Infinite Mana In The Apocalypse

Chapter 4478: Iskhus II

Chapter 4478: Iskhus II

Finally, The First Farmer spoke.

His voice sounded rusty from disuse but carried undeniable authority.

"Thank you for what you did. For allowing events to unfold as they naturally progressed."

He paused, golden eyes flickering.

"If I had not experienced that final failure... I may have continued failing effortfully for whatever duration remained before The Fallout concluded everything."

...!

Noah listened without reply.

The First Farmer continued with visible earnestness.

"I do want to clarify something important. Yes, I did scheme against you...that remains an undeniable truth."

His expression tightened.

"But regarding your analogy about catching me stealing simply representing the first time I was caught rather than first time I stole... suggesting I could have been stealing for eons past..."

He shook his head firmly.

"I truly did not steal repeatedly across my existence. What I did was simply another mistake that led to another failure."

His voice dropped.

"Which ultimately... made way for my effort culminating in collapse itself. And even in that collapse, I paradoxically failed at dying and succeeded in emerging once more."

...!

His golden eyes shone with intensity.

"And so my existence has risen while being systematically molded in the concentrated glow of effort."

He gestured at himself.

"I don’t just pursue effort, I embody effort itself as I now cultivate the Singularity Principle of Perpetual Effort. My Way... is The Way of Effort."

The Way of Effort!

Noah heard this and titled his head as he voiced out slowly.

"Effort? Are you sure about that? Why not The Way of Harvest?"

"..."

The momentum of The First Farmer faltered as he looked intensly at Noah before he replied.

"No. Effort. Effort is required before any Harvest. Effort is the backbone behind it all!"

HUUM!

The First Farmer seemed set on Effort as Noah sighed internally and simply nodded. He just thought The Way of Harvest sounded better, but okay!

The First Farmer’s voice intensified with mounting conviction.

"Regardless of success. Regardless of any harvest or reward. Endless perpetual effort will continue driving existence forward through sheer accumulated persistence."

He looked upward.

"Effort was present when THE Creature established his immensity and incomprehensible power. Effort was there for all THE Living Existences when they founded their Primordial Civilizations."

His arms spread wide.

"Effort was there for the Inevitabilities. Effort has persisted across incomprehensible eons!"

...!

As he articulated these words with growing passion, the surrounding existence began buzzing.

Trembling.

A glorious symphony descended from conceptual heights, filling the Sanctuary with resonant harmonics.

Reality itself vibrated sympathetically!

From within that symphony, a single word began echoing with mounting intensity.

EFFORT! EFFORT! EFFORT!

The First Farmer’s declaration continued as the symphony swelled.

"Effort was present even when all those monstrous beings founded their grand Civilizations!"

His voice rang out.

"And so on this day, after eons of accumulated cultivation, let it be witnessed that I officially follow my Way of Existence that I did not realize in my countless failures!"

His arms spread wide with gesture encompassing everything.

"I did not abandon farming, it will always remain fundamental component of my nature."

He smiled.

"But the very core principle behind farming itself is effort! The persistent cultivation regardless of whether seeds germinate or harvests succeed!"

His eyes blazed.

"And so I walk The Way of Effort! And so I shall establish... The Civilization of Effort!"

...!

BOOM!

Pure radiant green light emanated from The First Farmer’s form.

It expanded outward in concentric waves that illuminated the entire Sanctuary with blinding brilliance!

Existence continued buzzing with validation.

The symphony bellowing the word "EFFORT" echoed across dimensional boundaries with such intensity that distant territories surely perceived the phenomenon!

Prompts materialized before Noah’s vision.

A Derivative Way of Effort has been successfully established in your presence, bearing semblance of your influential authority.

The Derivative Way of Existence, specifically, The Way of Effort, has catalyzed emergence of a Derivative Primordial Civilization.

DESIGNATION: The Primordial Civilization of Effort

CLASSIFICATION: Derivative of The Primordial Civilization of Existence (THE Creature)

This Civilization will operate under umbrella authority of THE Creature’s framework while maintaining independent operational structure.

The First Farmer has been designated as The Primordial Sovereign of The Civilization of Effort.

Your observation and contribution for its establishment has created minor resonance with your own Primordial Civilization of Mana and Hunger.

Mana and Hunger were present during all moments of Effort across existence.

...!

Noah absorbed these prompts with eyes shining brilliantly.

His existence buzzed with cascading questions.

A Derivative Way of Existence.

Similar to The Great Usurper!

The First Farmer had declared and founded his Civilization, and it manifested as a derivative falling under the bastion of THE Creature’s Primordial Civilization of Existence.

Noah’s mind raced.

Why is it that out of two beings I’ve personally witnessed establishing Ways... both connected as derivatives to something belonging to THE Creature?

When Noah had established his own Civilization of Mana and Hunger, it was his exclusively.

Not derivative of any overarching framework.

Independent. Self-sustaining.

So why did others’ attempts automatically connect to THE Creature’s authority?

His existence buzzed with immensity and mounting questions.

Though no immediate answers presented themselves.

He looked at the figure of The First Farmer with measured assessment.

"I will accept your assertion that you were not a perpetual thief across eons."

His voice carried deliberate calmness.

"And we can consider your temporary collapse sufficient repayment for your transgression against me."

Noah’s gaze was steady.

"I always considered it wasteful that someone of your evident caliber, someone who had cultivated for incomprehensible duration supposedly pursuing righteous objectives...would simply collapse permanently."

His tone carried genuine acknowledgment!

"It seemed like tremendous waste of accumulated potential. But if that collapse represented the final necessary component for your eons-long existence to bear ultimate fruit..."

He nodded slightly.

"Then perhaps everything worked out optimally after all."

...!

The First Farmer smiled with genuine appreciation.

He nodded with acceptance before his expression shifted to concern.

He began looking around the Sanctuary with searching gaze.

Golden eyes scanned every visible territory.

"Where is my daughter?"

His voice carried mounting worry.

"I cannot sense Elyndra anywhere within this Sanctuary. Did something occur to her?"

Noah blinked at this inquiry.

His expression became oddly neutral before replying with careful calmness.

"She is currently... preoccupied with critical cultivation procedures."

The First Farmer tilted his head.

"Preoccupied with what specifically? What procedure requires such focus that I cannot even perceive her presence?"

Noah replied with straightforward directness.

"Well, if you recall your original instructions... you did send her to me specifically for the purpose of gaining access to Perpetual Harvest."

He paused deliberately.

"The objective was propelling her existence and her Nine Principles forward through systematic infusion of accumulated authority."

Another pause.

"She is currently preoccupied with the... extensive infusion of Perpetual Harvest into her framework."

His tone remained clinical.

"The process requires sustained focus and cannot be interrupted prematurely."

...!

His words were delivered with complete calm.

A clinical assessment devoid of suggestive subtext!

But when The First Farmer fully grasped their potential implications...

His eyes flashed with sudden immensity!

He looked at Noah with expression suggesting he was approximately three seconds from initiating violence!

Noah raised his eyebrows.

His expression almost communicated...Try it and discover exactly how that works out for you.

But instead, his voice emerged with firm authority.

"Leave her be for now. She is at critical juncture in her transformation process."

His gaze was unyielding.

"Disrupting her concentration could prove catastrophic. Let’s discuss you instead. With your return and emergence bearing this new Singularity Principle... do you possess any new information or methodologies for surviving against THE Loom?"

He tilted his head slightly.

"Anything beyond the admittedly limited plan of having your daughter somehow attain THE False designation?"

...!

Did he have plans?

The First Farmer was confronted with such pointed inquiry mere moments after his resurrection.

His golden eyes focused with mounting intensity as he processed the question.

A moment later, shocking words emerged from his lips.

"Well... in my state of dissolution and collapse, during that transition between existence and non-existence..."

He paused, seemingly uncertain how to articulate it.

"I actually heard the voice of THE Creature speaking directly to me."

...!

BOOM!
