Chapter 228: Bai Hu Takes Action

In front of the Great Sealing Sect, the place had nearly become a wasteland, everywhere was soaked with blood. Yet at this moment, no one paid attention to these gruesome sights, as everyone was stunned by the shocking scene before them.

“You dare speak such words when even your ancestors wouldn’t? Who do you think you are?” Bai Hu’s expression was extremely cold and somewhat imposing. A million years ago, she had always stood beside Xuan Nu. Now, someone actually dared to disrespect both the Immortal Emperor and Xuan Nu, especially Xuan Nu, who was the most important and respected person to her. She felt a surge of divine anger.

“They’re just two dead ghosts; even the world they protected will fall into our hands. They mean nothing! If you dare to strike at me, you will die!” the Heavenborn Clan expert spoke arrogantly, fire blazing in his eyes as he swung a broken spear that pierced through the void directly towards the heart of Bai Hu.

Seeing this broken spear made everyone from the Heavenborn Clan change their expressions and take a step back. They understood well how terrifying this weapon was; it had consumed much divine blood in its time. Although it had ultimately been broken, its might still lingered.

“With just those two sentences from you, not a single person here will leave today!” Bai Hu appeared weak and gentle on the surface, but when it came to matters concerning Xuan Nu and the Immortal Emperor, she became incredibly assertive and pressed down with her palm.

The people from the Great Sealing Sect were somewhat dazed; this woman was too aggressive! 

She slapped the leader from the Heavenborn Clan right away and now directly launched an attack without showing any regard for him. Only Tian Fan watched quietly; he knew about the strength of Bai Hu and felt no worry at all. After all, she had always been by his mother’s side … back then she already possessed cultivation at the Heavenly Immortal stage. Although her strength had been damaged due to injuries now, her cultivation level still remained at peak Earthly Immortal.

The broken spear in that strong man’s hand was rusted with pits everywhere but remained remarkably terrifying. The weapon spirit within it did not vanish despite being broken; it let out a battle cry autonomously as faint blood light emerged to resist against Bai Hu’s attack.

Tian Fan frowned slightly; this weapon was indeed extraordinary! From that person’s aura alone, he guessed he could only be at initial stage Earthly Immortal yet wasn’t capable enough to withstand an attack from Bai Hu.

“Is it that? It has already been broken…” Bai Hu seemed slightly taken aback before her gaze turned even colder. Extending her right hand gently shook it loose as thousands of silver rays fell like rain. Tian Fan froze momentarily … this aura resembled that of Five Elements Magic quite closely! However soon after he felt relieved again; given how long Bai Hu had stayed by his mother’s side, understanding Five Elements Magic wasn’t surprising at all.

The rusty broken spear was sent flying away upon impact landing far off in distant mountains crushing them under its weight effortlessly! Everyone present changed color upon witnessing such devastation … just falling caused such horrifying consequences!

Members of Heavenborn Clan revealed astonished expressions knowing well how terrifying their leader truly is while recognizing that broken spear had originated since ancient times as a sacred weapon belonging to their clan…though shattered now remained an incredible killing tool!

As soon as that spear flew off into space along with a mighty hand reaching downwards swept him away leaving behind streams of blood flowers amidst shockwaves which transformed all aboard into pale faces instantly rushing forward wielding weapons piercing through endless voids!

To this day however Bai Hu didn’t even bother glancing over instead lightly waved her right hand directing towards them sending groups flying backward spewing torrents of blood unable even stand up while armor shattered completely!

This visual impact overwhelmed everyone present! People from Great Sealing Sect gaped wide-eyed astonished beyond measure seeing this seemingly fragile girl unleash such terror easily sending transcendent beings flying aside with mere movements!

“How dare you say such things? My lady could destroy millions of you with just a breath, let alone the esteemed Immortal Emperor. You aren’t even worthy to carry their shoes!” Bai Hu said disdainfully. Her light words felt like the loudest slap in the face, striking hard against the Heavenborn Clan expert’s cheek and igniting a fiery rage within him; his eyes were nearly spewing flames as he fumed with anger.

Tian Fan sneered. the Heavenborn Clan expert was too arrogant, daring to show disrespect towards both the Xuan Nu and the Immortal Emperor. What kind of status did those two hold? They were existences that could shake the heavens and myriad realms; he was not even fit to be compared with them.

“You wretched scoundrel, I will kill you!” the Heavenborn Clan expert bellowed, his body radiating an intense glow. Tian Fan frowned slightly; it had to be said that the Heavenborn Clan expert indeed held some weight. Even within the Heavenborn Clan, he must surely be someone significant, as the aura flowing around him bore some resemblance to heavenly tribulation.

“Those who offend heavenly might shall receive severe divine punishment!” He declared sternly, surrounded by purple lightning. Countless bolts of purple electricity as thick as barrels coiled around him like waterfalls hanging high in the sky…an absolute deterrent for cultivators, akin to how fire fears water.

However, while still airborne and thousands of zhang away from Bai Hu, he was struck down from above by an unseen force, spitting blood yet sustaining no injuries. 

Tian Fan habitually furrowed his brow; it shouldn’t have been like this. For someone with his physique, even a peak Earthly Immortal stage cultivator shouldn’t withstand one punch from him.

The purple-golden lightning he unleashed was lethal for cultivators; even mid-Earthly Immortal stage practitioners would suffer greatly from it…let alone someone who had just stepped into the Immortal Ascension realm!

Tian Fan scoffed; what did those weak purple bolts matter? Compared to his heavenly tribulation, those arcs resembled mere flickering sparks. However, truth be told, he felt a bit nauseous…ever since stepping into Cloud Heaven realm, he had been struck by heavenly tribulations continuously along his path with each encounter more miserable than the last.

“Young Master doesn’t need to intervene; I can handle this myself!” Bai Hu stated confidently as she stepped forward and slapped the Heavenborn Clan expert away effortlessly into several mountains before pulling him back through the air as if lifting a chick by its neck.

“You!” the Heavenborn Clan expert exclaimed in shock, looking extremely pale because in her right hand appeared countless powers of divine principles that stripped off his purple robe entirely and erased all its markings cleanly.

“Hehe, this is quite a good item…Well now, for Young Master’s physique, it should be unnecessary but perhaps I can give it to your little girlfriend…” Bai Hu said with a smirk on her lips. 

Everyone froze momentarily; she had just displayed an image of strength dominating all beneath heaven but now acted so playfully…it was somewhat alluring…even Tian Fan found himself stunned when she handed over that robe which felt surprisingly light in hand but when he tried squeezing its corner forcefully failed to break it…the defensive properties were astounding enough that even his Heavenly Immortal physique couldn’t shatter it indicating its extraordinary nature.

“How should we deal with them?” Tian Fan asked ominously readying himself for action but was stopped by Bai Hu who wore an amused smile causing the Heavenborn Clan expert’s heart to tremble uneasily at her expression.

“Seal them up and use them as sacrifices on our way down certain paths later…” Bai Hu whispered softly making cold sweat pour down the Heavenborn Clan expert’s back.
