Dimensional Keeper: All My Skills Are at Level 100

Chapter 1903: Max vs Revona!

Chapter 1903: Max vs Revona!

Two beams of light descended, and the first battle of the undefeated four was about to begin.

The two beams landed upon the central stage, and the first battle among the four undefeated participants officially entered the eyes of the entire Divine Realm.

Max Morgan appeared on one side of the arena with Dragonheart still sheathed at his waist and his white hair drifting slightly beneath the pressure of the Eternal Hourglass. He did not immediately draw his sword.

He did not release the Emotion Severing Path. He did not let seven-colored lightning flicker around his body, and he summoned no trace of his bloodline power. He simply stood there, calm and silent, his eyes resting on Revona with a thoughtful look.

Revona appeared opposite him. Her posture was still quiet, her expression unchanged, and her pale eyes carried that same terrifying emptiness that had made so many top geniuses feel helpless.

The Void Origin Eyes were fully open now. They were not burning wildly, and they released no obvious destructive pressure.

They were simply watching everything. The space around her gaze seemed to have grown thin and unreal, as if any power that entered that range would be studied, hollowed, erased, and returned to nothing before it could finish existing.

Angelina Valerius raised one hand above the arena, and the entire Divine Realm leaned forward.

[Battle Begins.]

Yet even after the announcement appeared, Max did not move. The audience froze for a moment. They had expected the first collision to explode instantly. They had expected Revona to open the Void Origin Realm at once, or Max to draw Dragonheart and sever space with that forbidden sword path.

Instead, Max remained where he was, his gaze calm and deep, as though he were not standing at the start of one of the most important battles of the entire Cosmic Ascension Conference, but studying a difficult problem that needed to be solved correctly before the first move.

Revona also did not attack immediately. She looked at him from across the stage and spoke in her usual calm voice. "You are not starting?"

Max smiled faintly. "Against others, starting first is useful. Against you, starting carelessly is foolish."

A slight ripple passed through the arena, and the defeated geniuses on the pillars reacted one after another.

Rakan Thorne frowned. "He is actually thinking first."

Orion Starfall smiled, though his expression was also serious. "That is the right choice. Attacking Revona without understanding her eyes is the same as throwing your technique into a grave."

Kaiden Voidmere looked at Max quietly. "I wonder if Max has some plan."

Damian Voss did not speak, but his eyes sharpened slightly. Ervin’s gaze stayed deep.

On the stage, Max’s thoughts moved quickly. He had faced Revona before. Back then, her Void Origin Eyes had already been dangerous, but they had not yet awakened fully.

Their ability to erase and nullify attacks had been frightening, yet it still held gaps. The timing had not been perfect.

The range had not been complete. The connection between her eyes, her perception, and her deeper void authority had still contained places that could be misled, bypassed, or overloaded. During that earlier clash, Max had been able to use those gaps to break past her defense.

But now things were different. Very different. Max could feel it.

Revona’s Void Origin Eyes had awakened fully. The pale emptiness within them no longer felt like a sharp ability aimed only at incoming techniques. It felt like a complete law of denial. Her eyes no longer merely erased attacks after seeing them.

They traced the structure behind the attacks. They found the source, the rhythm, the path, the intent, the hidden route, and the invisible support connecting technique to user. Kaiden’s Grand Void Labyrinth had proven that.

Even when Kaiden hid attacks through folded corridors, delayed spaces, mirror routes, and false paths, Revona had adapted. She had learned to trace the true route behind spatial techniques and erase them from their foundation.

That meant Max’s previous method would not work. If he tried to distract her vision with speed, she would read the intent behind the movement. If he tried to overwhelm her with multiple attacks, she would erase the structural roots one by one.

If he used pure sword force, the Void Origin Eyes would search for the sword rhythm and hollow it. If he released the Emotion Severing Path too directly, she might not erase the entire path, but she could still weaken the severing line before it reached her.

And if he relied on the Dimensional Sovereign Body or the Dragon Scales Transformation alone, he might win eventually through raw superiority, yet that would not truly solve the problem of her eyes.

Max narrowed his eyes slightly.

’Her eyes are not only defending now.’

He watched the faint emptiness around Revona’s pupils.

’They are learning. They are tracing. They are reading the cause behind every effect.’

A slow smile touched his lips, because that was exactly what made Revona terrifying. Orion’s stars were powerful because they burned brighter and stronger under pressure.

Rakan’s War God Body was terrifying because it grew more violent the more direct the battle became.

Kaiden’s Grand Void Labyrinth was dangerous because it turned the battlefield into an unreadable maze.

Damian’s Sword Sovereign Heaven was frightening because it could cut through the meaningful line behind everything.

But Revona’s Void Origin Eyes were dangerous because they punished repetition and obvious structure. The longer she watched, the more she understood, and the more she understood, the more she erased.

Her strongest ability was not simple nullification. It was adaptation through absolute perception.

Max could not treat her the way he had before. If he wanted to bypass her Void Origin Eyes now, he needed something entirely different. He could not merely move faster than her sight. He had to create an attack that her eyes could not properly define until it was already too late.

He could not merely release stronger sword force. He had to sever something that was not presented as an attack at first. He could not merely overwhelm her with power. He had to make her choose what to erase, and then punish the moment that choice created a gap.

Revona watched him quietly from the other side. "You are thinking about my eyes."

Max looked at her and smiled. "Of course."

Revona’s expression did not change. "You bypassed them before."

"I did."

"That will not work now."

"I know."

The simple exchange made the atmosphere grow even heavier. Across the Divine Realm, countless spectators felt their scalps turn numb, because even Max had admitted it. The old tactic would not work against the fully awakened Void Origin Eyes.

At the Black Dragon Clan, several elders grew solemn.

One elder whispered, "Senior Brother Max is being cautious."

Another elder nodded slowly. "He should be. Revona is not the kind of opponent one defeats by rushing in."

Lady Virelia watched the screen in silence, but a faint glint passed through her eyes. She had already seen many sides of Max, yet even now she could not fully understand the depth of his thinking.

This calm before the clash might look inactive to ordinary spectators, but to those at a high enough level, it was obvious that Max was already fighting. He was not exchanging blows with Revona yet, but he was searching for the correct line of victory.

Inside the Eternal Hourglass, Revona raised one hand, and a faint hollow ripple spread from her palm.

"You may think as long as you want," she said quietly. "I will still look."

Max’s smile deepened. "That is exactly the problem."

Dragonheart remained sheathed, but his fingers finally touched the hilt. The moment his hand rested there, Revona’s eyes flickered. It was not in fear. It was in focus. The pale emptiness in her pupils deepened, and the air between them grew strangely silent.

Max did not draw the sword yet. He simply stood there with his hand on Dragonheart, keeping his intent hidden beneath his calm.

He knew that the instant his sword left its sheath, Revona would begin reading the trajectory, the intent, the rhythm, and the severing foundation behind it. If he used the Emotion Severing Path in the same manner as before, she would respond faster than anyone else had.

So he needed to change the very nature of the first strike. He would have to use an attack she could not comprehend, one that even the Void Origin Eyes could not erase.
