Marrying My Ex-Husband’s Arch Enemy

Chapter 113 Which Part Was Worth Believing

113 Which Part Was Worth Believing

“Xu Anran, have I been too good to you?” He looked coldly at the woman in front of him.

“Yes, you have been good to me.” Xu Anran didn’t know what he was going to do. “But didn’t we agree before that we wouldn’t do that thing for now?”

Jiang Rongyan suddenly smiled. “Not doing that thing means not doing it with me, right?”

Xu Anran frowned in confusion, not understanding what he was saying.

“You were the one who didn’t come home last night, and you were the one who attacked me with other men this morning.” Jiang Rongyan felt very pitiful after saying these words.

“I’m not. I didn’t want to beat you up with him.” Xu Anran looked at his expression and had a bad feeling.

“Do you think I’ll still believe you?” Jiang Rongyan was very cold. “I used to believe you too much. I believed that you wouldn’t find another man. But you, look at what you’ve done now. Which one of these is worth me believing?”

“It’s really not like that. Listen to my explanation. Last night wasn’t what you thought either.” Xu Anran panicked.

Jiang Rongyan leaned over and looked at her coldly.

“Xu Anran, I really like you. I wanted to give you a chance.” He sneered. “But you’ve already used up this chance. You’ve already betrayed me.”

“I really didn’t betray you!” Xu Anran shouted, but Jiang Rongyan had already kissed her without caring about anything else.

She tried to struggle, but because she was too weak, she couldn’t push the man away.

Jiang Rongyan didn’t have any desire for women now. He just felt angry and wanted to punish her.

Xu Anran didn’t feel any tenderness or love from him. In the end, she broke down and cried because she couldn’t stand it anymore.

Jiang Rongyan then stopped. “Why are you crying? Do you think that I will be soft-hearted after crying?”

Although he said this, his hands still kept wiping Xu Anran’s tears.

Jiang Rongyan was not prepared. He looked at her body, which he had been longing for, and instantly panicked.

“What are you doing!” he shouted and helped Xu Anran put on her clothes.

“I really didn’t do anything. I didn’t betray you,” Xu Anran said as she cried. “If you don’t believe me, then check me.”

Seeing her like this, Jiang Rongyan also knew that he had gone too far.

“Okay, okay, I understand.” He buttoned up her buttons one by one. “It’s all my fault. I’ve gone too far.”

Xu Anran cried. Losing her grandmother was already very painful, and now she was misunderstood by Jiang Rongyan. She really did not want to live through this day again.

“I’m sorry, Anran. I was too nervous,” Jiang Rongyan apologized sincerely. “I must ask clearly in the future.”

Xu Anran just cried and could not say a word.

“You stay here for now and don’t go out, okay?” He sighed. “I really like you, but if you really did something to let me down, don’t blame me for punishing you.”

Only then did Xu Anran understand that Jiang Rongyan still did not trust her.

“Go and investigate, you can do whatever you want!” she yelled and wrapped herself in the blanket. She turned her back and ignored the man in front of her.

Jiang Rongyan quickly walked out of the room, and Xu Anran slowly sat up.

The secretary was very worried when she saw the two of them, so he stayed in the villa.

Now he felt relieved when he saw Jiang Rongyan coming down.
