Chapter 432: Immortal Grade Weapons
Chapter 432: Immortal Grade Weapons
Now that he was at the tenth layer of the Integration Realm, if he took the immortal-grade awakening pill, he should be able to force his spiritual root into overdrive and use the opportunity to absorb massive amounts of energy.
He believed that with this method, he could raise his experience well past the halfway point.
Since his soul had also advanced to the Ancient Realm, if combined with the now second-grade Architect, he should be able to complete his bridge by the end of the day and enter the Tribulation Realm after the reset.
He didn’t have to worry about ascending, as his Transcendent Dao Body could resist Heavenly Dao restrictions. Not that he needed it, since the Heavenly Dao couldn’t see him anyway.
Even so, there was something else he had to worry about - the Mahayana Realm.
Since he didn’t belong to this world, the world wouldn’t reward him with the Mahayana Realm, and he’d have to find another way to enter the Earth Immortal Realm.
The first way would be ascending through the immortal tribulation. But since the Heavenly Dao didn’t acknowledge him, and he also didn’t want to ascend, this was a dead end. The other way would be entering the Mahayana Realm and then breaking through using law comprehension, but he couldn’t do this.
The Mahayana Realm - or Perfect Being status - was a realm only awarded by the world to those who chose to stay. Even if he chose to stay, this path was still not open to him since he didn’t belong here.
Even so, he still had his laws. As long as he progressed them, he would easily be able to reach the God Realm, so the other realms didn’t really matter. But still, Xiang Yu wanted to build a strong foundation.
He needed the benefits of the Mahayana Realm’s "Perfect Being" status.
After some thought, he decided to think about it later.
He was already coming up with all sorts of theories through his research clones.
He moved on to check his other stats.
His Enlightenment was advancing greatly thanks to all the research he did every day, already reaching sixty thousand points. His Spiritual Root, on the other hand, seemed to have been left behind at only forty thousand points.
But after the breakthrough in bloodlines and the Dao Body breakthrough, the Spiritual Root had received its biggest gain yet, shooting straight to one hundred thousand. The Enlightenment wasn’t left behind either. Because of all the law recreations, it had also reached one hundred thousand mark.
Even so, this was just a momentary catch-up. His Enlightenment would probably quickly bypass the Spiritual Root again, unless his Constellation Dao Body’s daily spiritual root refinement had increased greatly after the breakthrough.
Well, he’d have to wait and see.
He observed his Chaos Body. It had advanced quite a bit thanks to the sparring with his wife.
Now he felt kind of bad that she wasn’t going to spar with him today, with her breakthrough ongoing. Speaking of, he wondered how Zhu Que was handling it.
Well, there was probably no need to worry since he had given her "that."
His War God Body was also advancing nicely and was just three or so days away from reset. Speaking of which, its combat domain had entered the World level, though at his current level, these things didn’t really matter.
His Soul Flame had now broken through to the Heavenly grade, greatly increasing the efficiency of his secondary professions considerably. The rest of the stats weren’t all that interesting, so he skipped ahead to check his professions.
...
For the professions, Truth Seeker was ahead as always, now having eighty thousand points - just a few points before upgrading to the Celestial Realm. He couldn’t wait for this.
His Truth Seeker was extremely helpful for his research. He guessed that the enlightenment and preach abilities would probably be boosted after the upgrade. This meant that he could make gods even faster.
His Cook ability was just a few thousand short of the halfway point, but he believed he could reach this after the addition of ten new cooking clones.
He looked at Runesmithing and Formation Making. They seemed to be progressing nicely.
About five days ago, he had made his first immortal-grade formation, which was a defensive formation. Since then, he had made a total of six other formations. The first one was Restoration, which was designed to preserve the other formations by boosting their recovery.
The second was a healing formation that cast a sect-wide healing zone. Within the sect, unless someone instantly severed your head, you probably wouldn’t die as normal injuries were healed quickly. Although not quite to the level of Xiang Yu’s natural recovery, it was still extremely powerful and had reduced internal accidents by one hundred percent.
Of course, disciples could still be hurt - the healing formation didn’t work inside the dungeon tower. It also didn’t heal problems with bad cultivation practices, which had increased quite a bit.
It seemed the disciples’ nature to explore was really great.
The third formation was an attacking formation, capable of releasing up to peak Immortal Emperor combat power thanks to the spirit vein powering it. The fourth formation was a concealment formation. As for the last two, they were space and time defensive formations.
Xiang Yu had decided to make them just in case someone extremely proficient in these laws decided to attack using some strange methods. He was also planning to make fate and karma defense formations so his sect wouldn’t be cursed.
His Blacksmithing profession was also beginning to pick up pace.
The previous day, he had upgraded both his Void Silk and Li Yao’s Void Sword to immortal grade, increasing their power considerably. Now, with the amount of material being produced by the production clones, he could start mass-producing immortal-grade weapons.
Of course, they would all be fed to the spirit vein.
He also wanted to make some for the sect - heavenly-grade ones - but at the moment, he could only feed the spirit vein. He needed the celestial qi to power a celestial-grade formation, and he would also need a god-level spirit vein to power a god-level formation.
He held his chin, wondering if he might really make a sage-level formation before the invasion.
That would be for the best, as he didn’t really like being tied up. Just thinking about it...
Alchemy had also improved considerably, finally catching up with Blacksmithing after being stagnant for so long.
Lastly, his Medicine entered the immortal grade, which boosted his knowledge of the body considerably - not just the human body, but the bodies of all sorts of creatures, as well as how they reacted with all sorts of energies.
