Chapter 2188: 25.78 Lone Black Star - In the Void

After the crown princess had woken up, the grand duke had returned to the palace the next day. The duchess remained by the side of Ye Caoyun ever since he had opened his eyes. However, after waking up that day, Ye Caoyun’s following days end up half of it with him in meditation. He was trying to absorb the mental energy orb within his soul domain.

The Sovereign God of Void and Darkness was seated on his black throne within that black world in his gold form. The obsidian hue of his black hair was like a black waterfall flowing on his black. No one can clearly see his handsome face within this dark world, yet that pair of eyes one glowing with t shade of crimson and the other with the same shade of night landed on Ye Qinya’s figure and his flood dragon in the middle of void creature fighting him endlessly until his reason slowly comes back to normal.

Ye Xiajie’s only command as soon as he returned to the void with the crown prince and his flood dragon was only a single sentence.

All the void creatures living within the abyss had heard the command of their ruler. They had been beating up the crown prince, Ye Qinya and his quantum beast, the Flood Dragon, until their reason slowly returned. There is also the fact that they are currently within the abyss which accelerated the spread of the darkness within the Flood Dragon until Ye Qinya’s state slowly regained response to reality.

The pain all over his body was what woke up, Ye Qinya, from his helpless state from before. The Void Creatures had been observing these two targets ever since they got the command from their ruler. They also noticed that the one in the human form might only possess a mortal cultivation yet its origin is similar to them. It wasn’t hard for them not to realize that these two who were out of control were someone from the same side. That’s why throughout the whole beating session, they didn’t make moves that would take the lives of the crown prince and his flood dragon.

Now its scale has turned dark as evening and it’s harder compared to before. The memories of the crown prince were a bit distorted as well and coupled with a headache, Ye Qinya can barely remember what happened before he had lost control of himself.

Ye Xiajie suddenly appeared before the crown prince. Despite being in his god form, the crown prince, Ye Qinya, didn’t look surprised. What Ye Qinya had forgotten are his memories before he had gone berserk. His original memories remain and recognize the Sovereign God of Void and Darkness as the Dark Cosmic Ruler of the Obsidian Cosmos.

"Finally awake? To even lose control in the first place is pathetic," Ye Xiajie commented.

The crown prince upon seeing his master immediately fell on his knee. The now black Flood Dragon had also lowered its head afraid of the presence of the Sovereign God of Void and Darkness that had captured him and was placed to this place to be beaten up. To this quantum beast, Ye Xiajie is an ancient monster who can grab someone like him no different than catching a snake to be killed.

Ye Qinya said, "Master, please forgive me. This servant doesn’t remember why he ended up coming to the void, which is the master’s domain."

"I brought you here," the Sovereign God of Void and Darkness said, "You thought that your lover would never wake and blamed yourself. You’ve lost control of your power and the darkness within you has almost devoured you and your quantum beast."

The Crown Prince was stunned with what he had heard. He didn’t expect that because he thought that Ye Caoyun would never wake up and that he completely lost it. Now Ye Qinya understood why his flood dragon had mutated and while he had ended up in the abyss and got beaten up. The faster way for the darkness in him to be used was for him to get beaten up. Darkness element for those who were born in the Obsidian Cosmos, can be used not only as their main power but also something that can greatly repair their bodies.

Getting beaten up under the command of the Sovereign God of Void and Darkness, his continuously beaten self had instantly replenished and healed his body’s wound until the darkness element that had gone out of control had fallen into its state of stability allowing the crown prince to finally wake up. With the return of his sanity, so his last memories before losing himself. Ye Qinya finally remembered the scene of lover in a comatose state inside a medicine pod and the verdict that he might never wake up ever again, instantly surging his emotion about losing control of himself again.

A hit on the back of his head had woke him up. When Ye Qinya turned around he saw his master’s handsome yet expressionless face.

Ye Xiajie said, "Losing control for the second time? This time I might be the one who would beat you up if you lost yourself again."

Thinking about his master’s strength and his serious tone, the crown prince knew that the Sovereign God of Void and Darkness was not kidding around. He would truly get beaten up for the second time if he lost it. This time, he might not even be able to keep his body complete once his master was done with him.

"My wife had stayed over. Ye Caoyun is his disciple, do you think the God of Destruction will not be able to do something as simple as waking somebody up?" Ye Xiajie said. "Control your power properly and have it stabilized or I will not let you out of the abyss and allow you to meet your guide."

"Thank you, master, for saving me!" The Crown Prince said.

It was at this moment that the God of Destruction had directly teleported and appeared behind the Sovereign God of Void and Darkness clinging on his man’s back like a baby koala and now looking at the crown prince.

His teasing tone had always been the same as before. "What~? The brat is awake now. That’s too fast~ Had enough beating, kid~?" said Hei Anjing, the God of Destruction.

The Crown Prince, Ye Qinya, upon learning that his crown princess had finally woke up, made all the uneasiness within his heart fade. A sudden relief filled up his heart and he had finally let go of the anxiety within him and concentrated on stabilizing his current state.

"Husband~, once this kid is done, go throw him back to reality. The Zerg Race, the one they’ve met on that small resource star, would be coming to the empire soon. As long as they kill that royal-grade zerg, those who are hiding in the main nest can receive news of their prince’s death and would come for revenge." The God of Destruction said.

Ye Xiajie said, "Do you think they can bait out that ancient god we wanted to capture?"

"Of course~, my love. One is sentinel with the power to devour and a guide with the scent of the world tree. There is no way a fallen god wouldn’t get attracted. These power is the most delicious tonic for a fallen ancient gods who feeds on the laws and power of others~," said Hei Anjing.

He added, "Once we capture that Fallen Ancient God we should be able to gain a hint where the other ancient gods are. It would be best if the mastermind can be found as well."
