Eternal Cultivation of Alchemy

Chapter 3647 Misconception

Chapter 3647 Misconception

Alex most certainly would have wanted to not show any change in expression, but that was simply impossible upon hearing his number and learning just how massive his Soul Space actually was.

"750 thousand kilometers?" Alex asked again just to confirm he had heard the correct number.

The Sky God tossed the talisman to him and Alex caught it. He quickly read it, and found the exact number to be 754 thousand kilometers. In terms of other realms, the Formation Monarch's realm was the closest to that at 720 thousand kilometers.

The closest realm after that was the Fiend's Sanctuary realm at 798 thousand kilometers of distance from edge to edge where it was the longest. It was the second largest human realm, with Medicine World right after that as the actual largest.

If one were to consider the beasts too, however, the Land of the Blessed Sun was easily the biggest realm, spanning a distance that was multiple times the size of the Medicine World.

Alex slowly put down the talisman and looked toward the group of people who all stared at him with a look of awe on their faces. He had a few questions he wanted to ask, but with everyone there, he found it hard to voice his inquiries.

The Sky God didn't seem to realize that either, so she said a few words of congratulations and walked away from the place. The other Reverends and Sages did the same, finally leaving Alex alone with Ronron.

"Congratulations, father!" Ronron said in her excited tone, nearly jumping up and down along with her words. "I could have never imagined this was how large your Soul Space was at all."

"Me neither," Alex said, scratching the back of his head in a bit of an awkward gesture.

He had always known his Soul Space was massive. To begin with, back when it was first discovered that his Soul Space wasn't normal at all, Yang Renye had assumed that his Soul Space had to be larger than the central continent back in the 3rd Major Spirit realm.

It became apparent very quickly to Alex that it was a bit of an understatement. As things went on, he started realizing that his Soul Space was so much bigger. And by the time he had arrived in the Immortal realm, he had a decent idea that his Soul Space was likely as large as the 3rd Major Spirit realm itself, if not larger.

Even after that, he thought his Soul Space might have been larger, but if someone were to ask him at that point, he would have given a size for his Soul Space that wasn't any better than Ronron's.

Ronron's 200-thousand-kilometer-wide Soul Space was easily bigger than the 3rd Major Spirit world, so he would have assumed his to be the same. But only now was he learning just how widely mistaken he was about his information.

"Is something wrong, father?" Ronron asked upon noticing his expression. "You don't seem particularly happy with this news?"

"Hmm? Oh no, I'm happy," Alex quickly said. "I'm more speechless, so I'm struggling to express my happiness right now."

"Ah! I see. I was the same too," Ronron said. "Should we leave?"

There was nothing else to do, so Alex left with Ronron, walking up the stairs back out into the palace. On the way, Ronron excitedly mentioned that she couldn't wait to see the place inside of Alex's Soul Space that everyone kept talking about.

"Had I known how large my Soul Space was, I would've taken you in long ago," Alex said with a sigh. "You missed some precious few years of cultivation as a result."

"That's fine, father. From what I understand, the Qi in there is limited, so since others got to make use of it in my stead, nothing was wasted. I can make use of what's remaining now," she said.

Alex nodded. "Thankfully, we now know it is safe for you to cultivate anytime you want."

"Yes, but only until my master finds me another Space Stone," Ronron said nonchalantly. "After that, who knows how big my Soul Space will grow to be."

Alex nearly paused in his step. "You can do that too?" he asked.

"Do what?" Ronron asked, turning toward him.

"Make use of multiple Space Stones."

Ronron nodded. "I have already made use of one, so what's wrong with using another?"

"I… I guess that's true."

Alex had never truly known if it was possible for him to use another Space Stone to improve his Soul Space or not. For some reason, along the way, he had started believing that one could only use a single Space Stone and never more.

'Was it Bai Jingshen who told me that?' Alex thought. He was almost certain it had to be him who told him that, or at least implied such a thing. But Alex could not for the life of him tell why Bai Jingshen would even know such a thing.

Although, there was still no guarantee that things worked the same way for Alex as they did for Ronron and her master. Perhaps, it truly was just a one-time thing for him. The only way to find out whether that was true or not was to find another Space Stone and try absorbing it.

As of right now, Alex had absolutely no way to find any at all. The Sky God likely had some with her, but the chance that she would give him any was practically nil. If he wanted to find some, he would have to do so some other way.

As Alex thought of finding more Space Stones, he was led back to thinking about what the Sky God had said about her Space Stone, as well as the fact that she had refined multiple afterward.

'Hmm… did she imply that she has refined more Space Stones than me, perhaps twice as much, if not more? But the overall result of that is only a fifth greater than mine. Doesn't that make me the better of the two when it comes to refining Space Stones?'
