Chapter 1511 End of the Hundred Battle Trial!
Chapter 1511 End of the Hundred Battle Trial!
Following them, the remaining disciples of the Black Dragon Clan entered the tower one after another.
Each disciple displayed their own abilities as they attempted to climb as high as possible.
Many of them successfully crossed the seventieth floor, which was already considered an outstanding achievement for most cultivators. However there were also quite a few who struggled to even reach that level.
By the time the final disciple completed the trial, the overall results of the Combat Legion Tower test were considered extremely good.
The fact that Max and Zain had both managed to cross the ninety first floor had already brought great honor to the Black Dragon Clan.
Just then a powerful figure appeared once again near the center of the trial grounds.
Grand Elder Waller stepped forward.
"Everyone, the grand trial has now come to an end," he announced with a loud and steady voice.
The murmuring among the disciples gradually quieted as they turned their attention toward him.
"There were many disciples who performed exceptionally well during this trial," Grand Elder Waller continued. "Because of that, appropriate rewards will be granted to them."
He paused briefly before adding the next announcement.
"In addition, the three positions for True Disciples will now be awarded to the three most outstanding participants."
As he finished speaking, Grand Elder Waller turned his gaze toward the group standing nearby.
"I would like to request the seven family heads and our honored guest Elder Joe to personally reward these disciples."
At Grand Elder Waller's words, the seven family heads and Elder Joe slowly rose from their seats. The atmosphere around the trial ground immediately became solemn. Every disciple present understood that the moment they had been waiting for had finally arrived. The rewards and recognitions of the grand trial were about to be announced.
Mathew Grimes stepped forward first.
As the head of the Grimes Family, his presence alone commanded attention. The murmuring among the disciples gradually faded as all eyes focused on him. His gaze moved across the gathered disciples before finally settling on Max.
"Max Morgan," Mathew Grimes said with a firm yet approving tone.
Max stepped forward calmly.
Everyone present knew that Max's performance in the Combat Legion Tower had been unparalleled. Reaching such heights had not only broken the long standing records of the Black Dragon Clan but had also brought immense pride to the clan itself.
Mathew Grimes looked at Max for a moment before continuing. His gaze was steady and filled with approval, yet there was also a hint of pride in his eyes.
The performance Max had displayed during the grand trial had not only surpassed the expectations of the seven families but had also elevated the reputation of the entire Black Dragon Clan.
"Your performance in the Combat Legion Tower and the Path to Eternal Flames has exceeded all expectations," Mathew Grimes said in a clear and authoritative voice that echoed across the entire trial ground. "You have brought great honor to the Black Dragon Clan."
For a brief moment he paused, allowing the weight of his words to settle among the gathered disciples and elders. Many of them were already nodding in agreement. What Max had achieved that day was something that had never happened in the long history of their clan.
Mathew Grimes then spoke again.
"After discussing this matter with the other family heads, we have reached a decision."
His voice grew even more solemn as he continued.
"We have decided to grant you the title of Saint."
A ripple of confusion passed through the crowd for a brief instant before Mathew Grimes finished the announcement.
"You, Max Morgan, will become the first Saint of the Black Dragon Clan."
The moment those words were spoken, the entire gathering erupted in shock.
A wave of stunned murmurs spread rapidly among the disciples and elders standing around the trial ground. Many of them looked at each other with disbelief as they tried to process what they had just heard.
There had never been a Saint in the history of the Black Dragon Clan.
Throughout the countless years of the clan's existence there had been several individuals who were granted the title of Saintess, but not once had there ever been a Saint.
Now that title had been given to Max.
The significance of the announcement was enormous.
The disciples stared at Max with wide eyes. Some looked at him with admiration while others could not hide the envy in their expressions. Becoming a True Disciple was already considered an incredible achievement within the clan, yet the title of Saint placed Max in an entirely different position.
It meant that he was now recognized as the greatest genius the Black Dragon Clan had ever produced.
Mathew Grimes watched the reactions calmly before nodding once more.
Then he added another announcement.
"Aside from that, Max, Zain, and Isabella will all be elevated to the position of True Disciples of the Black Dragon Clan."
His voice carried clearly across the gathering.
"The three available seats for True Disciples will belong to the three of them."
The crowd reacted once again as the final results of the grand trial were confirmed.
At that moment Elder Joe also stepped forward.
Unlike the family heads of the Black Dragon Clan, Elder Joe represented the powerful Violet Star Palace. His presence alone carried an aura of authority that made many disciples instinctively straighten their posture.
Joe looked at Max carefully for a moment before speaking.
"You performed very well," he said with a faint smile.
"For someone at the third level of the Rebirth Realm to achieve such results inside the Combat Legion Tower is truly impressive."
His gaze carried genuine appreciation.
"I hope that one year from now I will see you again."
Max looked at him with curiosity.
Joe continued speaking.
"In one year there will be a gathering between many third rate forces across the nearby star realms. The purpose of that meeting is to allow the younger generation of each force to interact and compete with one another."
His expression grew slightly more serious.
"I hope that you will represent the Black Dragon Clan at that meeting."
Joe then nodded slightly.
"It would be interesting to see how far your talent can go when compared with the geniuses of other third rate forces."
Though he said those words, he already believe Max's talent was on the level of the 1st-rate forces.
