Chapter 2150: Death of the Dusk Family Head

Chapter 2150: Death of the Dusk Family Head

Border City-Ironvale Family

"Head of the Dusk Family, I think you should leave," Head Roland said.

Hearing that, they got angry. They really didn’t want to fight here. They had come here to collect information.

"I’m glad that you have recovered. We will see you later." After saying that, the brown-haired wizard left with the other two Magic Lords.

Head Roland and the Elder watched them leave. Once they had gone out of the estate,

The Elder turned towards Head Roland and said, "It was clearly planned by them. The three Wizard Families had clearly plotted together to hurt our family."

Roland’s eyes turned cold.

He said, "They managed to weaken the other two families, so we should be careful."

Both of them returned to the estate.

On the other hand, the red smoke was following the three Magic Lords. They stopped in midair after leaving the estate.

The brown-haired wizard’s face was ugly. He didn’t expect to receive such disrespect. He understood that their actions had been exposed.

They could not maintain their relationship as usual with the Ironvale Family. If Head Roland learned the truth, then he would share the news with the other two Wizard Families as well.

"Dusk Family Head, are you going to leave like that?" one of the Magic Lords said.

"We have weakened two families. If we don’t weaken the Ironvale Family, then it could cause trouble for us," the second Magic Lord said.

Hearing that, the brown-haired wizard turned towards them.

"Right now, there is someone staying inside the Ironvale Family. That guest has cured the mana corruption disease. We should wait for the guest to leave. Then we will take action against them." After saying that, the brown-haired wizard continued flying forward.

The two Magic Lords heard that. They looked at each other. They agreed with the reasoning. Then, they separated and returned to their families.

The zero puppet stayed in midair. It recalled the Master’s order. These people were going to take action against the Ironvale Family, but they were not going to do that now.

Swoosh!

The zero puppet then moved towards the brown-haired wizard, who was returning to the Dusk Family.

The Dusk Family Head was going back. He didn’t know how the Ironvale Family got the help of that powerful person. He was more interested in knowing about the guest.

It didn’t take long for him to return to the Dusk Family estate. He didn’t stop anywhere until he reached the study chamber.

He entered the study chamber. Now that he knew the Ironvale Family had survived, he could not execute the next plan given by the mysterious person.

He needed to eliminate either Roland or the Elder of the Ironvale Family estate. Only then could he resume the work given by the mysterious person.

The red smoke entered the room through the gap. The red smoke saw the brown-haired man seated behind the desk.

The zero puppet decided to eliminate the wizard.

Buzz!

Just then, something else happened. A green lamp on the desk lit up. The green flame began to sway and then intensified.

The brown-haired wizard felt the changes. Upon seeing the green lamp, his expression shifted dramatically.

"Dusk Family Head, I hope you take control of the wizard families as soon as possible," a voice sounded from the green lamp.

The green lamp was no ordinary thing. It was a magic artifact.

He was just thinking about the mysterious person, but he didn’t expect him to make contact right now.

"Elder, I encountered trouble. The Ironvale Family Head got someone’s help to cure the mana corruption disease," he said, looking at the lamp.

The green flame inside the lamp flickered.

"It’s not easy to cure mana corruption. Are you sure?" a voice sounded.

"Yes. I have witnessed it with my own eyes. Head Roland was completely cured," he said.

"It’s not easy to get the cure. Did you get news of where the helper came from?" the voice asked.

"I tried to collect information, but Head Roland refused to tell me anything. I only know that his daughter went to the Market City to attend an auction. She returned with the helper," he replied.

The green flame swayed.

"Capture that person. I don’t want anyone else to find the secret," the voice sounded.

Hearing that, the face of the brown-haired man changed drastically. He didn’t want to offend a guest of the Ironvale Family without knowing their background.

But he couldn’t say that to this person, so he agreed on the surface.

"Okay," he replied.

The green flame flickered. It returned to normal. It was a sign that the communication was cut off.

The brown-haired wizard sighed in relief. He leaned back against the chair, pondering how to capture the guest of the Ironvale Family.

Just then, the red smoke entered his body. It quickly reached the mana core and the heart. The Dusk Family Head was caught off guard.

He didn’t know what was going on. Then, he felt a sense of crisis. He wanted to shout out loud, but he found his entire body was frozen.

He couldn’t even speak or shout. The zero puppet with dark and red energy was corroding his internals-including the heart and the mana core.

The Dusk Family Head realized that he had done something wrong. He immediately thought of the guest of the Ironvale Family.

From the beginning, he had suspected that person should not be offended. That was why he had left the place. But he didn’t expect things to change when the mysterious elder gave the order.

A realization dawned on him. He understood that someone had been near him and heard the whole conversation, and that it was related to the guest of the Ironvale Family.

It didn’t take long for his organs to fail. The brown-haired wizard realized that he was going to die. Next, his powerful mana core was corroded.

In any other situation, the destruction of the mana core would have destroyed the surroundings. But here, the red smoke was destroying the massive energy through corrosion.

It didn’t take long for the mana core energy to disappear completely. The Dusk Family Head died on the spot.

The red smoke then turned towards the green lamp. The zero puppet decided to hand over the green lamp to the Master.
