Infinite Mana In The Apocalypse

Chapter 5105: Dream! I

Chapter 5105: Dream! I

Noah did not like laziness.

Any time he wasn’t doing something, he felt jittery. So after Barbatos, he had been working hard in the minutes that followed. He had taken out Henry, Sigrid, Moiraine, Adelaide, Titano, Riya, THE Queen of Matter, THE First Farmer, and all others.

The golden sands of the Early Veiled Shore filled with activity again as figures of varying power and origin gathered across the beach and the plots of sacred herbs inland. Even THE Living Origin and THE First Hunger were brought over from Alfheimr, their presence adding weight to an already impressive gathering.

Khor stood beside Tor protectively, her gaze fixed on THE Living Origin with suspicion that she didn’t bother concealing as if a wolf had taken someone she cared about! They all awaited their transformation. THE Big Stepper, Ul’moreth floated nearby alongside Lumivara, while Skoll the very good dog sat with patience that belied his nature.

Ains, THE Fisherman, observed everything with the quiet attention of someone who had witnessed many impossible things and expected to witness more.

Noah worked rapidly to transform as many as he could to Nascent Hadean Lifeforms.

It felt like causing the emergence of geniuses and anomalies en masse, like planting seeds that would grow into something Observable Existence had never seen before. This was his current project, and he threw himself into it with focus that left no room for the jitteriness that idle moments brought.

The Early Veiled Shore had already transformed into seas of Infinity and Observable Force. The golden sands were barely visible beneath churning power that responded to his will, waves of blue and gold crashing against shores that seemed to drink in what touched them.

THE Emperor Penguin floated in the air before him right now.

This flightless bird who had barely begun to pick up Logos and Philology of THE First Tongue now hung suspended in currents of brilliance, small form surrounded by forces that would have annihilated lesser birds!

Quintessence Infiniforce and Observable Force flooded into the penguin’s existence, reshaping engineering that had limited this loyal creature since its emergence!

"RAA! RAA! RAA!"

The change into a Nascent Hadean Lifeform was in process.

Noah monitored the transformation while his mind divided across multiple tasks, multiple bodies, multiple priorities. His companions waited their turn.

And as he did all of this here, his body in THE Wastes accomplished something grand.

---

In THE Wastes where a glorious battle had finished minutes ago.

The sparring session had also concluded.

Noah held Naldine’s hands behind her back with a single grip, her wrists pulsing with Proterozoic light as she strained against restraint she couldn’t break. His free hand held her Vihuela, that instrument formed from her own arm now claimed as undeniable proof of his victory. The tumultuous seas of Observable Force churned around them, bearing witness to what had just transpired!

She breathed heavily, her radiant white hair disheveled in ways he had never seen from the always-composed Primordial Architect. Her singularity-dotted eyes burned with frustration she couldn’t conceal, ancient pride warring with the reality of her current position!

He leaned in to whisper in her ear.

"It seems I may have just taken a step ahead of you, Naldine Manthon."

...!

She struggled one last time, her Calymmian-tier power pressing against his grip with force that would have shattered most beings across Observable Existence.

His hold didn’t waver. Her Proterozoic Bones blazed brighter, authority flooding through her existence in desperate attempt to break free. His transformed flesh didn’t even register the attempt as noteworthy!

She let out a sound of frustration that pressed against the surrounding seas.

"Okay!"

Noah released her immediately.

The moment his grip loosened, she spun to face him with a gaze that held complexity he couldn’t fully read. She was thinking about many things. Her eyes moved across his transformed features, taking in the multicolored hair, the golden light pressing outward through his skin, the pupils that shone like singularities of an unfathomable Cause.

"Okay," she said again, her breathing beginning to steady.

Noah blinked. "Okay what?"

Naldine looked at him sharply, her expression settling into something calmer and more decisive. The frustration hadn’t vanished, but something else had joined it. Curiosity, or hunger for what she had just witnessed him display.

"You’re the big bad guy with Infinity who can change many things, yes?"

Her voice carried conviction!

"Let’s see what you can change about me. I permit you to utilize a bit of your Infinity to do what you mentioned before. I do not want any Madness of Infinity as I will let you know every step of the way."

Her singularity-dotted eyes blazed brighter.

"Let’s see if you can really take me past Calymmian quickly."

...!

After a spar that showed how terrifying Noah’s current power was against Calymmian Proterozoic Scale entities, Naldine Manthon finally gave in!

She sought to see what Infinity was all about, what it could do for someone already standing at heights most beings couldn’t imagine reaching. The teacher wanted to learn from the student she had so recently instructed.

Noah thought about things carefully.

Taking her into THE Infiniverse, transforming her toward Nascent Hadean. She was already powerful. She already possessed a Pulse. What would she become with Hadean engineering added to everything she already wielded?

Curiosity won over caution.

He waved his fist and caused a vibrant golden crack to bloom beside him, a tear in existence that led into THE Infiniverse where his other body continued its project. The crack pulsed with power that declared what waited on the other side, blue and gold light spilling through the opening like invitation and warning combined.

"Let’s go."

He stepped toward the crack.

"I’m also curious how much your power will grow. You may jump to be ahead of me again."

Naldine looked at that golden crack.

She could feel instinctively that once she entered it, there was no going back. Whatever waited on the other side...

The connection to Infinity. The blurring of lines between what she had been and what she could become.

But existence was vast, and there were many wonders.

She had come to guide Infinity, to make sure its actions wouldn’t lead to the Splintering of Observable Existence. She had listened to many Echoes of THE First Cause during her long existence. She had watched civilizations rise and fall, had seen the impossible become possible more times than most beings could count.

And when she made a decision, she was decisive.

Naldine took a step forward into the golden crack!
