Baron Lawrence slowly furrowed his brows, and Enna Clark’s heart jumped, fearing he would press her about where they went for a walk that afternoon.

Fortunately, although he furrowed his brows, he did not press her for answers.

After she finished speaking, he relaxed his brows, interlocked his fingers with hers, and held her hand as if giving up, "Forget it."

Enna Clark breathed a sigh of relief, and so did the Housekeeper, one of the insiders.

Once Enna Clark got into the car, she suddenly remembered the envelope that Old Master Lawrence had given her. She placed her bag on her lap, unzipped it, and said, "Oh, by the way, Grandpa gave me something today, said to look at it when I get home."

"What is it?"

She took the envelope out of her bag.

Baron Lawrence received it.

The driver had already started the car smoothly, heading towards Birch Garden.

He tore open the envelope and took out the contents. After just a glance, his eyes narrowed, and his expression became solemn.

"What’s inside?" Enna Clark only saw the back of the paper and not the front, so she had no idea what was written on it.

Judging by its size, could it really be a letter?

She was a bit worried that what was written on it had something to do with the cemetery and was about to take it back when Baron Lawrence handed it to her, "The Old Man gave you a Stock Transfer Authorization Letter."

"A Stock Transfer Authorization Letter?" Enna Clark had never even considered this possibility. She took it, quickly scanning the text on the paper, her mind blank.

If these shares were transferred to Bobby or Gigi, she could understand. But why her?
