It was her own influence, which, with the help of the Demon World, carried the memories of her life and her Archdevil bloodline.

Originally, this should have been enough for her to awaken her true memories from birth, as well as inherit a portion of her own strength.

Had this happened, the rate at which she would have progressed would have been astonishing. The time needed would have been far shorter.

Unfortunately, something interfered with her awakening.

One of the other two powers directly descended upon her baby body and sealed them both.

Liora frowned. But soon, she regained her composure.

She realized the source of the second power after a bit of thinking.

It was the Will of the Cosmic Universe!

Although she had never truly come into contact with it in the past, Liora could be certain that it belonged to the Will of the Cosmic Universe.

After all, the aura of a world was something she was very familiar with due to her previous adventures. She would never mistake it.

The reason she didn’t immediately realize this was not because it was difficult to identify. Rather, it was because she noticed another aura entangled with it.

The power of the Will of the Cosmic Universe and that unknown power intertwined, clashing yet somehow becoming one.

Liora was curious. She truly could not recognize who the second aura belonged to.

It seemed… extremely chaotic. Familiar yet foreign at the same time.

Yet just as she was about to investigate this feeling further, the third power finally took action too.

A thunderous bang echoed.

Although no one was affected by their attacks, the two powers collided fiercely in the air.

Their momentum wrapped one another, like two invisible beings having a fight.

In the end, they found themselves in a stalemate, with one slowly consuming the other.

It didn’t take long.

Within moments, they had consumed each other and rapidly faded away.

Yet in the final moment, a silhouette materialized.

It raised its head and stared at Liora before pointing toward the sky.

Its lips parted. It looked ready to say something.

Words indeed came out of its mouth.

“Your… e—”

Unfortunately, before it could complete its sentence, the silhouette dispersed.

Only Liora remained in the room—save for her parents and her past self.

Yet although everything was over and there was absolutely no danger, Liora’s face remained solemn.

She thought of the last words the figure had uttered. Their meaning did not seem simple at all.

Liora no longer had time to pay attention to her past self.

After enlightening it and completing her entire timeline, she took a step back.

The river beneath her could no longer contain her. The illusory waters rioted and expelled her.

Following a flicker, her vision darkened.

When Liora’s eyes opened again, she found herself seated beside a wide illusory river.

She was still seated on her Throne, still staring silently at the River of Time.

Yet compared to only a few moments ago, her entire temperament had undergone massive changes.

She now looked more ancient and transcendent than ever, like an antique who had time-traveled to the present.

After tracing back through her past, Liora’s advancement was finally complete!

Other Shore—the first substage—had been reached!

From now on, she was a true Ancient Devil!

As long as she wanted, the imprints she had left on the past points in time could take action and directly alter her past.

Of course, Liora refrained from recklessly taking action.

Although her past selves possessed the power of Ancient Devils, the events that followed had remained exactly the same. Her past was unchanged.

Not only because Liora had no intention of testing the extent of the backlash she would suffer if she intervened, but also because her attention was still on something else.

The final silhouette she had seen.

As well as the words that figure had uttered.

The silhouette’s appearance surfaced in her mind.

Long hair. Facial features that resembled hers. A coat one would wear in a laboratory.

It was a person she was intimately familiar with. Someone who had played a great role in helping her reach the current point.

Anna! Her aunt in this world and the person who had interfered many times in the past!

Whether it was her enrollment in the War Academy, her subsequent treatment by the War God, or even her eventual arrival in the extraterrestrial battlefield, Liora had always suspected that her aunt had played a significant role in it.

Now, this had all but been confirmed!

“To be able to fight against the Will of the Cosmic Universe and even sense my peering through time, Anna’s strength is even more impressive than I initially imagined.”

In this world, Awakeners at Rank 11 stood on the same level as Ancient Devils in name.

However, their actual strength was many times weaker.

Similarly, they lacked the ability to access the River of Time like Ancient Devils.

To be able to lock onto her through the timeline and even try to communicate with her, Anna must either have practiced another power system, or her strength must have reached a terrifying level.

Most likely, both were true at the same time.

Shockingly, the strongest person Liora had ever met in the Cosmic Universe was neither the War God, Elaouthr, nor even the Divine Emperor.

Instead, it was her aunt, a person she had met only before she awakened her memories!

“Judging from her interference in my birth, it is obvious that she has known my identity as an outsider for a long time.”

“No!” she shook her head.

“Perhaps my rebirth as her ‘niece’ was directly manipulated by her. For someone of our level, it should be easy to create such a disguise.”

“However, what could possibly be her purpose in doing so?”

“To try and fight against the Will of the Cosmic Universe? To save herself from the Era’s destruction?”

“More importantly, what was the meaning of her final words?”

“Her… e—?”, Liora repeated these two words several times.

Eventually, her eyes narrowed. She had a guess regarding Anna’s hint.
