Chapter 717: Mana lessons with Olivia
Chapter 717: Mana lessons with Olivia
"Calm down," he said quietly. "I am not going to hurt you."
He closed his eyes and focused inward.
For a few long seconds nothing happened. The room was perfectly still except for the soft sound of Olivia’s breathing.
Then his hands began to glow.
A bright, vivid blue light bloomed from his palms — soft at first, then growing stronger and more intense with each passing second. The mana was pure, controlled, and alive with power far beyond anything a normal Arch Mage should be able to channel so effortlessly. The light flowed like a liquid, sliding from his fingers and sinking directly into Olivia’s shoulders.
The change in her was immediate.
Olivia’s eyes widened dramatically. For a brief moment she froze completely, as if her body had forgotten how to move. Then her posture locked into place, every muscle tensing as the blue light continued to spread through her.
It traveled along her collarbone, then down her spine as though it knew exactly where to go. From there, it split outward through her mana pathways, lighting them up one after another like a map being drawn inside her body.
A sharp gasp escaped her lips, breaking the silence. It came out uneven, caught between surprise and something far more intense.
"Kraven—!" she tried to speak, but the word was swallowed instantly by the sensation flooding her body.
The mana didn’t hurt. It didn’t burn or tear. Instead it felt like warm, liquid silk pouring into every hidden pathway inside her, lighting up circuits she had never known existed. Her back arched slightly against the chair. Her fingers dug into the arms of the seat until her knuckles turned white.
A visible shiver raced down her spine, strong enough that Julian could feel it traveling through his hands.
"Oh... gods..." she whispered, voice trembling.
The light continued to flow, gentle but relentless, filling her core with a deep, throbbing warmth that spread outward in slow, hypnotic waves.
Her breathing grew faster. Her breasts rose and fell rapidly beneath the orange gown, the fabric suddenly feeling far too tight against her skin. A faint sheen of sweat appeared along her collarbone and the hollow of her throat.
It was overwhelming in the most intimate way possible — not painful, but deeply invasive, like someone had reached inside her very soul and rearranged the foundations of who she was. Every nerve ending seemed to light up at once.
"Ahh...!" A low, involuntary moan escaped her throat before she could stop it.
The sound shocked her. She was mortified the moment she heard it leave her own mouth, but she couldn’t stop it. Another helpless whimper followed right after, then a quiet, trembling gasp as another wave of pleasure-like warmth rolled through her core.
She was painfully aware of every sound she was making. Each moan, each broken gasp, each shaky exhale felt humiliatingly loud in the quiet room. She tried to stay silent, tried to clench her jaw, but the overwhelming sensation kept forcing small, needy sounds out of her anyway.
"Kraven... what... what is this..." she managed, her voice hoarse and breathless. "It feels... it feels like... my mana is... singing..."
Her thighs pressed together tightly under the gown. Her toes curled inside her shoes. The sensation was so profound, so all-encompassing, that for several long seconds she could do nothing but sit there and feel it.
Julian kept his hands steady on her shoulders, the blue glow pouring continuously into her. He could feel her pulse racing beneath his fingers, could sense the way her own mana was instinctively reaching out to meet his.
"It’s not tearing you apart," he said quietly, his voice calm and close to her ear. "It’s showing you what’s possible. The old veins are still there. But now you can feel the new ones forming alongside them."
Olivia’s head fell back against the chair, exposing the elegant line of her throat. Her cheeks were flushed a deep rose, and the silver strands in her dark hair caught the blue light, making them shimmer.
She tried to speak again, but another powerful surge of mana rolled through her core and the words dissolved into a helpless whimper. Her body trembled visibly now.
Julian watched her silently.
He stood behind her without moving, observing every single reaction. Olivia was completely losing herself to the sensation.
What he was doing was very simple. He was sending his own mana directly into her body.
Although this world had suppressed his original God Realm power down to the level of a Peak Grand Mage, the mana itself still carried the pure essence of a higher realm. When that kind of power was poured into a mortal body like Olivia’s, the result was inevitable.
Julian could feel his mana reaching every corner of her — flowing through her veins, her muscles, her bones, even the deepest parts of her mana core. It was cleansing her, burning away decades of accumulated impurities, old blockages, and weak, stagnant mana. At the same time, it was destroying the old, fragile vessels inside her and rapidly regenerating newer, stronger ones in their place.
That constant cycle of destruction and rebirth was the reason for causing such intense pleasure.
Every time a weak vessel broke, it sent a sharp burst of sensation through her nerves. Every time a new, stronger one formed, it flooded her with warm, euphoric energy. The breaking and healing happened again and again in rapid succession, creating an endless loop of overwhelming ecstasy that she had no defense against.
"Ahh...! Haa... mmmph...!"
At the same time, inside Kraven’s body, his residual patterns were going completely rampant. It surged and throbbed inside him, reveling in the sight of his mother unraveling under his touch.
However, they were not interrupting him. They were not trying to seize control. Instead, they were feeding hungrily on Olivia’s reactions — growing stronger, louder and more insistent with every whimper and tremble that came from her.
Olivia’s breathing had turned into short, ragged gasps. Sweat glistened on her neck and collarbone, slowly trickling down between her breasts
