Sitting in the middle, Leng Ye, dressed in a military uniform, also turned his head and smiled. "A display of extreme individual heroism! But not bad, you kid are indeed suited for the battlefield! Alright, get the hell back and rest. There might be more coming tonight!"

Amidst Leng Ye’s laughing scolding, Su Ping finally turned and left. He didn’t wait for his dad; instead, after Lu Heng went to rest, he returned alone to the Heavenly Tomb Special Forces’ camp.

He had just arrived yesterday when he was informed of the Ghost Tide’s arrival, so he hadn’t really gotten a good look around. Now, after fighting all night, Su Ping’s Spirit was highly energized. At this moment, he clearly wouldn’t be able to calm down enough to rest, sleep, or do meditation. He might as well go and take a look around the area.

Su Ping was taken aback. To be fair, he had been wearing casual clothes yesterday while hanging out with Yin Luo and Jian Yue, and his dad was also present. Therefore, even if many people had seen him, they didn’t pay much attention, assuming he was just some Breeder.

But today, he came alone. His dad was still at the command post, and Jian Yue and Master Yin were nowhere to be found. Unsurprisingly, he drew some attention.

Su Ping didn’t lie. "I’m your Breeder. This is our first time meeting."

"Breeder?" The leading young man frowned and sized him up, not bothering to hide the suspicion in his eyes.

Su Ping found it somewhat novel. For the first time, he experienced a day when his face failed to serve as a free pass. Were there actually people in the Dragon Nation who didn’t know him? He looked at the young man in front of him—who was also in his twenties—with great interest. "And you are?"

"I’m the captain of the unit, Li Feng, with the rank of colonel!" the young man answered directly.

Su Ping raised an eyebrow and nodded. He remembered his dad mentioning the last time he went back that he used to be the instructor and captain. However, after advancing to the Emperor Level, he could no longer lead the team into the Heavenly Tomb. Thus, he had no choice but to step down as captain upon returning, remaining solely as an instructor.

The person in front of him was the new captain, promoted from among the vice-captains.

"Hello, Captain Li." Su Ping wasn’t in a hurry to reveal his identity. Instead, he developed some interest in the strength of the Heavenly Tomb Army’s members. When the time came for him to enter the Heavenly Tomb, everyone present would be following him inside. The days they would spend interacting were still long.

"You say you’re our Breeder? What Pet Beasts are you responsible for Breeding?"

Instead of answering Li Feng’s question, Su Ping asked in return, "What is the primary Pet Beast structure within your unit?"

The suspicion in Li Feng’s eyes deepened. If it weren’t for the military uniform the guy was wearing, he probably would have summoned his Pet Beasts to attack right then and there. Even so, his expression instantly turned much colder. "I apologize, but that is a military secret. Comrade Breeder, do you have any other way to prove your identity? If not, please wait to be processed. Thank you."

Su Ping smiled. "As Monarch Level Special Beast Taming Forces, you can’t possibly only have Papermen and Night Raven Scarecrows as your Pet Beasts, right? Special Beast Taming Forces require well-rounded combat capabilities.

"Don’t you have two other Pet Beasts? Summon them and let me see if there’s any room for improvement. Once we enter the Heavenly Tomb, it will also increase our chances of completing the mission successfully, don’t you think?"

Li Feng was taken aback. Did this guy actually know that their other two Pet Beasts were Papermen and Night Raven Scarecrows? Was he really the Heavenly Tomb’s Breeder?
