Chapter 1372: I Wish I Was

Although they planned on visiting Anthony’s Home Galaxy, that would be after they were strong enough. Although, in the past, when Anthony had first Ascended, he had problems talking about the Acarnis Galaxy, as he didn’t want anyone going there to destroy it and whatnot. But with his current power and strength, he didn’t need to worry about anything anymore.

Even if someone wiped out the entire Galaxy, he could always just recreate the entire Lower Galaxy with a thought, no biggie.

’Maybe I should resurrect the rest of the Above disciples just for the fun of it.’

Anthony thought to himself for a moment as he imagined the shocked expressions on everyone’s faces.

After a moment of thought, he shelved the idea for now. He could always bring them back whenever he wanted or needed to.

’My monthly sign-in should be coming soon.’

Anthony thought to himself as his sign-in system function had changed to once monthly instead of once daily, and he kind of looked forward to it. Although he didn’t use the Twelve Star Rune Formation Master ability often, he never saw it as something useless.

’And since it’s almost been a month, Father, Mother, Grandpa, and Grandma should have ascended or be in the process of Ascension.’

He thought as he suddenly remembered. He made a mental note to look into the matter later on. If they had already gone through their Ascension, he would go visit them in their new Upper Galaxy.

A smile touched his lips as he imagined his parents and grandparents signing slave contracts. He shook his head and decided to forget about it. When he visited them, if any of them needed his help, he would immediately oblige.

’And after this, I should go see Vega, and also look into Aaaninja, Aura Nova, Lucian, and Kingsley.’

He thought as he lay down on the deck and gazed at the sky as they shot forward.

As Anthony was lost in thought, Chaos Betroth had already entered one of the rooms onboard and had already begun going through her gains from the battle. It would take them about a week to get back to the Null Sect; she couldn’t just spend the entire time doing nothing.

As for the remaining four Above disciples, they gathered as they discussed amongst themselves about the battle they had partaken in, each of them happy that they had chosen to fight instead of hiding.

"But, Chu Feng, aren’t you a bit too outrageous? You’ve comprehended the Law Of Time and a couple of others to the Embodiment stage. You’ve hidden yourself well, but I can’t understand why you’ve chosen to hide your strength when, if you showed it, nothing would still happen to you."

Lora Vake spoke, her eyes shifting towards Chu Feng, who sat on the deck with complete ease as his hair billowed in the wind.

Chu Feng sighed as he proceeded to explain.

"It’s not that I was hiding. I just wanted to have my own trump cards, that was all. If I was really intent on hiding, I wouldn’t have participated in this battle."

He stated in a calm tone, not really going into much detail, as if that was all there was to it. But in truth, he just didn’t want the attention that came with being the strongest, which he still wouldn’t gain after displaying his true strength due to Anthony’s presence. And personally, he preferred it like that.

Lora Vake seemed unconvinced as she continued.

"But you could still Rank 1 and still have your trump cards, no?"

She stated, pressing for details as she knew that after today, she might never get the chance to ask any questions like this, as everyone was being a bit more open due to the battle they had all faced together.

Chu Feng sighed once more as Lora Vake was indeed right. His eyes stayed on Lora Vake for a moment before he turned his eyes towards Tory Hale as he replied.

"We can’t know that, as it seems even Tory was hiding his true capabilities. He even has more Embodiment-stage Laws than me. If I fought him, I would have lost and revealed my hand, gaining nothing."

He stated, expertly shifting the attention towards Tory Hale, as he was simply tired of having the conversation about him hiding his strength. As for the Sect asking about it, he knew they wouldn’t, as they wouldn’t exactly care; they understood him best.

Tory Hale’s lips twitched as he could tell that Chu Feng was trying to pass the attention to him.

Lora Vake and Jerry glanced at Tory Hale, seeing his expression. Jerry sighed as he finally spoke.

"It seems I was the only one fighting with everything I had back at the Sect to keep my rank."

He mused lightly as he shook his head, a smile touching his face as he turned towards Lora and asked.

"So, Lora, tell me, are you also hiding your own immense strength or something along those lines?"

Lora gave a weak expression as she stated.

"I wish I was. Unfortunately, what I showed in the past few hours was everything I had in me."

She shook her head as she spoke, as she had never been one to hide her strength, only her trump cards.

As Lora Vake and Jerry spoke, Chu Feng’s eyes stayed on Anthony for a moment. As someone who had comprehended the Law Of Time to the Embodiment stage, he had sensed Anthony fast-forwarding time for the entire Hellinder Realm. He had tried to break through the Temporal control, but it was futile.

He wondered how powerful Anthony truly was, as not even Eternal Apexes who had comprehended the Law Of Time to the Personification stage could pull off such feats.

’I have to get much stronger. There is a sky above the sky.’

Chu Feng thought to himself as he made plans to seal himself inside his training chambers and try the Manual he had bought from the Silver Tongue Merchant.

Although he didn’t know how long it would take to reach Anthony’s level, he wasn’t in a rush. He could only take his journey slowly, one step at a time.
