Chapter 2200: 25.90 Lone Black Star - Dangerous Third Prince

The sudden disappearance of Emperor Ye Wang and the Empress had angered the third prince that he killed the messenger that had given him this bad news so early in the morning. With the throne hall covered in the blood of the now dead messenger.

The royal knights move according to the Third Prince’s command. But if one gets closer and checks on the faces of the royal knights, they were like human strings like a puppet. No emotions or reactions. They would only move with the command from the one holding the opposite of the strings attached to him.

No one even reacted when someone was killed. All ministers were under the control of the third prince and this included not only their lives, but also their emotions and others. They were like puppets in the hands of a man called Ye Di.

The Imperial Emperor and the Imperial Empress had run away after leaving the underground prison. However, they didn’t leave the empire and instead, headed to the Imperial Royal Academy to find the principal who is the subordinate of their son, the Crown Prince. Principal Hei was stunned when he saw the state of the royal couple and panicked seeing that they looked weakened.

"Your Majesty!!" Principal Hei exclaimed as he helped the emperor and the empress to take a seat.

Emperor Ye Wang explained everything to this principal and the more he heard the more absurd and angry the principal got. The Crown Prince had just left and it’s to protect the empire and everyone in it. Who would have thought that the Third Prince is that shameless and evil. He had targeted the royal family after the imperial duke and the crown prince had left the empire. Moreover he had imprisoned the emperor and threatened him with the life of his empress. The more the principal hears of this the angrier he gets.

In the next moment, the principal had commanded the academy’s security to not allow the third prince, anyone that had connection with him, or anyone who had come with him no matter what. The emperor even gave them permission to shoot if the third prince tried to force them to enter the academy. After the Empress was placed in a safe room to properly rest, Emperor Ye Wang borrowed a communication device from his son’s subordinates and contacted his own secret army telling them to head to the Imperial Royal Academy where they are right now.

They were also warned not to meet the third prince. Their command was to kill the third prince on the spot and anyone who sided with him if they tried to approach them. When the military under the crown heard about this they realized that something had gone wrong at the imperial palace and the culprit is most likely the third prince. With a warning that the third prince had gained the power to take over someone’s mind and control them like puppets, the military frowned and didn’t expect such a ruthless skill. No wonder the emperor told them to avoid getting close to the crown prince.

This skill doesn’t seem to have any effects on the members of the royal family. Emperor Ye Wang believes that it was thanks to the blessing their ancestors had left for their family.

Principal Hei asked, "Your majesty, do you know how the third prince took over someone’s mind and controlled it?"

With a decree from the Third Prince, the whole empire had almost fallen into chaos. This is something no one had expected, saying that a zerg wearing human skin had entered the empire and the third prince is hunting for it. As expected, the first location the Third Prince had gone after learning that the Emperor and the Empress had escaped was the military. This is also a location, the third prince hasn’t completely taken over.

Now everyone from the military had known that the Third Prince had the capability of turning anyone as his puppet as long as they were within his range.

Someone from the military district said through a megaphone and had no intention of approaching the third prince.

"The only people who can condemn the military as a whole are the Grand Duke and the Crown Prince. Not even the emperor can make us change our minds or make us follow you."

The military AI guide reminded everyone from the military. Upon hearing this warning, the general leading the current territory while the grand duke and the crown prince is not around, frowned. When the third prince saw this, his face turned dark and ugly and realized that his plan to sneak attack might have been detected ahead of time. This also meant that the possibility that the emperor had told them and that they were hiding under the protection of the military seems to be a huge possibility now. Glaring at the barrier, Ye Di almost lost his temper and controlled his expression but it was too late, as his facial expressions were being closely monitored by the general inside. The moment his face turned gloomy and distorted with hatred and rage, everyone from the military command room had seen it.

"Oh my god! This Third Prince looks like an angel but his face turns that of a devil for a moment."

"Crazy! This change of expression is something!"

"Just what is that dangerous energy the system has detected?"

They watch as the third prince and his group left in anger. Only when the third prince was gone did the soldiers ask their leader what should be done next.

"No. Keep it on. I want that third prince to think that the people he is looking for are under our protection. So he can focus here rather than look for them. Issue an emergency meeting and... They realized the seriousness of this command. The call from the emperor just now meant that the people being chased after are most likely them and the culprit is definitely the third prince. The bad news is that the Imperial Palace and everyone in it had most likely fallen under the control of the third prince and his sinister ability to control people’s minds. Now they had to avoid the Third Prince while keeping the empire and the royal family safe while the Grand Duke and the Crown Prince were away.
