Chapter 998 998: - Glimpse of 1 million years long-Plan

Athena and Aditya returned from the Pocket Dimension after ending the life of the Goblin King. As for the rest of the Goblins, Aditya planned to send a team of elite troops led by one of the generals so that every last Goblin could be wiped out. The Goblins could serve as a perfect opportunity for the new recruits to gain experience in a battle.

But that would come later.

Now their focus on a whole family meeting. Everyone was called to the living room so that Aditya and Athena could share everything that they saw and witnessed with their own eyes.

Everyone calmly sat on the couches in the living room. The only person missing was Alicia, who still needed a few minutes as she was in the middle of an important meeting with another influential and powerful female merchant. Understanding this, Aditya decided to start only after she joined them.

Right now, the whole living room was silent. The only sounds that could be heard were breathing and heartbeats.

That atmosphere was tense.

Watson and Julia had not seen such a serious atmosphere in a long time.

'Man, this is tense. Whatever that must've happened within the pocket dimension must be extremely serious, that forced his majesty to call for an urgent meeting of the entire family.' Spencer thought to himself. He noticed that his wife looked tense. He gently held her palm and gave her a reassuring smile.

Seeing calmed his wife a little.

Soon, Alicia arrived.

"I apologise to everyone for making you all wait for me." Alicia was a woman of her time. As the most successful businesswoman in the world, and possibly in the history of the world, she understood the value of being on time better than anyone else. In fact, she was never late for any commitment or meeting.

But the call for this meeting came out of nowhere, and she was in the middle of an important meeting. She could not ditch the meeting and come here, as the meeting had entered its final phases and both parties were about to sign the contract to seal the deal. They only need to discuss a few more crucial points.

"It's alright! Sit down!"

"This trip to the pocket dimension has helped us understand and learn a lot more about this mysterious organisation. In fact, a part of me regrets not going to the pocket dimension sooner. Then we could have learned way more about the organisation, and its long history." The organisation have been Aditya's enemy since day one. Their very existence would be in crisis if the organisation were allowed to exist.

Once everyone gathered, Aditya and Athena recounted everything that happened while they were within the Pocket Dimension.

"Mom, you have been to the Main Continent many times. Do you know anyone named Leo?" Riya asked in a worried tone. The fact that there was a person who had lived for over a million years and had planned everything in such a long time was deeply unsettling.

A part of Riya even felt that almost her entire life was under the constant watch of the Organisation and its scouts.

But Amelia shook her head. "I know countless people whose name is Leo. But none stands out."

"He is excellent at hiding himself." This much was very obvious. Otherwise, a man like him would have been known as one of the most powerful figures of the Main Continent. But he was different. He preferred to pull strings from the shadows and control everything.

"The worrying part is how many of the big shots from the Main Continent are working for him or the Organisation."

"At the very least, based on everything that happened so far, we can be sure that my cousin is one of the members of the Organisation. But the question is, who else is also a traitor?"

Everyone's looked very worried.

"But on a lighter note, now we know the origin of the Bainnith Family," Lilith said to tease the tension in the room and divert everyone's mind.

"No wonder Aditya awakened Crimson Dragon Bloodline." Everyone looked at Aditya.

"I am sure the Crimson Dragon King never managed to evolve his Blood to a divine level. Otherwise, he would have been the perfect man before me to be the Dragon Monarch." Based on all the things that they saw and the things that they heard, it was clear that the Crimson Dragon King was never really the Monarch.

Yes, he was immensely respected and revered all across the world for being the Emperor of the strongest and largest Empire of that time. The Crimson Dragon King's standing among his kin paled in comparison to the place Aditya held in the hearts of every Dragon.

This is the difference between a Dragon King and the Monarch.

"But before you, he was the pride of all Dragons," Athena added in a teasing tone. But her statement was true in a literal and symbolic sense.

When he was the Emperor, the number of Dragons in his Empire had exploded. Although every race was treated equally, since the Ruler of that Land was a Dragon, naturally, it attracted Dragons more than any other race to come and settle in this land.

"But to think a man of such status, prestige, and power was completely erased from history. Even the Majin descendants forgot about the Crimson Dragon King and only remembered the prophecy that their ancestor told them about." This man, Leo, was just too terrifying.

"I am beginning to suspect that Leo is a man capable of controlling all powerhouses within the Main Continent at any given second. But since it doesn't align with his goal, he purposely hid his strength." Rin couldn't help but voice out her thoughts.

"You are not exactly wrong." Aditya agreed with Rin and added his perspective on the matter.

"Through my cousin, he basically controls the entire Celestial Dragon Empire. The Celestial is in close alliance with a group of other powerhouses. And through their alliance, Leo can basically mobilise the entire alliance force to attack whatever Empire or Sect that might stand opposing Leo."

"In fact, I have a feeling we might see something like this soon." The celestial dragon empire can just deceive its allies by giving some kind of fake or false narrative and then make them join the Empire in attacking whatever forces that might be standing in the way of the organisation.

Hearing this, Mateo and Bree exchanged a look of shock and disbelief. They could not believe what they were hearing, but the conclusion that Aditya made was very logical and very possible. But this also made the existence of the man named Leo even more frightening.

"Before the Crimson Dragon King's death, he said he knew Leo's master, and he said something about Leo's master destroying the world and not allowing Leo to do the same."

"We heard the voice of his master. Because of the darkness, we could not see his face. But what he said was very important."

"The Pearls were used to divide the whole world into the Six Continents and the Main Continent. This also means that the unbreakable barrier that exists between these two realms was created by him."

"Here is a man who is so strong that even without any medium to harness the power of the Pearls, he was able to alter the entire shape, size, geography, and everything about this world. The history of the world that existed before the great division will forever remain a mystery."

Everyone felt a chill run down their spine. Not even the strongest cultivator can achieve even a fraction of what Leo's master accomplished.

"And the worst part, that man is not dead. He is still alive. He is currently sleeping in a cocoon, leaving Leo with the Mission to oversee the pearls."

Athena looked at Aditya and added.

["I have completed the first cycle with the Pearls. It's time to make preparations for the next cycle."]

She repeated the words that he said to Leo.

["You do not overstep your boundaries and create a mess before the maturity period."]

"It's clear that when the pearls mature, that man will wake up again for some grand purpose. This also must be the grand purpose that Leo keeps talking about."

"The worst part is we don't know what exactly this Grand Purpose is supposed to accomplish. Is it another event where the entire map of the globe will be changed according to the will of a man who has lived for who knows how long?"

"When is the exact time for the maturity? We also don't know. But based on how active the organisation have become about collecting the Pearls, we can be sure that the maturity period is very close, which is why the Organisation is going after the Pearls."

"Each Pearl can flatten an entire Empire with one single beam attack. And the Organisation currently have three." The Celestial Dragon Empire had the third one. Since Rin is a puppet of the Organisation, most likely the third pearl has also fallen.

"Now only the fourth pearl is left to be obtained."

"Now our options are, the organisation must be stopped from obtaining the fourth pearl. And worst-case scenario, if they obtained the fourth pearl, then we must be prepared with everything, and everyone united to face them. This will either result in our deaths or a world free from the hands of a man who thinks that he can act as God and shape our world however he wishes."
