Dimensional Keeper: All My Skills Are at Level 100

Chapter 1238 Hope

Chapter 1238  Hope

Ava gently placed her palm above Lenavira's chest and released a soft, soothing flow of healing energy. Green light wrapped around Lenavira's body like gentle vines, flowing into her skin and soul. Ava examined every corner of her daughter's essence with the precision of a healer who had spent centuries mastering her craft.

Max and Elarion watched silently. Alice held her breath, hoping for the best.

After a few moments of continuous healing, Ava slowly withdrew her hand. The green light faded, leaving Lenavira looking peaceful and untouched.

"She is fine," Ava said at last, releasing a breath she had been holding. Relief softened her worried expression. "Her soul is stable. The curse is gone. She only needs to reconnect with the essence of our elven bloodline. Once her nature aligns again, her bloodline will awaken fully, and she will return to her usual self."

Max finally felt his shoulders relax. It was as though a heavy stone had been lifted from his chest. He had blamed himself in countless ways—because she was caught in the chaos between him and Mark. Knowing she would recover eased the guilt that had been quietly eating away at him.

Ava lifted Lenavira into her arms with great care. "I will take her to the ancestral chamber," she said. Her figure lifted off the ground as she began flying toward the sacred location reserved only for bloodline awakenings and ancestral rituals.

Max watched her go for a moment, then turned to Alice. "Let's go too."

Alice nodded gently, her eyes filled with concern for her friend.

Max looked at Elarion. "Uncle, you won't mind if Alice enters the ancestral chamber with us, right?"

Elarion gave a warm smile. "You worry too much, Max. Both of you are more than welcome. Go."

Max smiled back and reached for Alice's hand. Her fingers curled naturally around his as he lifted them into the air. They soared toward the ancestral chamber together.

Max had been here once before. He remembered the path clearly. The ancient trees seemed to lean slightly toward him as he passed, recognizing the aura of the one who had once revived their land.

In a few minutes, they arrived at the entrance of the ancestral chamber.

Two elven guards stood at the doorway. Both were Expert Rank powerhouses, their armor adorned with emerald markings and ancestral symbols. But the moment they saw Max and Alice, they bowed deeply.

"Welcome, Lord Max. Welcome, Lady Alice."

Max returned a polite nod. The guards stepped aside respectfully, allowing them to enter without hesitation.

Together, Max and Alice crossed the threshold into the sacred heart of the elven kingdom, where Lenavira's rebirth was about to begin.

However, Max did not walk toward the sacred pond where Lenavira was being taken for her soul awakening. Instead, he gently tugged Alice's hand and led her deeper into another section of the ancestral chamber.

The air grew quieter the farther they walked. Ancient trees intertwined with smooth white stone, and faint silver lights floated like fireflies along the path. After a few minutes of silent walking, the corridor opened into a wide hall illuminated by soft green glow.

At the center stood a massive statue.

It depicted a tall elven woman with long, flowing hair that seemed to shimmer even in the stillness of stone. Her eyes were gentle, her posture elegant, and there was a serene warmth in her expression—as though she were watching over the entire forest.

Alice paused, breath catching slightly. The woman carved in stone was breathtaking.

Max looked up at the statue with a mixture of reverence and longing. Then he turned to Alice and spoke softly.

"This is my mother."

Alice's eyes widened. "Your… mother?" she repeated in surprise. She blinked a few times, trying to fully grasp his words. "She was an elf?"

Max nodded slowly. "Yes. My mother was born an elf. When I came here for the first time, I found this statue. It responded to me when I touched it, and I awakened my inherited bloodline through it. That was how I confirmed everything."

Alice stepped closer to the statue, her eyes running over the fine carvings that captured every detail—from the tilt of her head to the faint smile playing on her lips. "She's beautiful," she whispered. "She looks like someone who would lift the whole world just to protect her family."

Max's expression softened. "She did," he said quietly. "And this statue… it's connected to her life force."

Alice turned to him, eyes widening again.

Max continued, his voice calm but filled with a deep, quiet hope. "As long as this statue stands—untouched, uncracked, unbroken—it means my mother is alive somewhere in the Divine Realm. This statue is tied to her essence. If she ever died, this statue would crumble to dust."

Alice raised her hand slightly, almost touching the stone but stopping just short. "So… she's really alive?" she asked, her voice trembling with awe.

"Yes," Max said, looking up at the statue with a faint smile. "She is alive. My father is too. And now that I've found Freya, all that's left is to find them. That's my goal… no matter how long the path might be."

Alice looked at him with a soft expression—half admiration, half affection. She saw the resolve in Max's eyes, the hope glowing in him for the first time in a long while. It made her heart tighten gently.

"He must have loved her very much," Alice murmured, gazing at the statue again. "It makes sense now. Why you fight. Why you push yourself so hard. You're not burden to save this world, you do it because that is the right thing… you're just chasing your family in the end."

Max smiled lightly. "Yes. Finding them gives me purpose. This statue tells me I still have a home out there. A family waiting for me."

Alice's eyes softened even further as she whispered, "Then we'll find them, Max. Together."

Max turned to her, warmth filling his gaze.

In that quiet hall, before the statue of the mother he had never truly known, Max felt something he rarely allowed himself to feel.

Hope.
