Chapter 1237: Drawing A Rune Formation

Chapter 1237: Drawing A Rune Formation

But one had to ask, if The Beginning Of All Things Physique was a Physique just below ???’s Physique, how could a mere Ten-star Runic Evaluation Formation possibly measure it? Not even the Twelve-star Rune Formation knowledge and experience Anthony possessed could measure it. It was only natural that the Runic Evaluation Formation exploded from the sheer overload placed upon it, unable to withstand something that vastly exceeded its limits.

And as for how Anthony survived, the answer was simple. The Thought Compartment he had left to the Sense Dome had activated Thought Conception just before the explosion even occurred, erasing him from the Reality of that moment and allowing him to bypass the explosion entirely.

There was no way Anthony was going to leave himself defenceless simply because a few Core Elders had told him to close his eyes and remain in a state of utter calmness. He had survived this far precisely because he always prepared for every possible outcome, no matter how unlikely it seemed.

Anthony’s eyes flickered open ever so slowly as he remained seated upon the destroyed ground, his expression as calm as ever.

“Impossible,” The Deceiver Of Laws finally spoke, his eyes trembling from what had just happened, as he and everyone present understood that Anthony possessed a Physique above the Universal Scaling. To him, that was simply impossible. Nobody had ever been blessed with such a thing.

“Possessing a Physique above the Universe…” Chaos Betroth spoke, her voice low with disbelief.

She herself possessed a Physique related to Chaos, War, and Battle. It was a Physique that had made her as powerful as she was now while also aiding her in comprehending the Universal Law of Chaos. And now, standing before someone with a Physique that was even more incomprehensible than hers was enough to shake even her composure.

“The worst part is that we paid a hefty price to get this Rune Formation drawn by The Changing Star. Calling him back to draw it again would mean we would have to pay all over again,” The Punisher said as he immediately frowned.

The Null Sect didn’t exactly have a Ten-star Rune Formation Master, as such beings were unimaginably rare. Besides, they had hardly needed the services of such Masters until now because people who possessed Physiques or Bloodlines requiring a Runic Evaluation Formation of this level were exceptionally rare.

Besides, it had been the Sect Master himself who had pushed to employ such a master.

And these Rune Formation Masters charged outrageous prices because of the unimaginable amount of resources, time, and effort required to study Runes, Formations, and everything related to those paths.

“I can draw the Runic Evaluation Formation,” Anthony suddenly spoke as he rose to his feet with gentle ease. “But even if I draw it, and you try to evaluate my Bloodline, it would end in the same catastrophe,” he said, his tone remaining calm.

Hearing Anthony’s words, the minds of the Five Core Elders and Nathaniel immediately sharpened.

“He… is telling the truth,” The Decipherer Of The Heavens spoke as his eyes trembled for a brief moment.

The Decipherer Of The Heavens and The Deceiver Of Laws both possessed the ability to distinguish truth from lies due to their respective paths of cultivation.

“It seems you already knew this would happen,” The Punisher spoke, his eyes narrowing suspiciously.

Anthony smiled as he replied, “Not really, but I’m aware of the Physique and Bloodline I possess. It’s one of the reasons I was able to ascend by the age of twenty,” his tone remaining as calm as ever. “But before you ask, I won’t be telling any of you what they are, as that is a secret of mine, and we all have our own secrets,” he added.

The Core Elders and The Sword Ruler remained silent, deciding not to delve too deeply into the matter. What could they realistically do? Force the answer out of him? Even if the Core Elders wanted to, they knew The Sword Ruler would never agree and would stop them before they even attempted such a thing.

Besides, they knew that if word of Anthony’s Physique and Bloodline spread, a war would erupt. Although the details behind both remained largely unknown, the mere fact that they were above the Universal Scaling was enough to attract the greed and attention of countless powerful beings across the Upper Galaxy.

“What do you mean by saying you can draw the Rune Formation again? How is that even possible? There aren’t any Ten-star Formation Masters or Rune Masters down there,” The Slumbering Storm asked.

This was a question that plagued every one of them. The Changing Star, who had drawn the Runic Evaluation Formation, had spent over one million years studying Runes alone before spending another one million years studying Formations, eventually reaching the Ten-star realm in both disciplines and becoming a Ten-star Rune Formation Master. That represented more than two million years of relentless dedication.

Yet a young man who was no different from a baby in their eyes was calmly claiming that he could accomplish exactly what The Changing Star had done.

“It’s exactly as I said. There is no second or hidden meaning behind my words,” Anthony replied without the slightest change in expression.

The Core Elders and the Sect Master remained silent for a moment before The Sword Ruler finally spoke.

“Draw the Runic Evaluation Formation then,” his tone calm yet expectant as he anticipated Anthony accomplishing yet another impossible feat before their eyes.

At Nathaniel’s words, Anthony smiled and snapped his fingers. At that moment, his Infinite Origin Essence surged through his body as Soul Force immediately poured out from his body. His Inscription Pen appeared in his hand, and with it, he began drawing an unknown figure in the air.

A golden Rune in the shape of the Greek letter Pi appeared in midair, followed by an inverted Pi. Then another Rune resembling a split infinity symbol appeared, followed by another that resembled the letter B carved into a circle. Thousands upon thousands of Runes continuously poured outward as Anthony’s Inscription Pen moved with astonishing precision and fluidity.

From Anthony’s feet, a massive circle appeared with intricate lines shooting outward from the centre like arrows before connecting perfectly to the edge of the circle. Anthony brought down his Inscription Pen, and in that instant, the entire building shook beneath the pressure of his Soul Force and Origin Essence as the floating golden Rune symbols immediately descended and merged with the formation beneath his feet.

Anthony didn’t even attempt to stabilize it because, the very moment the Runes and Formation met, they clicked into place as though they had always belonged together, interlocking with flawless perfection.

A few minutes passed before a new Ten-star Runic Evaluation Formation was completed, resting perfectly upon the ground as it shone with a gentle golden radiance. Anthony’s Inscription Pen vanished from his hand as he stared at his own creation in quiet amazement.

After all, despite all the knowledge he possessed, this was the first time he had ever accomplished something like this with his own hands, and even he couldn’t help but admire the perfection of the completed formation.
