New Age Of Summoners

Chapter 2178: First Kill Rewards (1)

Ajax didn't dare send them into his Divine Inner World because the rich Divine Essence of Nature there could allow them to break through to Level 9 Elemental Soldier Realm in no time, even without actually fighting or cultivating.

That was something Ajax wanted to avoid for now.

After all, he wanted to see just how much they could gain by killing Elemental Beasts at their current cultivation levels.

Fortunately, whenever an Elemental Spirit completely depleted its Essence of Nature, the recovery boost from his Special Title would activate, increasing its recovery speed by ten times.

With the help of the Spirit Stones, the three Elemental Spirits could quickly recover their Essence of Nature.

After another ten minutes, they had completely recovered and were ready to continue.

Thanks to the recovery boost and their small dantian capacity, it only took ten minutes to recover their Essence of Nature.

"Let's begin again!"

Following Ajax's command, the three Elemental Spirits resumed their attacks.

Once again, their skills barely damaged the Flaming Monkeys.

However, Ajax continued encouraging them to attack repeatedly.

....

While Ajax was training his three new Elemental Spirits, all participants except for Elyndra and Selene, who had already completed the third round, were crazily hunting the Elemental Beasts.

Unlike in the Second Round, when they were cultivating alongside the Elemental Spirits, they focused solely on helping their Elemental Spirits kill the Elemental Beasts.

Compared to the minute increases in their cultivation, the rewards for passing the third round were much greater.

'So, killing these Elemental Beasts also increases the skill proficiency of the Elemental Spirits' skills.'

'Interesting.'

'Not only are we getting the Elemental Spirit Ascension Crystals, but killing the Elemental Beasts helps with the awakening of the Elemental Ascendance and the proficiency of the skills.'

'The Elemental Source Land is really a treasure land for the Elemental Spirits.'

What Ajax had figured out on the first day of the second round, the other participants were realizing now.

After this realization, those participants' interest in hunting the Elemental Beasts increased greatly.

As for Elyndra and Selene, they went back to their cultivation as they had already passed the third round.

.....

Time continued to pass, and six hours flew by in the blink of an eye.

In a cave at the center of the Flaming Forest in the Fire Terrain,

During those six hours, the three Elemental Spirits had completed eighteen training sessions, each lasting ten minutes.

Despite their continuous efforts, they were still far from killing their targets.

Nevertheless, their efforts hadn't been completely wasted.

After repeatedly attacking the same spots on their targets, they had finally managed to leave visible cracks on the Flaming Monkeys' crystalline bodies.

Moreover, the proficiency of their skills had improved significantly.

'Thanks to repeatedly using their skills against the same targets, their skill proficiency has been upgraded from the Basic Stage to the Advanced Stage.'

Ajax nodded in satisfaction as he inspected their progress.

Compared to the beginning, the attack power of their skills had increased by at least 50 percent.

Although this improvement wasn't enough to bridge the enormous gap between their cultivation levels, it was still a significant improvement.

"At this rate, you will be able to kill them in another three hours!"

Ajax encouraged them while looking at their targets.

"Yes, Master!"

The three Elemental Spirits responded simultaneously.

They were no longer as energetic as they had been at the beginning, and their little faces showed signs of exhaustion.

However, they hadn't reached the point of being completely exhausted, and they believed they could continue for another few hours.

'According to Big Brother Protos, as long as we kill the Flaming Monkeys, we can gain incredible powers!'

This thought appeared in the minds of all three Elemental Spirits as they wanted to push themselves just like their Big Brother Protos.

Throughout the past six hours, Protos hadn't remained idle either.

He had been encouraging his younger siblings by telling them about his own journey and how he had reached his current level by following their Summoning Master's training methods in just 22 days after hatching from an Elemental Spirit Orb.

Because of that, Deutos, Tritos, and Tetos understood that killing Elemental Beasts could bring them tremendous benefits.

As long as they followed their Summoning Master's instructions, they believed they could eventually kill powerful Elemental Beasts despite their current cultivation.

Therefore, they gritted their teeth and continued attacking.

'Actually, they only need another two hours to kill their targets, but preparing them mentally for another three hours of training will be beneficial.'

Ajax had deliberately overestimated the time they needed.

By setting a longer goal, he made the three Elemental Spirits believe that they still had plenty of work ahead of them.

Instead of relaxing because they were close to succeeding, they continued concentrating on their attacks.

Moreover, when they eventually succeeded earlier than expected, the sense of accomplishment would further boost their confidence.

'Swiish!'

'BANG!'

The training continued.

After another hour, the cracks on the Flaming Monkeys' bodies became increasingly obvious.

Their attacks were finally beginning to penetrate the outer layers of their opponents' crystalline bodies.

Another hour passed.

'Kacha!'

Suddenly, one of Deutos's wind blades struck the same cracked spot he had been attacking for hours.

This time, the wind blade didn't shatter upon impact.

Instead, it pierced through the Flaming Monkey's damaged body, destroying its core in the process.

The Flaming Monkey's body trembled before it stopped moving as it was obviously dead!

'Kacha!'

Almost at the same time, the other two Flaming Monkeys also collapsed.

'Boom'

'Puchi'

Tritos's Water Bomb had finally shattered her target's weakened body, while Tetos's Earth Spikes had pierced through the cracks he had repeatedly created.

After eight hours of continuous training, all three Elemental Spirits had successfully killed their first Elemental Beasts!

"You have done well! Good job!"

Ajax praised them with a satisfied smile.

Although he had expected them to succeed eventually, seeing three Level 1 Elemental Soldiers kill Low-Level King Realm Elemental Beasts was still impressive.

On the other hand, Ajax's excitement wasn't merely because of their achievements.

His real interest lay in the rewards they would receive for accomplishing such a feat.

'It is time to see the rewards.'
