Soon enough, coming to the realization that it really enjoyed the taste of these cultivators, switching completely to chomping down on any cultivator it encountered instead of slapping them to death like it had been doing at first. Finding out that just slapping these cultivators to death and reducing them to dust was a waste of good food, something that hurt it deeply considering how long it had gone without eating anything outside spiritual herbs and whatever else was stored inside the treasury.

At one point, it had even resorted to eating the manuals and books that had been stored inside the treasury... And although it was far from enjoyable, it had at least been nice to have something to chew on every now and then.

In the end, this had ended up ruining any technique or cultivation mantra that had originally been stored inside the treasury.

But... Now that it had a taste for what it considered to be real food, it no longer had any interest in chewing down on cultivation mantras and combat techniques and was instead far more interested in chewing down on the large number of human cultivators currently attempting to flee helplessly.

The earlier thought about hunting down Xuan Hao having already completely vanished into thin air, as it found itself far more interested in chomping down a few human cultivators over wasting time trying to catch someone.

Only those at the Celestial Immortal Realm were somewhat able to ensure they ended up moving in the correct direction and that still came with risks.

In fact, a few weaker cultivators did end up taking the risk, some ending up lucky right next to the passage leading to the outside world, while most ended up being teleported backwards behind the shadowy demon beast...

In response to this, the shadowy demon beast was left in a state of utter confusion as it watched some of the snacks just vanish into thin air all of a sudden before its gaze filled with a hint of understanding that soon turned into anger, as it watched several other snacks disappearing the second they managed to leave the ancient alchemy sect ruins and step back into the outside world where the spatial restrictions that had kept them limited to moving around inside the ancient alchemy sect ruins were lifted.

The snacks that had suddenly appeared behind it after failed teleportation attempts, ended up suffering the burnt of this anger, as close to half of them ended up being reduced to a bloody mist by the shadowy demon beast’s terrifying killing intent, while the other half plummeted to the ground helplessly. Unable to move even a single muscle in the face of the terrifying killing intent coming out of the Land Creation Realm demon beast, the killing intent having formed a special domain not much different from the domain of someone in the Domain Lord Realm.

Feeling the terrifying killing intent that almost instantly incapacitated everyone left inside the ancient alchemy sect ruins, the cultivators from the different major powers all began panicking as they understood that they had run out of time to escape and no longer had the chance to escape.
