Chapter 1365: Judgment
Chapter 1365: Judgment
Anthony blocked with his katana once more, staring into the woman’s eyes as she stared back into his. Although she was fearful at the moment, she didn’t hesitate to attack, her Will unwilling to bend. Anthony merely gave her a smile. If there was anyone whose Will was worth sparing amongst these five, it was this woman.
Not because she was beautiful or anything of the sort; he wasn’t a cheating scum. But because he admired her guts, her Will, and her love for battle.
But alas, he couldn’t. He wasn’t one to spare people once they made a move on his life.
He deflected her attack to the side, and before she could recalibrate or anticipate the next attack, Anthony’s fist met her ribs, the impact shooting her to the side with the force of a shooting star. She slammed into a planet, which stretched inward like a trampoline, then collapsed inwardly, scattering planetary shards.
Before she could move, Anthony appeared above her, his toes meeting her jawline with perfect connection. Her head snapped to the side, her body tearing through the shattered planetary rubble, and before she could come to a stop and adjust to the sudden change in battle rhythm, Anthony’s hand tore through her sternum, his hand clasping around her heart as he pulled it out from behind.
She floated, stunned, for a moment as she coughed up blood, but she didn’t beg for mercy. She simply stared at him with a smile, then wanted to follow up with another attack, but before she could, Anthony’s other hand sliced through her forehead, cutting open her cranium with the precision of a surgeon.
As he was done with the woman, his body vanished from where he stood, his figure flashing before an Anubari. The moment he appeared, the Judgement Scale appeared in his hands as the Law Of Judgement hummed around him. He judged Anthony on the spot for killing millions of people.
With the way Anthony was moving, and his familiarity with killing, he was sure this Human had killed millions prior to his Ascension. It didn’t matter if they were innocent or not.
"The punishment for such a crime is Death!"
The Anubari spoke as his Law Of Judgement hummed, granting him the power to bestow death upon Anthony with nothing but a single thought. Before he could even focus his thoughts and pronounce Anthony’s Death, his entire thought process halted as Anthony simply froze it through Thought Conception.
He appeared before the Anubari, stared at the frozen man for a moment, then shook his head as, with a thought, Divine Flame engulfed the Anubari, burning him alive. He couldn’t scream, he couldn’t say anything, he couldn’t think. His body could only twitch until he was burned out of existence.
Two dead, three to go.
The remaining three couldn’t help but think of how to escape the situation. But any solution they thought up reminded them that they could only fight or die.
"Where is the courage you all displayed earlier?"
Anthony asked as he turned his attention to them. He took a step, his body vanishing as he appeared before Probability-Man.
The man moved, but before he could vanish, Anthony’s Thought Conception activated once more as he sealed the man in place, regardless of his Law Personification.
His eyes trembled with hidden fear. He wanted to beg for his life, he wanted to negotiate if possible, but he knew that was futile. He knew that Anthony wouldn’t let him go, as the Human had slaughtered all before now. So why would he be spared?
He gave a weak smile and accepted his fate, no longer struggling as he recognized the futility. Anthony stared at the man for a moment, then decided to grant a painless Death since the man had accepted his fate.
Law Of Souls came alive. It hummed around him, then enveloped Possibility-Man. The next instant, the light within the man’s eyes vanished as his soul was erased from his body. As he died, Divine Flames came alive and engulfed him, burning his body out of existence.
Anthony’s eyes landed on the remaining two. They immediately moved, both attacking from each side as they made a desperate last stand for their lives. Anthony simply shook his head as he knew these two had been consumed by their fear of death, so they just rushed in like fools. Not that he blamed them; if he was in their shoes, he too would be afraid of him.
He leaned backwards as he dodged both attacks simultaneously. Before both of them could recalibrate into a second attack, Anthony’s fist shot out like a Gatling gun, his fist meeting their chests with the force of a comet. Their chests immediately sank inwards as they shot backwards for Light-years like ragdolls.
But before they could go far, Anthony waved his hand as he used Law Of Space to manipulate attraction, pulling them back to him. Their bodies shot towards him like missiles, and before they could even tap into their Laws to protect themselves, Anthony’s Katana had already flashed, decapitating them with ease.
Divine Flames came alive, engulfing them whole.
Anthony floated in silence. He glanced around the battlefield for a moment, then shook his head. A smile appeared on his lips the next moment. He wasn’t the type to spare people, so the Eternal Apexes that fled earlier, thinking that they had escaped, could just forget about it.
With a thought, Authority Of Severance activated as he tapped into the thread between him and the escaped Eternal Apexes. As he severed the thread, they all found themselves before Anthony. Their eyes widened in pure horror. They had escaped more than an hour earlier before the battle escalated to this point; they had only been waiting for news.
Anthony had no time to entertain them one after the other. With Authority Of Severance, he simply severed their heads from their necks. Blood splattered into the air as the light in their eyes vanished. Divine Flames came again, engulfing all twenty of them, as escaping was impossible when it came to Anthony.
And with that, all Eternal Apexes had been erased, with not even one of them injuring him even once.
