Emperor’s Domination

Chapter 6930: Really A Mortal?

Chapter 6930: Really A Mortal?

“Immortal, our Heaven’s Equal branch will not go against you.” Sweat beads streamed down Timeflow’s cheeks.

“One overlord such as yourself can make this decision?” Li Qiye asked.

“I...” Timeflow turned red, unable to refute.

He had absolute authority in a minor world or a firmament. However, he had no say in a major world, not even in his branch.

Heaven’s Equal had numerous overlords and immortals. He was just one of many.

“But out of consideration for you, I will be patient with your master and grandmaster.” Li Qiye said.

“Thank you, Immortal.” He prostrated and bowed his head since this was the only thing he could do.

Li Qiye started leaving and he quickly followed.

“Immortal, are you at the celestial stage?” He asked, aware that Li Qiye didn’t mind him.

Back in Beastmaster, he thought Xiaoyue might be a primordial immortal. However, she still acted like a servant before Li Qiye.

Alas, there were only a few surviving celestial immortals in Heavenrealm. Li Qiye didn’t resemble any of them.

“No.” Li Qiye said.

Timeflow didn’t expect this response. From what he had seen so far, Li Qiye exhibited all the traits of a celestial immortal.

“Not a celestial immortal? Wait, is there something higher?” Timeflow hesitated.

He didn’t know what was higher than a celestial immortal. His master certainly didn’t, and he was unsure about his grandmaster.

For example, the high heaven had to be higher than a celestial immortal. However, how many had seen this mythical being?

“Mortal.” Li Qiye said.

“Uh...” Timeflow didn’t know what to think. If Li Qiye hadn’t done anything, he would certainly be viewed as a mortal. There was no illusion to this after activating a heavenly gaze. Of course, this couldn’t be further from the truth.

“Are you really a mortal?” He asked.

“Who bothers to pretend to be a mortal?” Li Qiye said.

“...” Timeflow thought it was true. Pretending to be an immortal made sense, who would pretend to be a mortal?

“How can a mortal be so strong?” He asked.

“Because I’m a mortal.” Li Qiye smiled.

“I see...” He knew this was an unreachable domain. He wasn’t at the level to even fathom it despite the man standing right in front of him.

Perpetual Immortal was a direct disciple of Breaker Immortal, one of his two favorites, the other being Treasure Immortal Lord. Treasure was the first disciple and more importantly, Breaker Immortal’s son.

Although both were grand immortals, Perpetual was still weaker. Nevertheless, he was incredible - being a part of a galaxy that became enlightened with the dao. He himself was a world.

Thus, he didn’t have a fixed location, always flowing through space in a special form. Finding him was exceedingly difficult.

“Pop!” Spatial ripples could be heard, emanating from a power source coming from three million years in the past.

Explosions came next, obliterating this spatial location and its stars. Before a black hole could take form, a large galaxy took over the void.

This was none other than Perpetual Immortal. Within him were massive celestial walls protecting pavilions. His cosmic body could be sculpted to his whim.

The roars of beasts and birds could be heard. Wondrous terrains made up this independent world.

“Boom!” Four celestial primal beasts pulled the galaxy.
