Building The Strongest Family

Chapter 388: The ONCURA Gambit [ 2 ]

Arthur leaned in, his gaze intense as he addressed his third uncle,Richard.

"Third uncle, we need to enhance our transport fleets right away. Expand our routes; there must be no shortages or delays. If a single hospital runs low even for a day, it’s seen as a weakness, and we can’t afford that."

Richard nodded firmly. "I’ll make sure our supply chains are strong. Additionally, I’ll upgrade our route AI to anticipate any potential shortages in real-time."

Next, Arthur turned his attention to George Osborn. "George, transportation isn’t just about delivery; it’s also about visibility. I want our convoys to be unmistakable, branded, secure, and flawless. Let the world see our efficiency."

George smirked knowingly. "You want a moving statement."

"Exactly," Arthur affirmed. "Every drone, vehicle, and ship should project one clear message: stability."

Arthur turned his attention to Philip, his face a mix of deep thought and determination.

"The financial world is bound to change once we move past this crisis. After the initial chaos settles, funds will start flowing again like water breaking through a dam. Osborn Capital needs to be prepared to harness that tide."

Philip nodded with confidence. "We’ll increase credit access for smaller nations and channel investments into medical infrastructure through ’recovery loans.’ They’ll be indebted to us for generations."

A slight smile appeared on Arthur’s face as he replied, "Then let’s get to work. Every great empire is built on a foundationof debt."

Arthur then shifted his gaze to Margaret, who will be a key figure in their operations.

"Aunt Margaret," he said, balancing authority with warmth, "you’ll oversee everything from this point onward. Make sure all divisions are interconnected and that there’s seamless cooperation among departments."

Margaret nodded firmly. "Got it! I’ll initiate full synchronization protocol right away."

As Evolon’s projection lit up the room even brighter, it chimed in, "Synchronization will be ready at your command."

With a decisive nod from Arthur, he instructed, "Do it."

A soft hum resonated through the table as their family network seamlessly connected across different industries and continents.

"Osborn Holdings System Link — active," Evolon stated, clear and precise. "Unified mode engaged."

Arthur leaned slightly forward over the sleek obsidian table, exuding strength, and said earnestly: "This goes beyond just finding a cure; this entails rebuilding," he asserted passionately. "The world is cracking apart, politically, economically, spiritually and those who provide hope will shape the future."

He looked around the room, making eye contact with each person. "We’veoperated in silence for too long. But now, silence signifies weakness. It’s time to demonstrate our power. They need to see just how much they rely on us."

With a gesture, he motioned Evolon to show an economic map, where vibrant rings representing different industries glowed around the Osborn emblem like planets dancing around a sun.

"With this single initiative, we will take charge of healthcare, logistics, banking, e-commerce, media, and governance. We’re not merely taking part in the recovery; we’re directing it."

A quiet awe filled the room, mingling with the resolve etched on every face.

Arthur’s voice remained steady yet filled with authority. "We’re not just offering a cure; we’re creating dependence. Once the world turns to Osborn for support, no political or financial force will act without our consent."

He straightened up, clasping his hands behind his back. "Velora," he said firmly, "coordinate the rollout with Evolon ASAP.

Second Aunt, get the media launches ready within twelve hours. Garrick, boost production within six. Luke, implement Hivemind technology within twenty-four hours.

Billy and Kaia, roll out Foundation initiatives in forty-eight hours. Third Uncle, synchronize the supply chains by dawn. George, make sure transport visuals are aired on every channel this week.

Uncle Philip, secure the credit expansion approval within seventy-two hours. And Aunt Margaret," he concluded, his intensity rising, "keep a close watch on all these operations."

He paused, punctuating his words with emphasis: "No delays. No excuses."

Evolon’s lenses pulsed softly in response: "Execution protocols confirmed."

Arthur scanned the room like a hawk surveying its domain. "This is our opportunity to move from being a dynasty to establishing true dominion."

The GENEBANE virus presents him with an ideal chance to advance his plans. Once ONCURA hits the market, the Osborn name will be omnipresent, gaining unprecedented influence.

If everything unfolds as he hopes andno significant setbacks arise, he’ll be able to emerge from the shadows and confidently confront the other 11 Families, no longer fearing them.

Previously, he had been quite apprehensive about the 11 Families because the Osborn Family lacked sufficient power to defend themselves.

These families have been entrenched in Panterra for ages, and as soon as they catch wind of the Osborn Family’s growth, they would stop at nothing to crush them before they could gain any traction.

That’s why Arthur decided to relocate the entire family to Varenya, asking Evolon to ensure their visibility was minimized to the outside world.

While their businesses continue to function smoothly, the actual whereabouts of the Osborn Family remain a mystery. Evolon has concealed the identities of each family member, and thanks to its abilities, this task is a breeze.

However, with ONCURA now at his disposal, he has an opportunity to leverage the people of Panterra for his plans, allowing him and the Osborn Family to emerge from the shadows without interference from the 11 Families.

After all, his strategy involves using the citizens of Panterra as hostages. With that thought in mind, a sinister smile crept acrossArthur’s face.

The meeting continued for hours, filled with a range of conversations from reports to projections. Yet through it all, the focus remained sharp and unwavering.

Every division aligned; every goal finely tuned. Once the last report concluded, Arthur stood once more, his presence grounding the atmosphere around them.

"The world is aflame," he said softly yet with undeniable intensity. "Let them shout our name in appreciation."

As he began to walk away, Evolon’s hologram flickered briefly, casting one final message onto the ceiling:

PROJECT ONCURA – PHASE ONE: COMPLETE.

Arthur looked up at it, a faint but deliberate smile spreading across his face, one that hinted at both hope and a warning.

"Welcome," he whispered, his tone both gentle and foreboding, "to the new world."

The lights dimmed, and the conference doors locked tight. Thus started the Osborn Family’s quest to transform the world.
