“It won’t be that easy. Haotian, Binan, you take the injured brothers and leave first, and also take the bodies of those who sacrificed themselves. I will cover your retreat!” Zhang Rou moved to Yue Buqun’s side, grabbing him while placing his long blade against Yue Buqun’s neck.

The mysterious woman narrowed her eyes. “If even a single hair on him is harmed, I will hunt you down to the ends of the earth.”

Ning Zhongze and Yue Buqun exchanged glances, not understanding why her attitude had changed so drastically. However, with the woman now appearing unapproachable, they dared not say anything further and could only repeatedly express their gratitude before hurriedly leaving with their daughter.

After they departed, the mysterious woman let out a long sigh. “Little aunt, after all these years, there is still no news of my sister. Will you blame me…”
