I Will Create a Good Ending for the Yandere Villainess

Chapter 490: Uncontrollable Rage?

Chapter 490: Uncontrollable Rage?

"Fall."

At the echoing of his command, the world reacted and warped as a pressure unlike anything that Lillian and the Captain had experienced crashed down on them.

C-Crack...!

It encompassed the entire boat, causing the wooden deck of the ship to crack and snap as Lillian and the Captain fell through them, gritting their teeth as it was like they were put under a spiritual hydraulic press.

Just like how they were being forced downwards against their will, so was the entire ship as it had begun to go under the surface of the water, sinking.

The Drowned King continued to lower his finger in correlation to the sinking ship, pushing down on the ship and watched as it was entirely under the surface of the water.

But then, he paused as he felt something pushing against his finger—a sort of resistance.

He raised an eyebrow and watched as what would’ve been the end of the wooden ship—

SPLASH!

—Sprang out from the water.

Splash...

The ship bobbed up and down on the surface of the water as the wounds it had sustained from the crushing pressure slowly began to mend together—healing.

This caused the Drowned King to blink with subtle interest.

Lillian and the Captain managed to leap out of the hole they had created and land back on deck, breathing heavily as they had just managed to survive the pressure.

The girl’s legs wobbled as though she was shivering, and the Captain’s face was grim. But there was something about his expression that said otherwise.

It was rage—a burning rage building up within his black pupils.

His blood boiled, not because they had almost been crushed into oblivion, but because...

"DROWNED KING!"

The captain that he had so highly just a couple of days ago was actually murdered by one of the Four Mighty Sea Kings, the Drowned King, to be specific!

He had never been able to catch even a glimpse of the face of his captain’s killer, but... He knew who was the cause of it.

He stomped forward with an enraged and savage look on his face; his wooden peg leg digging into the deck of his ship.

Summoning his cutlass, he gave a mighty leap as he flapped his wings, shooting across the air and leaving Lillian behind—unable to control the burning hatred in his heart.

Lillian’s face darkened as she saw that, but she couldn’t do anything about it.

Pulling out her phone, Lillian checked the current time—having set it to this world’s time.

[11:34 AM]

The Drowned King, hearing his title echoing through the air, remained silent as the Captain flew towards him. He then raised his index finger again, commanding the Leviathan, which reeled both of its heads back.

A radiant and scorching hot blue light glowed underneath and between the gaps in its scales, rising up its throat. And with a loud, double roar, the Twin-headed Seawater Leviathan released its combined beam attack—the Leviathan’s Wrath.

The scorching hot beam of plasma-infused water shot through the air, meeting the Captain, who had already anticipated such a result.

Transforming his right hook into a hand, he roared out:

"[5TH TECHNIQUE OF THE DEEP SEA HUNTER: LEVIATHAN’S DESCENT]!"

SWISH!

An illusory leviathan formed above the Captain before falling downwards, meeting the Leviathan’s Wrath head-on before swimming up it like a shark swimming upstream.

It bit through the plasma beam, its eyes flashing with a more dangerous glint compared to its past appearances—reflecting the emotion that currently burned inside the Captain’s eyes.

Compared to before, this beam was much weaker!

[11:36 AM]

Having travelled over a kilometre, the Captain finally reached the Twin-headed Leviathan.

The Drowned King slowly stood up and leapt into the air, hovering as an illusory leviathan crashed into his mount. The Twin-headed Leviathan gave out a pained cry as it fell into the sea.

Feeling nothing over the sound of his mount’s cry of pain, the Drowned King stared down at the Captain, who swiftly made his approach towards him.

"DROWNED KING!" The Captain roared again, swinging his sword at the floating soul of his captain’s killer.

But then, he was met with a chilling pressure that radiated off the Drowned King’s floating figure.

The Drowned King cringed at the noise and pulled back his right arm. Then, in an instant, he appeared before the Captain—

"So noisy."

BAM!

—And dealt a mighty blow to the side of the Captain’s head, causing him to go flying, crashing into the sea below.

Lillian, who had just watched as the Captain was swatted out of the air, summoned the Regular’s Last Spite—her shortsword—and Regular’s Last Bisection—her scythe.

Due to the fact that she was around a large body of water and because of her shortsword, she felt her body quicken—increasing her speed by 70%!

But not only that, but because of the sea, her chestplate too benefited from it as the dried and grey coral came to life, wriggling and shifting a bit.

With this, her chestplate should be able to protect her far better compared to before.

The Captain shot out of the water, his clothes wet and damp, sticking to his body irritably. However, he didn’t care nought for that. Instead...

"DROWNED KING!" He roared out the name of his captain’s murderer, with blood spilling from his mouth from the attack he had been hit with. But the moment he neared the Drowned King, he was knocked back down into the sea with a single strike.

[11:40 AM]

Having charged at the Drowned King several times now, the Captain had never been able to get a single hit in before being smacked away—and it was taking a toll now.

Blood leaked out from his mouth as he floated in the air, staring at the Drowned King dead in the eyes.

With his sleeve, he wiped his bloodied mouth and roared the man’s name again.

Following that, he also roared out the name of his attack:

"[4TH TECHNIQUE OF THE DEEP SEA HUNTER: DROWNING NET!]"

An illusory net appeared from the Captain’s rapid interlacing slashes, growing larger in size as it was fueled by the Captain’s rage.

The Drowned King took a step back and, as if he was standing on solid ground, he began to dance and weave through the gaps in the illusory slashes.

Widening his eyes at how ineffective his attack was, the Captain rushed forward, roaring out another technique name!

He refused to go down without taking the Drowned King with him! And the Drowned King knew this as well.

After dodging yet another attack, the Drowned King snapped his fingers—

SPLASH...!

—Silently commanding his mount, the Twin-headed Seawater Leviathan, to cease its spectating and to intervene.

A pillar of water shot upwards, reaching the Captain, who took a step back in the air. Then, in the next moment, a long, sleek, and scaly tail whipped downwards at him.

The Captain managed to dodge out of the way, but was immediately intercepted by the Drowned King, who raised his fist in a martial stance.

Then, for the first time since he engaged with the Captain, he spoke:

"[1st Technique of the Abyssal Harpoon: Tidefist of the First Harrow]"

In the next moment, a sonic boom erupted as the Drowned King’s closed fist bursted forward. With a twist of his body, the Drowned King landed a severe blow on the Captain’s lower abdomen.

And as his fist sank into the Captain’s lower abdomen, an illusory black cone of foam erupted on impact, as well as the appearance of harpoon tips outlining his knuckles like spikes.

DUM!

"PUAGHK!"

Blood and spit gushed out from the Captain’s mouth as he was launched away.

SPLASH!

He crashed against the surface of the sea and began to bounce pathetically like a skipping stone.

SPLASH! SPLASH...! SPLASH...

And as this happened, he was swiftly chased by the Twin-headed Seawater Leviathan, who looked like a dog chasing after a wooden stick.

Once the Captain was blown away, the Drowned King slowly turned himself in the air and made eye contact with Lillian, who stiffened at the cold gaze she was given.

The Drowned King slowly raised his right arm, causing the sea beneath him to warp and twist, rising towards the centre of his hand.

Soon enough, a long harpoon made of concentrated seawater formed and gripped in the Drowned King’s hand. Then, he took on a throwing stance and aimed towards the ship Lillian was standing on.
