Dimensional Keeper: All My Skills Are at Level 100

Chapter 1537 Rose!

Chapter 1537  Rose!

Soon, under Lucia's lead, they arrived at a place that looked nothing like the orderly structures in the central part of the camp. It was a wide, open area resembling a makeshift garage, filled with scattered tools, broken machinery, and the remains of damaged Star Shuttles.

Some of the shuttles were completely wrecked, their hulls torn apart as if they had barely survived whatever horrors Orion had thrown at them. Others were being repaired by a few individuals working quietly in the corners, their focus entirely on restoring functionality to vessels that would soon return to the skies of this dangerous planet.

The air here felt different.

It was heavier.

Not just because of Orion's pressure, but because of the kind of people gathered in this place.

As Max and the others stepped closer, he noticed that this was not simply a repair zone. It was also a gathering point. Groups of cultivators stood scattered across the area, each cluster maintaining a certain distance from the others. Some spoke in low voices, some remained silent, and some simply observed everything around them with guarded eyes.

Most of them were young.

Young, yet powerful.

Max's gaze swept across the area as his perception extended outward, quietly assessing the strength of those present. What he found made his expression turn slightly more serious.

The majority of the people here were in the Law Refinement Realm.

This was already a level that many cultivators in the Divine Realm would spend years trying to reach, yet here, it seemed almost like a standard. Beyond them, there were also individuals whose presence stood out even more, those who had already stepped into the Law Manifestation Realm. Their auras were deeper, more stable, and far more oppressive compared to the others.

Some of them were on par with Lucia.

Some even seemed stronger.

Max narrowed his eyes slightly.

"Why are there so many groups gathered here?" he wondered silently. This did not feel like a random gathering. There was a purpose behind it, something that had drawn all these people to the same place at the same time.

Lucia did not slow down.

She moved forward with familiarity, weaving through the groups without hesitation until they approached one particular gathering. It was not the group itself that caught Max's attention, but the woman standing at its front.

She had striking orange hair that fell over her shoulders, and her posture carried a natural authority that made it clear she was the leader of that group.

"Rose!" Lucia called out as they approached.

The woman turned around immediately, her expression shifting from mild focus to surprise the moment she recognized Lucia. A bright smile spread across her face as she stepped forward.

"Lucia!" she exclaimed. "What are you doing here?" Her voice carried genuine excitement. "I did not expect to see you again after what happened the last time you came to Orion."

Lucia smiled lightly, clearly at ease in her presence. "Circumstances brought me here," she said. "I did not really have a choice this time."

She then gestured subtly toward the group behind Rose before asking, "It looks like you are leading a team. Where are you heading?"

Rose's expression shifted slightly as she answered, her tone becoming more serious. "We are heading toward the region where the crack in space appeared," she said. "That area has become the center of attention recently. Almost everyone coming to Orion is interested in it."

Lucia's eyes lit up slightly at her words. "That works perfectly," she said. "Can you include the three of us in your group? We are also planning to head there."

Rose blinked once, clearly not expecting that.

"You three too?" she said as her gaze shifted past Lucia and landed on Max and Isabella.

The moment she assessed them, her expression changed.

A deep frown appeared on her face.

One of them was only at the first level of the Law Awakening Realm.

The other was merely at the peak of the Rebirth Realm. She didn't care Max wearing a mask. In a chaotic place like Orion, things like this were very common.

Compared to the people gathered here, their strength was almost negligible.

For a moment, Rose genuinely questioned what she was seeing.

She looked back at Lucia, her expression now filled with confusion and concern. "Lucia," she said slowly, "what exactly are you thinking?"

Her gaze flickered once more toward Max and Isabella, clearly unable to hide her doubt.

"With their level of strength," she continued, her tone blunt, "they would not survive even a moment outside the camp, let alone in a place like Orion."

The air grew slightly tense.

Rose's words were not meant as an insult.

They were simply the truth.

"As I told you, the situation is a bit special," Lucia said with a soft sigh, her tone carrying a hint of helplessness as she met Rose's gaze. She knew how unreasonable this looked from the outside, and she also knew that Rose was not wrong in her judgment. However, some things could not be explained openly, not here, and not in front of so many eyes.

Rose remained silent for a moment, her sharp eyes lingering on Max and Isabella before she finally spoke. "I can take the three of you to the area where the crack in the void has appeared," she said, her voice calm but firm. "But I will make one thing clear. I am not responsible for whatever happens to the two of them behind you."

Her words were direct, leaving no room for misunderstanding.

Lucia smiled faintly as she replied, her tone relaxed as if she had already anticipated this condition. "Do not worry about them," she said. "I am here exactly for that reason."

There was quiet confidence in her voice.

"To protect them."

Rose studied her for a brief moment, as if trying to understand what she was thinking, but in the end, she did not question it further. She simply nodded. "Fine," she said. "If that is the case, then it is your responsibility."

Although she could not comprehend why Lucia was choosing to accompany and protect two individuals who were clearly below the average strength of those present, she also knew that it was not her place to interfere in Lucia's decisions.

"It is settled then," Rose continued. "Join the group. We will be leaving in a few minutes."
