Chapter 2094: Fortune and Luck of the Nation

Then his divine sense expanded.

It covers the sea, and then the islands and then it spread even further.

In that brief moment, it was almost like he could see everything.

Not only everything that lives under the ground, but those that lives under these, those that hides in the heavens, those that hides in the pocket dimension, the fate and destiny, the cause and effect

But this brief moment is even less than a second, like some dream you have and when you wake up, you find it hard to grasp what it is about

He isa alternating between this state of complete knowledge and a state of "nothingness"

Azief must admit since coming out from his seclusion, he had never really basked in this new world.

It has its horror, sure....but it also has its beauty.

The mountains are tall, majestic and awe inspiring, the hills are full of magical herbs, the rivers and lakes possess certain charms that make anyone who sees it feel calm.

There is terror.

There is beauty.

And the more he sees, the more the scenery amaze him.

It is like a paradise if one discount the monsters and the beats roaming around the forest, the seas, the lakes and the mountains

It is like the terror of death and the beauty of life coexisted with each other.

His Divine Sense is expanding more and more.

And in his views right now, people are the least of his concerns.

It is not to say that he did not care about people because this is not the right context.

It is just that when one is in the heavens, one sees the mountains and the rivers first

It was like if you are in space, you could not see the mountain, the rivers and could not see the people and the buildings

You would see the blue Earth filled with water and a patch of greens and grey red

But then only when you look deeper would you see the trails of a mountain like a stake that is pushed on the earth and see the trails of the rivers and oceans

And as you look deeper you would see these mountains, these rivers, these lakes and then the tall buildings

After all of that, only then would you see the people.

You see things that are close to you first before you could see the deeper part and that is what is happening right now

Azief sees the mountain and rivers first because it is him looking at it from the clouds

Instead, he is "enjoying" if that is the right word, the scenery of the world.

Mountains stretched tall into the white clouds, piercing the clouds like a spear from the earth, with peculiar peaks

Some of these peaks have magical properties to it, some of it just a result of the changes of the world.

Weirds stones on top and on the bottom of these mountains, clear water that emanated life energy, and on the coastal lands, white sand like some kind of shimmering diamond

"The mountain itself is magical" Azief right now is in a state where time and space did not seem to really matter.

A second felt like a thousand years

His thoughts runs so fast that even if he viewed every single stone on the mountain, counted every ants from the bottom of the mountain to the top of the mountain, only a second would pass in the real world

He could feel that the mountain is nourished by the earth.

The mountains are like stakes.

They centre the earth; they keep the earth and as such they also enjoy the blessing of the earth

Earth itself is strengthened by the energy that comes from the All Source and the mountain itself is benefiting from it

It is not enough that it is benefiting, the mountain itself seems to be in the process of gaining a "Will"

It would not be surprising if in a few hundred years from now, the mountain would have the power to do things

"There might even be people elected or appointed as a mountain god in the future" he thought to himself.

Some mountain are like a baby, barely gaining sentience.

This will is nurtured by the people living in those mountain

Good people produces good mountain spirit.

Bad people would produce evil mountain spirit.

The hearts of the people is the will of the world.

And the will of the world affects the Heavenly Will

Hence, one should not blame gods for their misfortune and evil things for all the evil things could be traced back to the living people itself.

Azief also recognise a few mountains in Pandemonium that already has a will of itself.

And once Azief dive deeper into the cause and effect of this mountain, he found something surprising

These mountains help people.

Sometimes, lost people would find they are guide by will-o-wisp

Sometimes, they would be guided by dreams.

At times, the mountain would even help someone in distress by opening up a new path

This mountain has a will of itself.

And they try to help people that come into them.

Sometimes they gave warnings and sometimes they give blessing.

"Maybe they don’t even need to appoint a mountain god. If they have a will, all they lack is spirit and soul...and a body. Once they solve this dilemma, they could easily take form" Azief smiles and then extricate himself from this vision and then look again at all of these mountain

He is only looking at the mountain in Pandemonium and he was already shocked at its changes.

If he see the entire world mountain, how much more shock could they give him?

Truly beautiful.

Like a perfect fantastical world.

Utopian land that seems untainted by any dirtiness

Then he saw the islands.

The first time was during the Multiversal Convergence

However, at that time, there are other continents that is even larger than Pandemonium.

The second time as during the partition of the world where he separated the continents and the sea

The Ten Seas and the Ten Divine Continent

Outside of these sphere of power of the Ten Divine Continent, there is also other large continents.

Some of them are not yet recorded and waiting to be discovered. Some continent are growing and there might even some that are hidden

This world that Azief had not seen since his seclusion is having its own Age of Discovery

Now, the Pandemonium continent is the largest continent in the world.

This is not only just because it was him that made it so, it is also because of the effort of others.

Some even connected land into the continent and created their own kingdoms

There is many kingdoms, lords and dukes and counts and barons.

Some uses these titles.

Some uses more exotic title.

Hierarch.

Shah.

Emir.

The land is vast, even there is a trillion human population Pandemonium would not be stuffed

That is how vast the land are.

Pandemonium itself did not restrict people to have this title and to use this title.

the Order to Establish a Kingdom could be purchased

Some did not even need to purchase it but they still need to inform the Central Court and get the necessary permission.

Any established kingdom without the permission of the Central Court or the respective influence guarding that region would necessitate a military action from the military of Pandemonium

Mostly people would simply either buy the license or be bestowed by it.

The process itself is as simple as it could be

There was even a measure to make it online but the Hackers are very powerful in this era and magical means could be used to change data.

This is not like the world before the Fall

To change the data in a network is easy for some who have Hacker profession.

This Hacker is not like those programming hacker before the Fall.

these are magical hackers and they are not to be underestimated

Since it is easy to establish a kingdom and easy to gain license, everyone could apply for it

The criteria itself is every lenient.

There is only a few things that need to be written down.

Like what kind of government, you would built and the title you would use.

The highest title they could have is High Lord or King.

Never emperor.

Because the highest ruler of this land is still him

Anyone daring to declare himself emperor would gave the entire Pandemonium have the right to kill such a person

Azief knows that there is many kingdoms in his land.

Countless.

But this is the first time he saw it.

And he could not help but smiles bitterly at this

"This is really complicated. I do wonder....what would happen to all of these kingdoms a few hundred years from now" he thought to himself.

In this moment, he look at these kingdom, look at their kingdom fate and fortune and many of their fate and fortune is still small.

Many of them are just nascent kingdom, or states and they did not yet have the established fortune of the kingdom

Azief does notice something else.

The fortune and luck of their kingdom and states also benefited Pandemonium fortune and luck.

"the use of luck and fortune of the world" Azief is not ignorant of certain method. Luck and fortune of the state and kingdom could be used.
