Chapter 2365  The Seventh Valley

"Why do you care where I acquired it?" Yuan responded to the Elite Demon inquiring about the Demon Devouring Sword.

The Elite Demon narrowed his eyes and spoke in a cold voice, "That thing should not exist in this world. If you hand it over willingly, I'll spare your life."

Yuan couldn't help but let out a cold chuckle.

"Do you even know what this sword is?" he questioned.

"That's the Demon Devouring Sword… isn't it?" the Elite Demon said calmly.

"Although there's almost no chance that it's the real one, I won't take that risk. That thing is a threat to our entire race."

"Whether it's real or fake… you'll find out very soon."

The moment Yuan showed even the slightest sign of resistance, the demons behind the Elite Demon sprang into action, swiftly surrounding him from every direction.

"Kill him and bring that sword to me," the Elite Demon commanded.

In the next instant, fifteen Lower Demons attacked Yuan simultaneously.

Yuan merely shook his head as he activated the Demon Sealing Zone, instantly entrapping the demons in its domain.

Before the demons could even get close, their bodies were frozen stiff without being sealed.

"What did he do?! I cannot move my body!"

The demons tried to fight against the invisible force, but even with their superior cultivation, they could only make their fingers twitch slightly.

"This power! Demon Sealing Aura! So you were a Sealer!" The Elite Demon exclaimed in shock after realizing their situation.

"Oh? You seem to know a lot more than the others." Yuan calmly approached the Elite Demon and asked, "Then do you know the name Tian Chenyu? Or Divine Paragon?"

"T-Tian Chenyu…?"

The Elite Demon wore a puzzled look on his face before it suddenly turned blank, as if he'd gone into a daze. Then, without warning, he started screaming.

"AHHH!"

Sensing something was wrong, Yuan immediately backed away from the Elite Demon.

The following moment, the Elite Demon's body started to bloat rapidly, swelling as if something inside him were forcing it outward.

In mere moments, he had ballooned to a grotesque size, resembling that of a hot balloon.

Then, with a violent pop, his body burst apart.

"?!?!"

Not just Yuan, but even Lev and the other demons were shocked by the Elite Demon's random death, something they'd never seen before.

'What the hell? He died after hearing my name?' Yuan tried to process what had happened.

Then, he turned to look at the Lower Demons and asked, "Do you know Tian Chenyu or the Divine Paragon?"

He weakened their restrictions so they could move.

Immediately, they all shook their heads.

"Then what do you know about this sword? And what was your purpose just now?"

"W-We were only following his orders! We know nothing about the sword!" They exclaimed.

Yuan focused his gaze on the two demons from the beginning and said, "You know nothing about the sword, yet you were able to recognize it?"

"That's because our boss would talk about it all the time! He said that he'd witnessed its prowess when he was outside the Deprived Crimson Valley and that if he had it, he'd be able to conquer this world!"

Yuan sighed.

"What a stupid reason." Yuan shook his head.

"Anyways, let's get this over with."

Without another word, he slaughtered all of the demons before feeding them to the Demon Devouring Sword.

"You can stop hiding now," Yuan said to Lev afterward.

A few moments later, Lev emerged from his hiding spot and asked, "What was that about?"

Yuan shrugged.

There was definitely something happening within the Demonic Realm, but he had no clue what.

'Hopefully, Supreme Ruler Dena will have some answers for me,' he sighed inwardly.

They continued their journey, and over the next several years, they would encounter hundreds of Forsakens. However, none of them would recognize the Demon Devouring Sword or the name Tian Chenyu and simply attacked on sight.

Eventually, they arrived at the Seventh Valley.

"So this is what the Seventh Valley looks like…" Lev muttered to himself as he surveyed the surroundings in awe.

The endless plains of crimson grass had disappeared, replaced by patches of black and purple flowers scattered across the land.

The atmosphere itself was overwhelming. A crushing pressure weighed down on Lev's body, making it difficult for him to even move.

"At this rate, I won't be able to go any further than the Seventh Valley even if I wanted to," he said to Yuan, who appeared to be completely nonchalant, almost as if the pressure was nonexistent to him.

"Let me try something," said Yuan.

He suddenly activated Demon Sealing Zone, forming a domain around Lev like a barrier. However, instead of restricting him, it protected him from the oppressive presence.

"Wow! I don't feel the pressure anymore!" Lev exclaimed with excitement. "Is there anything you can't do?!"

Yuan smiled and said, "If you feel fine, let's get going."

Soon, they encountered their first Forsaken in the Seventh Valley, and it was another Lower Demon. However, it had the cultivation of an eighth-level False God.

If they were still in the Nine Heavens, this Forsaken would've been a catastrophe.

'The demons these days are much stronger than before.' Yuan thought to himself after realizing this. However, if he considered how much time had passed since his last visit, this was only natural.

Fortunately for him, a demon's cultivation meant little in the face of Demon Sealing Aura.

It might require a little more effort and time, but in the end, even an eight-level False God, which is equivalent to the eighth-level God Ascension, ended up being devoured by the Demon Devouring Sword.

"If all of the demons in the Seventh Valley are already between the seventh and ninth level of False God, are we going to encounter True Gods in the Eighth Valley? What about the Ninth Valley?" Yuan asked Lev.

A True God in the Demonic Realm was essentially a Cultivation God in the Nine Heavens. It was an existence that even Yuan was wary of.
