Chapter 1233: Leaving The Expanse
Chapter 1233: Leaving The Expanse
The Dragon Sovereign crossed his arms.
"He is newly ascended. We cannot simply send him against the strongest Eternal Demi-Gods."
"Of course not," Amun said.
The Feran Sovereign nodded.
"Then perhaps he should remain within Prime Fate for some time. Let him stabilize his realm before sending him onto the battlefield."
"That would be the safest choice," the Essari Sovereign agreed. "But we should not waste the advantage his arrival gives us. The Eternals will eventually learn that we have gained another Demi-God."
The Naga Sovereign’s expression became solemn.
"And once they learn it, they will adjust their strategy."
Amun nodded.
"That is exactly why we need to decide his role carefully."
His eyes moved toward the empty seat once again.
"Billion is not an ordinary Demi-God. We already know that much. But we do not yet know how much of his strength can be brought into the battlefield."
The Sovereign Eternal Time remained silent. His thoughts were far different from those of the others.
He had already discussed Billion’s existence with the Eternals.
He knew they were watching.
And after hearing that Billion had already reached the true Low Demi-God Realm, he understood that the situation had changed far more than he had expected.
Amun’s voice once again broke the silence.
"We will discuss his battlefield position after he receives his title. Once we know the nature of his Authority and understand his actual strength, we can determine where he will be most useful."
He leaned back in his chair.
"For now, there is no reason to make assumptions."
Amun’s gaze settled on the empty seat.
"Aurora should be bringing him here soon."
*********
I had no idea what was happening outside the Origin Expanse.
For me, the passage of time had become almost meaningless. I remained seated within the endless void, surrounded by a thick golden fog that stretched in every direction. The fog was not ordinary energy.
It was the accumulation of comprehension I had gathered throughout my time here, and every strand of it contained traces of the Origin principles I had been studying. I remained completely immersed in that understanding, allowing it to slowly settle into my mind and become part of my existence.
Eventually, I opened my eyes.
The moment I did, the endless void around me trembled slightly. The movement was subtle, but I could clearly sense the reaction of the Origin Expanse to my awakening. I looked around at the golden fog surrounding me and then raised my hand. I had no reason to leave any of it behind.
With a simple wave of my hand, the golden fog began to move.
At first, it drifted toward me slowly, but within moments, the entire region seemed to come alive. The fog began rotating around me, forming an enormous vortex that rapidly condensed as it approached my body. I remained completely still as the golden energy poured into me, passing through my body before flowing directly into my Divine Core.
The moment it entered, I immediately noticed the change.
The Divine Core, the world that had once been my Dawn Core and had now evolved into something far greater, trembled gently as the accumulated comprehension and Origin energy merged into it. The Pale Golden Soul Sphere floating within it began to change as well. The transformation was still extremely subtle, but there was now a darker shade of gold spreading across its surface.
I focused my perception on it and quickly understood what had happened.
Around five percent of the Pale Golden color had already transformed into a deeper gold.
A smile appeared on my face.
"Not bad."
It was only five percent, but that change represented a significant improvement. The transformation of my Soul Force was progressing, and with it, my Divine Core was gradually becoming stronger.
I stood up and stretched slightly before looking toward the others.
All of my summons were still sitting quietly in meditation. They had remained here throughout my comprehension, continuing to study the Origins we had decided to focus on. Since our connection allowed me to receive their understanding, I had no reason to interrupt them.
However, the moment I stood up, they all sensed the change.
One after another, their eyes opened.
Knight was the first to look toward me. He glanced around the endless Origin Expanse before turning his attention back to me.
"So, how long are we going to stay here?" he asked.
I smiled.
"I was actually thinking about leaving."
Knight raised an eyebrow, while the others also looked toward me with interest.
"You are going to leave?"
"Yes," I said. "You guys can continue your comprehension here. I will go outside for a while, and if I need any of you, I can simply unsummon you from here and summon you wherever I need you."
The others exchanged glances.
It was, in a way, a shortcut.
There was no reason for all of us to remain together when our connection allowed me to benefit from their comprehension regardless of where I was. As long as they continued studying their respective Origins, I could receive the insights they gained.
"You can continue here and send your comprehension to me as usual," I continued. "There is no reason for all of us to remain inside the Origin Expanse. We need to become stronger as quickly as possible, and this is probably the most efficient way to do it."
No one objected.
They understood what I meant.
We were already facing the Eternals, and the war was only going to become more dangerous. Every increase in strength mattered, especially now that I had stepped into the Demi-God Realm.
I was about to say something else when I suddenly noticed a change beside me.
Space began to ripple.
A gate was slowly forming in the void.
I looked at it for a moment before a smile appeared on my face.
"So, it is time."
Aurora had told me that the gate would open roughly six months later, and judging by the timing, she had been almost perfectly accurate.
I turned toward the others.
"All right. You guys continue. Just follow what we discussed before and focus on the Origins we planned."
I gave them a small wink before turning toward the newly formed gate.
Behind me, Ragnar immediately complained.
"Come on! This is so boring. I want to go outside and fight!"
I laughed as I stepped toward the gate.
"Don’t worry, Ragnar. You will get to fight a lot soon."
I paused for a moment and glanced back at him.
"Very soon."
Before Ragnar could respond, I stepped through the gate.
