Chapter 1862: Sword Sovereign Heaven!

Chapter 1862: Sword Sovereign Heaven!

The moment the name was spoken, every sword in the arena trembled. Damian’s own blade trembled, the swords of the participants trembled, and even the weapons carried by spectators far beyond the Eternal Hourglass shivered in their sheaths.

Even Dragonheart at Max’s waist released a faint vibration, not out of fear, but in acknowledgment that a mighty sword path had arrived.

Across the Divine Realm, countless swordsmen shot to their feet in shock. Inside the Sword God Palace, the disciples fell silent for the space of one breath, and then the entire palace erupted.

"Sword Sovereign Heaven!"

"Senior Brother Damian revealed it!"

"That is his Pseudo Cosmic Path!"

"It is one of the supreme sword paths of the younger generation!"

"No wonder the elders said he was born to inherit the Sword God’s battlefield!"

Damian’s Sword Sovereign Heaven felt nothing like a normal sword technique, nor did it resemble a simple domain. It was a world in which the sword stood above all other weapons, a place where every mountain, river, cloud, and shadow existed as an extension of sword authority. Within it, Damian’s sword intent did not merely grow sharper.

It became sovereign. It judged other powers through the purity of the blade, and it could cut force, cut light, cut laws, cut rhythm, and even cut the command hidden behind an enemy’s technique, provided Damian’s understanding ran deep enough.

Max’s eyes sharpened slightly.

’Sword Sovereign Heaven,’ he thought. ’So this is Damian’s path.’

Dragonheart grew still again at his waist, but Max could feel that the sword had responded. Damian’s path was not as forbidden as the Emotion Severing Path, not as primal as the Divine King Punishment, and not as mysterious as the Abyssal Origin Descent, yet in terms of pure sword authority it stood among the strongest Pseudo Cosmic Paths Max had witnessed anywhere in the Divine Realm.

For the first time, Aurelian’s expression turned truly serious. His Heavenly Luminance Divine Dominion blazed brighter, pressing its golden-white authority against Damian’s sword world. Damian raised his blade, and the Sword Sovereign Heaven behind him answered.

Countless sword lights rose from the mountains, the rivers, the altar, and the palace. Aurelian’s divine throne glowed beneath its endless sun, and golden-white light collided with pure sword authority at the center of the stage before either man had even moved.

Boom!

The barrier shook, and spectators across the Divine Realm held their breath. Two majestic Pseudo Cosmic Paths had finally met. Heavenly Luminance Divine Dominion stood against Sword Sovereign Heaven, and the true battle between Damian Voss and Aurelian Lareth had begun.

The collision between the two paths set the entire central stage trembling. Golden-white divine authority pressed forward from Aurelian’s side like an endless sacred kingdom descending from the sun. Radiant halls, divine pillars, sacred crowns, and a golden throne beneath an eternally blazing sky poured out waves of judgment, purification, and domination.

Every ray of light seemed to carry an edict, and every edict sought to force Damian’s sword world to lower itself before the authority of the Divine Son.

Opposite him, Damian’s Sword Sovereign Heaven refused to retreat. The ancient sword world expanded in silence. The mountains of sword edges climbed higher, the rivers of sword light flowed faster, and the endless sword altar gleamed with cold brilliance while the countless broken weapons buried beneath it trembled, as though acknowledging the arrival of a true sovereign of the blade.

Above the sword palace, the empty throne kept its silence, but the single sword hanging before it slowly turned until its tip pointed toward Aurelian’s divine kingdom.

The pressure between the two Pseudo Cosmic Paths grew terrifying. One side demanded that all things be judged beneath divine light, and the other demanded that all things be cut beneath the sword.

Aurelian raised his hand first.

"Divine Dominion, Luminance Decree."

A golden-white decree unfurled above the stage like a sacred scroll written in light, and the moment it opened, countless words of radiance rained down toward Damian’s Sword Sovereign Heaven.

Each word carried the power to suppress sword intent, purify hostile energy, and bind the movement of the blade. The decree did not merely target Damian himself. It attempted to command the sword world behind him to dim.

Damian’s eyes stayed calm as he lifted his sword slightly.

"Sword Sovereign Heaven, First Edict, All Blades Refuse Submission."

The sword altar behind him released a piercing hum, and countless sword lights rose from the ground to meet the descending words of radiance. Every sword light was thin, yet every one of them carried a pure and absolute refusal to submit. When they collided with the golden-white decree, the sound resembled thousands of blades striking against divine chains.

Crack!

The Luminance Decree shuddered. Aurelian narrowed his eyes and pressed his palm downward, and the decree flared brighter while the sacred halls behind him poured out still more light. The pressure of the Heavenly Luminance Divine Dominion multiplied several times over, bearing down on Damian’s sword world until the rivers of sword light began to churn violently.

Damian stepped forward, and his sword moved.

"Sword Sovereign Heaven, Second Edict, One Sword Divides Heaven."

A single sword light rose from his blade. It looked nowhere near as grand as Aurelian’s divine kingdom, nor as vast as the golden decree overhead, yet the instant it appeared, a chill ran through the heart of everyone watching.

The sword light traveled upward in a perfectly straight line and cut through the middle of the Luminance Decree. The decree split apart, and its sacred words of light shattered into countless fragments.

Aurelian’s expression grew colder, though he did not panic. His golden-white crown blazed, the divine throne behind him radiated majestic pressure, and twelve radiant pillars rose around the stage, each one covered in divine runes and all of them locking onto Damian at once.

"Divine Dominion, Twelve Pillars of Sacred Judgment."

The twelve pillars fired beams of golden-white light in the same instant.

Damian turned his sword.

"Sword Sovereign Heaven, Sword River Encircles The Throne."

The river of sword light behind him surged forward and coiled around Damian like a flowing silver dragon forged from blades. The twelve beams crashed down into the sword river and birthed a storm of shattered light and broken sword sparks. The stage cracked beneath Damian under the strain, but he did not yield a single step.

Then Aurelian vanished from where he stood.

"Heavenly Luminance Divine Step."

He reappeared above Damian with a spear of divine light in his hand.

"Divine Dominion, Sacred Sun Spear."

The spear plunged toward Damian’s head with terrifying speed. This was no long-range beam. It was a close combat strike empowered by the Heavenly Luminance Divine Dominion, carrying the full weight of Aurelian’s bloodline and his Pseudo Cosmic Path together, and it burned so brightly that it looked capable of piercing a star.
