Dimensional Keeper: All My Skills Are at Level 100

Chapter 1492 An Elven Woman!

Chapter 1492  An Elven Woman!

"98th floor…" Mathew Grimes muttered quietly as he stared at the projection. His gaze slowly shifted toward Joe as he recalled the words Joe had spoken earlier about the disciples of Violet Star Palace reaching this very level but failing to go any further.

The meaning behind that statement weighed heavily in his mind.

Violet Star Palace was not an ordinary force within the Divine Realm. It stood among the strongest third rate forces and possessed countless talented disciples who had grown under the guidance of powerful elders.

If even the geniuses nurtured by such a force had been unable to defeat the opponent guarding the ninety eighth floor, then the difficulty of this level was far beyond what they had previously imagined.

"So he arrived at the ninety eighth floor," Joe said with a calm smile while nodding slightly as he watched the projection.

"As I mentioned earlier, this is the floor that none of the disciples of my Violet Star Palace have ever managed to pass."

His voice carried a mixture of pride and seriousness. The pride came from the fact that his sect had disciples strong enough to reach such a terrifying level, while the seriousness came from knowing exactly how formidable the opponent on that floor truly was.

"What kind of opponent appears on the ninety eighth floor?" Victor Veron asked at that moment. His eyes were filled with curiosity as he continued watching the projection.

He could not help but wonder what sort of warrior could stop even the strongest geniuses of a powerful third rate force.

Joe remained silent for a moment as if recalling something from the past.

Then his expression turned solemn.

"If I remember correctly, the opponent is an elven woman," he said slowly. "From what we observed during previous attempts, her strength is extremely terrifying. She is far stronger than the warrior guarding the ninety seventh floor. If my guess is correct, she is likely an important figure within the elf race in the Divine Realm."

"An elven woman?" The seven family heads reacted with visible shock.

They had not expected to hear such an answer.

The Combat Legion Tower had always been regarded as a treasure belonging to the Black Dragon Clan. Because of that, they naturally assumed that the warriors appearing within the tower would mostly be humans from the Divine Realm. The thought that an opponent from another race could appear within the tower was something they had never seriously considered before.

Even though the relationship between the Human Race and the Elf Race was not as hostile as the relationship between the Human Race and the Demon Race, there was still a deep sense of mistrust between the two sides. Throughout history there had been numerous conflicts between the two races, and neither side had ever truly lowered their guard against the other.

Because of this, the family heads found it difficult to understand how an elven woman could have entered the Combat Legion Tower and left behind a soul fragment within it.

Joe noticed their confusion and smiled slightly before explaining further.

"You must remember that this Combat Legion Tower is connected to two other towers," he said calmly. "In total there are three such towers scattered across the Divine Realm."

"Originally my Violet Star Palace discovered two of these towers. However one of them was later given to your ancestors due to a wager made between our predecessors."

He paused briefly before continuing.

"That means there is still another Combat Legion Tower somewhere within the vast Divine Realm. It is possible that this elven woman entered the tower through that third tower and left behind her soul fragment there. And since all three of the combat towers are connected she became the guardian of all three combat tower's 98th floor."

The seven family heads listened carefully to Joe's explanation and slowly nodded in understanding. The idea that the elven woman might have entered the Combat Legion Tower through the mysterious third tower made sense to them.

After all, the existence of three connected towers meant that warriors from different regions of the Divine Realm could potentially enter the same trial and leave behind their soul fragments.

The third Combat Legion Tower, however, remained a complete mystery. Even after all these centuries no one had discovered its location. Because of that uncertainty, the possibility that the elven woman had come from that hidden tower seemed quite reasonable.

If someone from the elf race had found the third tower and entered it, then leaving behind a soul fragment within the system of the towers would not be impossible.

"What about the last two opponents at the ninety ninth floor and the one hundredth floor?" Mathew Grimes asked at that moment. His gaze remained fixed on Joe while he spoke.

The question immediately drew the attention of the other family heads and elders as well. Their curiosity was natural. If the ninety eighth floor already contained a warrior powerful enough to stop even the geniuses of Violet Star Palace, then the guardians of the final two floors must be far more terrifying.

Joe responded with a helpless smile as he lifted his hands slightly.

"That I have no idea," he admitted openly. "Nobody has ever entered the ninety ninth floor or the one hundredth floor. Because of that there is simply no information about what kind of opponent or guardian might be waiting there."

His expression grew more thoughtful as he continued speaking.

"But if I were to make a guess, they would certainly be far stronger than the elven woman guarding the ninety eighth floor."

Just at that moment the energy gathering within the arena of the ninety eighth floor finally stabilized. For several breaths the entire battlefield had remained quiet as the Combat Legion Tower slowly condensed the figure of the next guardian.

Unlike the earlier floors where the warriors appeared quickly, the formation of this opponent took noticeably longer as though the tower itself needed additional time to shape the fragment.

At last the swirling light faded.

A figure stood at the center of the arena.

It was an elven woman exactly as Joe had described. Her appearance carried the elegant beauty that the elf race was known for across the Divine Realm. Long golden hair flowed behind her back like a waterfall of moonlight while her slender figure stood tall and graceful.

Her pointed ears were visible through the strands of her hair and her face possessed a calm yet dignified charm that seemed almost otherworldly.

She wore light armor crafted from materials that shimmered faintly with spiritual energy. The armor did not appear heavy, yet it radiated a refined power that revealed its extraordinary nature.

In her hand she held a long bow that looked ancient and majestic. The bow's surface was engraved with intricate runic patterns that glowed softly as though containing profound laws of nature.

The moment her presence fully stabilized within the arena, a powerful aura spread outward from her body.

The pressure was far greater than anything Max had faced on the previous floors. It was not merely the aura of a peak Rebirth Realm warrior. The power surrounding her carried a depth that felt ancient and boundless, as though the fragment represented someone who stood at the pinnacle of their race.

Outside the tower, the elders and family heads immediately recognized the difference.

"This must be her," a family head whispered quietly while staring at the projection.

Inside the tower, Max had been standing calmly while waiting for the opponent to appear.

However the moment he saw the woman's figure clearly, his body suddenly froze.

His eyes widened slightly as shock appeared across his face. For the first time since entering the Combat Legion Tower, the calm composure he had maintained throughout every battle disappeared.
