Tang Shaoyang thought it would take a while for him to return since he needed to gather more information about Bahmes World. He was relying on his team for that information, but unfortunately, they were away on a mission. Even though the team was under his name, they were an independent team.

He just sent a message asking if they knew anything about Bahmes, like which faction ruled the world and so on. More importantly, he needed to know if Bahmes was connected to the Nirvana Alliance or the God Order. They might even be connected to these Executive Administrators who seemed to hate him just because he didn’t act as they wished.

He left the Administrator Space fifteen minutes after the meeting. This time, he returned to the God Realm to meet Feng Zhan and his subordinate. They had integrated the Feng Family’s information network into TEID.

"So, do we have something about this Bahmes?" He stopped them from giving the formal greeting and got straight to the main topic.

"Bahmes’ native is human just like Earth and the Sacred Realm. It’s under the rule of two kingdoms: the Varomaver Kingdom and the Uzaborge Kingdom. Officially, they are not under any alliance and are not anyone’s vassal. However, they have a portal connected to the Elmsano Empire. While it’s not official, I think Bahmes is under the Elmsano Empire’s control."

Tang Shaoyang kept hearing new names that he didn’t recognize. This was his first time hearing about Varomaver, Uzaborge, and Elmsano.

Feng Zhan tried to read the Emperor’s expression, but he could not read it. The Elmsano Empire might not be on the same level as the major faction, but they were quite well-known, quite powerful. The Elmsano Empire slowly expanded its territory in the God Realm.

That was not the one they needed to worry about; it was their backing. The Elmsano Empire was powerful, but it was just another vassal to another major force, the Rivernius Dynasty. Feng Zhan thought Tang Shaoyang might know once he mentioned the Elmsano Empire, but he didn’t get the reaction he wanted.

"Elmsano Empire is Rivernius’ vassal..." Only then did he get a reaction from Tang Shaoyang.

Tang Shaoyang stirred because he had heard about the Rivernius Dynasty from Ira. She was once briefed about the Executive Administrators and their faction. Luke Ponteus was the Emperor of the Rivernius Dynasty.

Everything quickly clicked, finally finding out who stirred the problem. Now it made sense why those people wanted to revoke Earth’s protection. It was a payback because he ignored Loke’s request about Alderman Fiodor’s body.

It became quite simple when he figured it out. Loke was trying to tell him that they could make his life miserable for going against them. They proved it by revoking the protection.

Tang Shaoyang chuckled, finding it funny that this could make him listen to their nonsense. This just made him even more repulsive toward them, let alone listening to their request. At the same time, he was relieved because it was much simpler than he thought. There was no deeper scheme, at least he thought so.

Those Executive Administrators were cowards despite the power they held. They would not take the risk or escalate the problem. They regarded this as a game, thinking they could intimidate him.

"Find more information on whether they have a connection to the God Order or the Nirvana Alliance. Also, find more information about Vigamaur Dgaror and their movement, also keep an eye on The Ancient Kingdom."

If it were just his fellow Executive Administrators, then this was nothing but a burger. Even if Luke Ponteus and Harmond didn’t know how to stop, Clementine and Arion would stop it before it got worse. However, it would be different if this involved the God Order and Nirvana Alliance or even Vigamaur Dgaror.

As for why he wanted to keep an eye on the Ancient Kingdom. It was because of the Sorc Clan. Her daughter was one of the wives of the Ancient Kingdom’s ruler. There was a chance the Ancient Kingdom might try to do something amidst the chaos. He could not rule that out for sure.

There were a few names he remembered from the day of his Trial of God, but then those people didn’t come to him for trouble after the trial was over. Vigamaur Dgaror also hadn’t made any movement toward him after their last encounter, but considering their hate toward the dragon, they might come after him, even working together with the other major factions.

For the next few minutes, Feng Zhan briefed about the Uzaborge Kingdom and the Varomaver Kingdom. Combined force, they had 237 God Ranks, but there were no notable names in that list, someone with fame or something.

The Elmsano Empire was a different force entirely. They had over two thousand God Ranks registered under their banner. Dozens of them had made themselves, clearing the high-difficulty dungeon, dungeon breaks, and their exploit in wars under Elmsano’s banner.

When players reached God Rank, it was hard to gauge each other’s strength. Feng Zhan was having a hard time describing how strong they were. Especially when he didn’t even know how strong the Emperor was. The only thing he could do was to give a list of names that the Emperor might be wary of.

"Even though Bahmes issued War of Worlds, I think they will send Elmsano’s people to represent them in the war. It was a common practice for big factions to acquire more new worlds."

Feng Zhan added. That was not in the report, but his personal opinion and expression. Since he chose to serve the empire, he might as well do so wholeheartedly. Gaining a standing in the empire would help him rebuild the Feng Family back to the top.

"I know, but that doesn’t matter," Tang Shaoyang stood up, "Good work. I have to leave for the World Congress now."

He let out a sigh at the thought of another meeting. On top of that, this meeting might be more annoying because it is a meeting with other factions. As he was on his way back to Earth, he checked the faction leaderboard.

With his business in the Sacred, his issue with the factions in the God Realm, and the Administrator’s issue. He rarely paid attention to the other factions on Earth. He checked the leaderboard to update his information.

This was the second time that he checked the leaderboard. The first time was when the leaderboard appeared, and he quickly found the change. There was supposed to be a level next to the faction name to note the gap between each faction.

It seemed they got rid of the level from the previous World Congress. It made sense because the level showed the massive gap between the Tang Empire and everyone else. It seemed the ranking could be modified, but they could not delete the rank. If they could erase the leaderboards, they might make it happen if it were possible.

The Faction Leaderboard was based on a faction’s overall strength. It was not reliable to determine the actual strength since one God Rank might be stronger than another God Rank. Meanwhile, the System regarded a God Rank as equal in consideration for the ranking. So yeah, the rank was far from accurate.

One name disappeared from the list, a faction called the Pantheon. Asahi was the new name in the top ten. Olympus and the Duchy of Michalina rose in rank, and the United Sovereign replaced the North Federation in second place.

Most of them were familiar names, so he expected to see familiar faces. These ten factions were considered the major factions on Earth, and they would have the highest value vote to decide the War of Worlds.

Fortunately, he still had six or seven hours until the World Congress. He got to spend those hours with his daughters, though he didn’t really spend them with them. They had grown too fast to his liking. Now they liked to play with their actual friends more than him.

Glodden and his shadow spirit were still following. Their safety should not be an issue. At least, no one from Earth would be able to kidnap his daughter with them. He watched them from a distance, enjoying his street snack while wearing his plain wooden mask.

Then he had a meal before the World Congress. Elin especially prepared the feast, a mood booster for him, before the World Congress.

He would become the lead representative of the empire, of course. Zhang Mengyao brought Wei Xi, Alton, and Moonsong. Lu An brought Feng Zhan and his girlfriend from TEID. Adventurer Guild wanted to join, as well as Hemlin and Forlan. Then Li Shuang, with her staff, would help document the meeting.

It seemed the challenge truly caused panic for the other factions. The moment they arrived, the meeting hall was packed. They arrived earlier than the intended time, and the Tang Empire was the last one to arrive. Five minutes before the designated time.

Since the World Congress was issued by the United Sovereign, the United Sovereign would lead the congress. He recognized the white-haired old man named Frans. He was the one who would be the host for the meeting, not Herman Bonivido.

That made sense to Tang Shaoyang. If it were the empire that issued the congress, he would not be there as well. Zhang Mengyao or Li Shuang would host the congress.

Frans was aware of the severity of the issue, so he didn’t waste time with a nonsense speech, informing them of the points they would discuss in the congress. As Tang Shaoyang predicted, it was the method of the War of Worlds.

As Frans finished his words, all eyes were on the Tang Empire’s section, at Tang Shaoyang, to be more exact. His voice held the most weight in this congress.

Tang Shaoyang gestured to Li Shuang, and Li Shuang sent her staff. The staff member was a woman in her mid-20s. She was not even an Epic Rank, yet she was radiating with confidence in each stride while holding a piece of paper that contained the Tang Empire’s proposal for the World Congress.

All eyes on her as she took the platform, "The Tang Empire has decided the format. It will be a duel with Last-Man-Standing and five participants for the duel!"
