Chapter 4041 - Alternate Exit

The black-and-gold imperial star looked incredibly similar to the ancient star beyond the colorless gate within the Grand-Orient Sword. The moment it came into being, Tianming felt like the core of his existence, which had been lost for a long time, had finally returned to him. He even felt the changes in the hearts of the flameyellow descendants through it.

"The path of the Primordial God-Emperor has opened up even more." All the overflow fragments that Tianming had used had led toward this very step. "Holy shit...!" Ying Huo and Meow Meow's feathers and furs fluttered wildly from the shockwaves.

"Symbiotic cultivation...." Tianming's expression was stern as he took a step toward his destiny. It was meant to be bombastic, for he was to be their ruler.

He symbiotically cultivated with his six lifebound beasts, leaving Ji Ji out as it still needed a lot of nova source to recover. Fortunately, he didn't need its unique characteristics to transform himself.

With his pristine cosmic god body formed, the characteristics of his beasts that he added through symbiotic cultivation perfected it even further. Tianming's breakthrough seemed to have also caused them to unlock some of their bloodline chains, which caused them all to wildly absorb flameyellow void essence to power up their bodies! Having obtained quite a lot of manna, Tianming used them to get their star counts past a hundred million, far beyond the level of normal cosmic god lifebound beasts. Even though they didn't get any new abilities, they had nonetheless been strengthened.

Tianming's divine wonder had been heavily lagging behind while he was an astral god, but with his body perfected, the wonder in it also got a huge boost, reaching ten thousand Xia words. The innate potential of an imperial-class divine wonder was starting to show; even though it was still at the maniverse class, its power was rather formidable.

"Astral words!" Tianming noticed that every single word had an astral quality. Each brushstroke seemed to pulse with dense cosmiforce. "I bet I can finally open the Tales of the Trashy Divine Wonderians book."

But he wasn't in a rush to open it or inspect his wonder's changes in detail. Instead, he had Meow Meow fuse with him before zipping toward Zi Zhen and Moran.

"Now that you're finally able to screw them, you can't wait a moment more, can you?" Ying Huo said.

"Nonsense. The imperial lineages got sick of constantly chasing me down and instead started heading toward the little beastballs." They were all going to Miracle Mountain, so time was running out. Fortunately, Zi Zhen and Moran had managed to collect all a million of the little beastballs. Tianming would join up with them and get them to safety. Yin Chen was already coordinating their retreat. "Not to mention, everything we do here is being broadcast by the Heavenly Dao Arena. I wouldn't do it with them with the entire Upper Star Ruin as an audience."

"Can't you just go into the Empyrean Yin-Yang Mirror and screw?" Ying Huo said, clicking its tongue.

"It's packed full of little beastballs—wait, can we not talk about this?!" He glared at Ying Huo.

"With how naturally it came to you, I’d figured it's a fundamental part of your cultivation. Everything’s skewed toward lewdness," Ying Huo said.

"Such is life! Sigh," Meow Meow lamented, shaking its head.

Tianming ignored them. "After joining them, we won't have to deal with the imperial lineages just yet. If Feng refuses to show up, we can go ahead and bring the little beastballs to the Sun. Ji Ji also needs to fill up on nova source. It's a shame that the entrance of the ruins must have been completely sealed off by now. "What?" Tianming stopped and asked, "Where do they lead? The Primordial Sands or Upper Star Ruin?"

The little cockroach on his palm shook its head. "They don't... go to... either one!"

"It's somewhere... in the... Lower Star... Ruins where... you found... that freaking... centuroptic beast," Yin Chen said.

"Centuroptic beast?" Tianming finally remembered. "Bluemaple? There was a cave with Archaionfiend-like darkfiends, right? Was it where I went with Jian Qinghe?"

"That's it!"

He recalled hearing that the weird cavern pathway led to the Ancestral World. But little did he know that it actually led to a place like the Ancient Flameyellow Ruins. "Get Zi Zhen and Little Fish to meet us at that exit. If it works out, we'll be able to return to the Upper Star Ruin from there."

"Ahem!" Ying Huo said.

"What?" Tianming wordlessly looked at it.

"The Heavenly Dao Arena won't be broadcasting there...."
