Returning her cultivation to it's natural state, the red slap mark on Li ChangYing's face quickly faded away.

'What was the point of this. Was he really just looking for a spar? Surely he knew he'd never be able to beat me with a clone,' Li ChangYing thought.

Rubbing the spot he slapped her, she felt like his intention was never to win the fight either.

'It seems little Xiang made a good friend.'

Li ChangYing smiled softly in satisfaction, but paused when she felt something coming from the distance.

Running through the forest, Lai Yun was leading Chen Li to her guild when she suddenly felt like her heart was going to burst through her chest. It was at that moment that she quickly hid behind a tree purely from instincts. Chen Li didn't hide, but she understood why Lai Yun stopped. Someone strong was coming.

Lai Yun's eyes watered and stung as her body started sweating.

'I've felt this before. A peak Profound Realm cultivator is coming,' Lai Yun thought.

It was the same feeling she got when a Core Realm cultivator was staring her down menacingly in the past.

"Li C-ChangYing," Lai Yun said nervously as she saw her coming out of the tree behind her.

Even though Li ChangYing had her arm over Lai Yun's shoulder, she paid no attention to her as she stared at Chen Li.

"You're far from home. What business do you have being in the Nameless guild's territory?"

"I could say the same to you," Chen Li replied.

"The Nameless guild is now our friends, we can come and go as we wish. As for your guild, the last I heard members of your guild had tried to kidnap one of their members. I don't assume you've come to start more trouble, have you?"

Chen Li knew the Li family guild were battle hungry fiends, the type to fight first and ask questions later. They were always provoking people and getting involved in things they had no business being a part of. It usually didn't annoy her too much, but in this situation, there wasn't a worse time for someone like Li ChangYing to show up.

"I'm only here to see Long Wang," Chen Li said.

"Tell me what you want to talk to him about, I'll relay the message to him," Li ChangYing replied.

"Are you his messanger bird? You're a Dragon-Class disciple, don't you have better things to do!?" Chen Li finally couldn't hide the fact that she was annoyed.

Li ChangYing grinned smugly then said,

"Nope."

Chen Li hated the fact that she had to hold herself back all the time. Especially when people like the Li family members provoked her.

"God, I hate you Li girls so much, starting fights wherever you go. Just because you're a Dragon-Class disciple, do you really think I won't crush your puny existence this very moment?!"

"Hahahaha," Li ChangYing laughed hysterically as her aura grew.

Suddenly the other Li girls started catching up. Eventually they were all over the trees looking down at Chen Li menacingly as if they were eyeing down their prey.

Even if Chen Li was to go all out for once, there were too many powerful cultivators here now, she wouldn't be able to handle all of them, especially with Li ChangYing there in the mix.

If Xiao Fang could see the devilish smile on Li ChangYing's face right now, he would instantly be reminded of Li Lian. The look on her face was the same one Li Lian would give him before she attacked him with something crazy.
