Nexus Ascension: My Comprehension Defies the Heaven

Chapter 633: Chaos Sovereign Art

Chapter 633: Chaos Sovereign Art

The information surged through Grey’s mind like a raging flood. Seven different techniques, each with their own principles, merged together within his Source.

The Dimensional Rending Palm tore through barriers with pure force. The Chaos Annihilation Fist channeled destruction into concentrated strikes. The Eternal Bastion Method created layered defenses across multiple frequencies.

The Void Reflection Shield absorbed and redirected incoming attacks. The Dimensional Anchor Technique locked down the space of chaos itself. The Chaos Perception Art granted awareness across dimensional boundaries.

The Stellar Regeneration Method drew healing power from the Chaos around him.

All seven techniques contained fragments of something more powerful. They were like puzzle pieces scattered across a table, waiting for someone to put them together.

Grey saw the connections with his Chaos Lotus. Each technique touched a different aspect of Chaos manipulation. Offense, defense, control, perception, recovery.

They were designed to work separately, but their foundations shared common roots. What if they could become one?

He rapidly began fusing them as a new notification rang out.

[Your comprehension defies the heavens! By fusing seven techniques together, you have created the Chaos Sovereign Art!]

Grey opened his eyes with a satisfied smile.

The Chaos Sovereign Art was an entire combat system built for higher dimensional warfare. Its first function, Sovereign Strike, allowed every attack to shatter dimensional barriers while channeling pure Chaos destruction. Defenses that blocked one aspect would fail against the other.

Its second function, Sovereign Guard, activated multiple defense layers simultaneously. Each one could absorb attacks and reflect them back. The more powerful the incoming strike, the more devastating the reflection.

Its third function, Sovereign Domain, locked down a region of space. It prevented all forms of escape while maintaining complete awareness of everything within. Enemies could not hide, flee, or ambush.

Its fourth function, Sovereign Regeneration, drew energy from surrounding Chaos to heal the user continuously. As long as Chaos existed nearby, recovery would never stop.

But there was a fifth function. Chaos Compression.

The technique allowed the user to compress natural Chaos energy into condensed form. The more compression applied, the denser the result would become.

"Wait." Grey’s eyes widened. "If I use this on the Chaos itself, won’t I be able to create Chaos Mines?"

Chaos Mines formed when Chaos Power condensed over countless eons. The process took millions of years to produce significant deposits. But with Chaos Compression, Grey could accelerate that process artificially.

He could create Chaos Stones from thin air.

Grey tested the technique immediately. Chaos energy responded instantly, swirling around him like an obedient servant. He focused on a small region of space and activated Chaos Compression.

The Chaos in that area began to condense as he pushed power into the technique. A tiny crystal formed in his palm. It was barely the size of a grain of rice, but it was unmistakably a Low-Grade Chaos Stone.

Grey grinned. "Not bad at all."

The efficiency was low right now, but if he could target more chaos power, he should be able to form actual mines.

With that set, it was time to explore more of this place.

Grey walked toward a different area of the third floor. The sign above this section read Chaos Spells.

He raised an eyebrow at the name. As he read the introduction plaque, his expression turned strange.

Chaos Spells were imitations of Dao and Divine Techniques. Divine Techniques like his Dao Shattering Divine Shock required a Divine Rune to function, drawing power from the perfect fusion between personal Source Power and Divine Law.

Most evolvers could never achieve that fusion. Chaos Spells offered an alternative, using Chaos itself as a medium to replicate Divine-level effects on a smaller scale.

The casting method was unique. Instead of verbal incantations or hand seals, Chaos Spells required Intent Sculpting. The caster shaped their intention into a specific form within their consciousness, and that form projected outward into the Chaos to activate the spell.

Grey began browsing the available spells.

The Chaos Severance Blade projected a blade that could sever connections between targets and their power sources. It did not deal direct damage but cut off an enemy’s access to their abilities temporarily.

[Your comprehension defies the heavens! By observing the Chaos Severance Blade, you have successfully comprehended the complete spell!]

The Dimensional Displacement Step allowed instant teleportation by swapping the caster’s position with a point in space or with an object.

There was no travel time between points.

[Your comprehension defies the heavens! By observing the Dimensional Displacement Step, you have successfully comprehended the complete spell!]

The Chaos Lock froze a target’s existence in place. Not just their body, but their energy, their thoughts, even their perception of time.

[Your comprehension defies the heavens! By observing the Chaos Lock, you have successfully comprehended the complete spell!]

The Dimensional Echo created copies of the caster across multiple dimensional layers. Each copy could act independently and deliver real attacks, but damage to them did not affect the original.

[Your comprehension defies the heavens! By observing the Dimensional Echo, you have successfully comprehended the complete spell!]

The Chaos Sight granted the ability to see through all forms of concealment. Illusions, invisibility, dimensional hiding, nothing could escape detection.

[Your comprehension defies the heavens! By observing the Chaos Sight, you have successfully comprehended the complete spell!]

Grey activated it immediately. The world changed before his eyes. He could see layers of reality that were hidden before, dimensional folds that concealed secret spaces, energy signatures that belonged to cloaked individuals. Three people on this floor alone were hiding their true evolutionary levels.

He soon deactivated the spell and moved on.

Reality Restoration could repair damage to space, time, and dimensional structures. But Grey saw another use. If something was damaged by an enemy’s attack, this spell could reverse that damage.

[Your comprehension defies the heavens! By observing the Reality Restoration, you have successfully comprehended the complete spell!]

Grey stepped back from the displays with a satisfied expression. Six complete spells now resided in his mind, each serving a specific purpose his other abilities did not cover.

Combined with his new Chaos Sovereign Art and its Chaos Compression function, his capabilities had expanded dramatically. He now had tools for most situation.

The staff member from earlier approached him with a polite smile. "Have you decided on your purchases, Elder?"
