Chapter 1930: Chapter 1940: Enna Clark’s Parenting Methods Are Right

Bobby tugged his hand down, pulling a sullen face, and stopped talking.

Enna Clark understood that his pride as a little man was wounded again, so after glaring at the culprit, she went over to Bobby and coaxed, "Baby, let’s go out for dinner. What do you want to eat?"

"I don’t wanna eat!" Bobby was indeed about to explode, shaking off her hand and sulking.

"Do you really want to eat my Tomato and Egg Noodles at home again? I only know how to make Tomato and Egg Noodles. If we stay home, there’s only Tomato and Egg Noodles to eat, think it over."

Tomato and Egg Noodles... He just had them for lunch today, and the thought of eating them again made him lose his appetite.

But he was too proud. Just now, Enna and Baron squeezed his face, which greatly hurt his pride as a little man. To immediately agree to go out for dinner with a cheerful face was also too embarrassing for him.

As Bobby struggled with his thoughts, Enna saw through his little mind and suggested, "Why don’t we go eat Hot Pot Skewers? Isn’t that your favorite? Since we’re back in Linton City, let’s go to your favorite Hot Pot Skewers place."

When Bobby heard her mention that Hot Pot Skewers place, he started to drool but still pretended to be calm and asked Enna, "Do you want to eat it?"

Enna had never seen a little guy so proud yet so contrary, so she nodded and played along, "Yeah, I want to eat it too. Shall we go eat together?"

Bobby almost couldn’t resist agreeing immediately, but he pretended to think it over with difficulty before ’reluctantly’ saying, "Since you want to eat it, I’ll reluctantly go with you."

"Thank you, Baby." Enna bent over and kissed him on the cheek.

Bobby was startled, quickly touched his face and leapt back, his ears turning red. Yet, he put on a disgusted face and chastised her, "Woman, what are you doing? I’m not a four or five-year-old child, you know gender differences, right? Next time, don’t just kiss me like that."

"What does me kissing my own son have to do with gender differences? I couldn’t help kissing because my Bobby is just too cute. Can’t I?" Enna looked at him innocently.

Bobby’s earlobes were practically dripping with blood, yet he kept a stiff face, grumbling, "Just because I’m cute, you have to kiss."

Though he said that, he didn’t say it was not allowed.

Enna knew he was just being contrary, so she got up with a smile and said, "Alright, what do you want to take with you? Get ready, my stomach is growling."

"Eat, eat, eat, all you know is eating, you’ll end up a fatty, and let’s see if the Dubious Man next door will still want you then..." he muttered quietly as he noisily clattered around, stepping in adult-sized slippers, and turned back to pack his backpack.

It wasn’t the first time Baron saw the two interacting, but every time he saw Enna and Bobby getting along with each other as equals and with warmth, he felt a different kind of emotion in his heart, like a part of his heart had collapsed and was warming up.

The way Enna and Bobby interacted might seem unconventional to others; some might even think Bobby was a bit too bold.

But it was precisely because Enna gave him enough freedom that Bobby, lacking fatherly love for those five years, didn’t become timid. Instead, he grew to be cheerful, lively, emotionally intelligent, and considerate.

It must be said, Enna’s method of raising him was right.
