Every word he said made her feel sweet whenever she recalled them.

As she finished speaking, both of their phones rang simultaneously.

Momo’s eyes lit up with joy, saying, "It’s Ye Zhan calling me; it must be Tang Jinchen calling you."

She then lowered her head to pull out her phone.

Gu Zhitong glanced at her and promptly took out her phone, seeing that it was indeed a call from Tang Jinchen.

A smile immediately spread across her face as she pointed ahead to Momo.

Pressing the answer button, she quickly walked towards the parking space in front.

Momo stopped.

Staring at the flashing name on the screen, the corners of her mouth involuntarily curved upward, and her heartbeat quickened.

After listening to the ringtone for a few seconds, she pressed the answer button, her soft and gentle voice spilled from her lips, "Hello."

"Momo, do you miss me?"

"Before you come back, don’t call me again, just make sure to take care of yourself and complete your task safely."

Momo looked up at Gu Zhitong who had walked towards the car in the distance.

She didn’t know what Gu Zhitong was saying to Tang Jinchen, but just seeing her from the side, she could feel her happiness.

Momo took a deep breath and asked, "How about a video chat?"

"Okay."

Ye Zhan answered before promptly hanging up.

Two seconds later, the video arrived.

He was in a room, the simple furnishing made it unclear which city it was in.
