Chapter 4170 - Miracle? Surely You Don't Mean A Debacle?
"Put our faith in miracles?" Chen Qing and Lin Shenjian exchanged a look.
"The people believe in facts and tangible proof, but as leaders, we must have faith and conviction. Should we fail, I will perish with my people, but at least we go out on our feet, not on our knees. Death and extinction is nothing. The Primordial Sands will leave our mark on history."
With that, Jiang Tianzhou vanished into the darkness, ascending to the sky amid the chaos and angry clamor on Grand Jiang. In the distance, the ancient ancestor's golden crystal star was still struggling. As expected, Tianming was just ahead, lost in a trance-like state as he gazed at the crystal star.
A faint voice suddenly echoed.
"This is her most critical moment. She’s dead once the Eightpart Pantheons arrive," Huang Qi said smugly.
Tianming ignored her.
"Li Tianming, I can help her get through this ordeal faster," Huang Qi said softly.
"So I should let you out?" Tianming asked with a knowing smile.
"It’s win-win. We help each other,” Huang Qi said seriously.
"Haha... you want to help her overcome her tribulation?" Tianming burst out laughing.
His laughter soon died down and his gaze turned cold. "Huang Qi, you have no idea what she is." He shook his head.
"A resurrected being.” Huang Qi chuckled.
"One day, you'll know," Tianming said. With one last glance at Feiling, he entered the Ninedragon Imperial Tomb and headed towards the imperial star.

As time passed, more and more of the Eightpart Pantheons’ forces gathered by the Xiavoid Stareye in Grand Xia Voidback Hole. Seven groups comprised these forces, with the wonderians accounting for almost half of all troops, which gave them a sense of authority.
In addition to organizing the armies, the marshals would occasionally discuss matters concerning Tianming and the flameyellow voidkin. They considered the kunlan primalwingers and the Tian Jiu Cult insignificant flies and no longer mentioned them.
An old woman with a yellowish pallor sat comfortably in the crowd. Despite her age, her round, plump figure was rather endearing.
"Granny Yin."
Mi Shen Beta, the most talkative of the three, planted himself next to Granny Yin. His face glowed gold as he blinked and asked, "It's been a while since I've seen the devas. I heard something big happened recently?"
"I'm sorry to disappoint you, but it's nothing." Granny Yin closed her eyes, her voice smooth and melodious like a flowing stream.
"Really?" Mi Shen Beta laughed. "I'm glad it’s nothing!"
Granny Yin said no more.
"You're here to find out why Li Tianming can summon ghouls, aren't you? He can summon over a hundred ghoul emperors alone. It’s truly terrifying... It must be even more astonishing to you." Mi Shen Beta added.
"It truly is. So you won’t object to us taking him then?" Granny Yin said calmly.
"That won't do." Mi Shen Beta chuckled. "Li Tianming’s worth more than the Primordial Sands. He holds the secrets of Flameyellow Imperial Star. The Heavenly Dao will decide who gets to keep him."
"What’s the point of this conversation then?" Granny Yin waved him away with an eye roll.
Mi Shen Beta sneered, his eyes narrowing. He stood up with a sigh, his expression full of pity. "While this operation itself isn’t a major concern, I must remind you of the ongoing issues with your ghouls, which is the basis of your power. My advice is not to summon ghouls to fight Li Tianming. You’ll become a laughingstock if they fail."
"Is that any of your concern?" Granny Yin shot him a cold look.
"I'm just worried you'll embarrass yourself." Mi Shen Beta shrugged and glanced at the devas. "Now that you’re unable to summon ghouls, you no longer meet the standards for the divine races, do you? Shouldn't the Heavenly Dao adjust your share of the spoils accordingly?”
He said this, expecting Granny Yin to lash out. The other marshals were also listening to their conversation.
Granny Yin merely chuckled before responding. "Who says the devas can’t contribute as much? I forgot to mention that we're deploying two hundred million cosmic gods for the first battle. The rest will be here soon. Our contributions might not match the wonderians but they certainly exceed the other factions."
"Who said you could deploy an additional hundred million?" Mi Shen Alpha glared coldly at her.
"Didn't you say our contributions are subpar? We won’t be summoning ghouls so we’ll rely on our numbers instead. You’ve deployed three hundred million, claiming you share the same origin as Grand Xia’s wondermancers. What gives you the right to criticize us? As long as the Heavenly Dao doesn't object, how’s it any of your business? The final say has never belonged to the wonderians.”
The air was heavy with tension. Granny Yin rose to her feet, deliberately passing between Mi Shen Alpha and Mi Shen Beta on her way to the devas’ army. On her way there, an insect delivered a transmission stone to her hand. Upon activating the transmission stone, she was met with the image of a young man with white hair. He smiled at the old woman and asked, "Granny, would you like to witness a miracle?"
“Miracle? Surely you don't mean a debacle?!" Crushing the transmission stone, Granny Yin stormed off.
