Chapter 77: You’re Our Saviour
Chapter 77: You’re Our Saviour
Xia Ying and Ji Ling Shuang stood back-to-back, constantly attacking the magical beasts as blood dyed their clothes red.
The offensive power of the two fighting side by side was very outstanding among the two groups.
Suddenly, a huge magical beast flew high in the sky, opened its large bloody mouth and bit towards the two of them.
“AH! Be careful above you!” A member of group 3 couldn’t resist screaming, but it was too late to rescue.
Ji Ling Shuang and Xia Ying only felt that their heads were shrouded in a shadow. When they looked up, they went pale with shock. They hurriedly tried to attack, but they were entangled by the other magical beasts surrounding them.
The magical beast above their heads had a pair of wings, and the pressure it exuded was far above the other magical beasts around it.
The two of them had already exhausted their trump cards when they encountered danger earlier. When they saw the ferocious look of the magical beast approaching with its large, bloody mouth, they both felt despair.
Then Xia Ying and Ji Ling Shuang both made a move at the same time, turning around and trying to push each other away, hoping to save the other.
But the two who had just moved a few steps away were trapped by several magical beasts that were besieging them. They could only wait for the claws of the magical beast above them to arrive.
Just when the two of them felt hopeless and desolate.
Suddenly, a ghostly figure fell above the heads of Ji Ling Shuang and Xia Ying.
[BANG!!] The figure only swayed in the air a bit, and everyone saw the ferocious and powerful magical beast flying out of the air, landing heavily to the ground.
What shocked everyone was that the huge monster that landed on the ground was left with a bloody hole at the centre of its brows where the crystal core was. After struggling on the ground a few moments, its vitality began to gradually weaken and disappear.
Clearly, the crystal core on its head had been dug out by the figure during the fight.
The people in both groups looked at the figure with surprise and excitement. They thought it was their instructors who had come to rescue them. The lingering despair in their hearts gradually faded away, as if they saw the hope of life.
But the figure didn’t stop immediately. After landing, she wandered among the magical beasts besieging Ji Ling Shuang and Xia Ying.
Wherever it passed, magical beasts fell to the ground one after another. Similarly, their crystal cores had been dug out, and they were as dead as could be.
Then a group of people rushed out from the side and joined the battle. The dangerous situation the two teams were in was alleviated, and they began to fight back crazily.
The instructors who had been entangled by several powerful magical beasts happened to arrive and saw what just happened, then breathed a huge sigh of relief.
If Ji Ling Shuang, and Xia Ying, and the other three people in these two teams died during the training, then the mater would become serious.
With the addition of Yu Qing Qian and group 7, the battle situation was developing towards a one-sided state.
After a while, the ground was covered with corpses of magical beasts, with the most around Ji Ling Shuang and Xia Ying.
At the end of the battle, the figure wandering among the magical beasts stopped, landed in front of Ji Ling Shuang and Xia Ying, and asked with worry: “Are you two ok?”
“Qing Qian, it’s really you!” When Xia Ying saw Yu Qing Qian, she rushed over and hugged her excitedly, “Wuwu1, Qing Qian, you’re really our saviour. Seeing that ghostly figure, I guessed it was you.”
Ji Ling Shuang also ran up and hugged Yu Qing Qian with excitement from surviving the disaster, “I just knew it was you.”
Yu Qing Qian had just rescued them with a force even more ferocious than the magical beasts. She was both grateful while sighing with a mixture of emotions that her friend’s fighting power was too abnormally perverted.
The people in group 3 and group 8 were gasping for air after the disaster. When they heard Xia Ying shout ‘Qing Qian’, they couldn’t help but focus on the figure who had landed on the ground and saw, very clearly, her true face.
When they discovered that the person was actually the legendary semi-trash Yu Qing Qian, everyone, except Qi Rui who looked fine, revealed a look of disbelief, as if they had seen a ghost.
1sound of crying.
Note: Sorry guys, poor time management on my part hahaha… Also for those who read PMIW, I will upload an extra one on Sunday to make up for the missed upload. I did forget about PMIW’s chapter yesterday… but then at 10pm last night I remembered it, but then my internet wasn’t working (it has been iffy recently), so I’m like, stuff it, it’s a sign to go to bed, so I did… HAHA
