this extent. He purposely reduced the power behind his attack, afraid that it might one-shot the enemy again.

Nikolas got back on his feet quickly and glanced toward Tang Shaoyang’s direction. There was a hole in his robe, right on his chest. However, there was no visible wound, and there was no internal injury as well.

"If you are going to play around and embarrass the Lysvand Family, then you’d better stay still and let Mathias fight instead!" Gianni was genuinely upset that his grandson was beaten.

Nikolas kept his cool while making a silly smile. But the moment he turned toward his opponent, that silly smile disappeared.

Even though Zara and Avyn stayed with them all the time, it was still better safe than sorry. His grandson caught on and nodded.

Nikolas appeared five meters away from the 5th-Stage True God Realm. His opponent was in motion to respond to him, but he activated his domain and brought his enemy somewhere else. The two figures disappeared without a trace.

Each guardian was marked with an artifact called the Soul Candle. The Soul Candle was to monitor the Guardian, whether they were alive or dead.
