“ufufu, looks like things went very well.”
Returning to Lizbeth’s room, we were subjected to a lot of teasing from Maya who had been waiting there.

Both me and Lizbeth hid our mouths in a fluster.

Seeing both me and Lizbeth look astonished at her genuine attempt at congratulating us, Maya angrily complained.

“Yes. For Lady Lizbeth, Young lord Wilhelm himself came, and then there was also an attendant sent by Prince Robin as well.”

That’s why, to get me to meet him as well, Queen Alicia probably sent a messenger asking for me.

“That’s the situation so, I’ll head out to meet Queen Alicia………no, Brother Fredrik now.”

Her moist upturned Aquamarine eyes gazed directly at me intently.
Man, I just can’t refuse that, can I?
“O-of course not, but………well, the party hall will have both Wilhelm and Robin as well. Will you be alright……..?”
“Yes. My main priority will always be to be together with my beloved Prince Rudolf, first and foremost, at all times after all.”
Lizbeth put a hand on her chest and smiled sweetly.
Aah damn, she’s just way too beautiful, honestly.
“Very well. As soon as I’m ready I’ll come back to this room to pick you up. Then, once you’re ready as well, let us head to the party hall together, Lady Lizbeth.”
“Yes!”
With Lizbeth’s nod, I quickly made my way back to my own room, and grabbed a couple maids on the way to help me get ready quickly.
I may be a guy, and don’t need to spend too much time getting ready. But, as long as I’m heading to party with Lizbeth by my side, I need to look the part to make sure that I don’t bring her shame either.
And so, I changed into a set of clothes that was matching to both my silver hair and Lizbeth’s black hair.
Yeah, this should be good now.

I left my room, and went back to Lizbeth’s room and knocked on the door.
“Your highness, we’ll be done soon enough so please wait just a little bit more.”
“Got it.”
I listened to Maya’s words, and waited another 10 minutes outside her room.
“Apologies for the wait. Please, come inside.”
I entered the room, to meet Lizbeth and…………
“Prince Rudolf……..”
Beholden to the otherworldly beauty of my fiancée, I was completely lost for words.
Lizbeth was dressed in a gorgeous amber coloured attire, and her silky smooth black hair had been arranged in a half tied up hairstyle.
And also……..in her left hand’s ring finger, she wore the pale blue gem ring that I gifted her for her birthday.
“H-how do I look……..?”

I’ll end up making Lizbeth feel even more anxious if anything!
“Of course, you look utterly beautiful. Even a real goddess would run away at the mere sight of you.”
