Chapter 6383 Cultivation Land

Chapter 6383 Cultivation Land

Up ahead was a massive volcano, erupting not with lava but with torrents of Grand Dao qi. As a result, countless experts swarmed toward its mouth like moths to flame.

From above, Long Chen could see formation runes on the ground, glowing faintly.

“What in the world...?” he muttered, stunned.

The scale of this Grand Dao qi surpassed even the formation that had fueled Cang Lu’s nirvanic rebirth.

“Ants of the nine heavens, begone! This is the cultivation land of our Primal Chaos World! The likes of you have no right to touch it!” A furious roar echoed from below.

The experts of the nine heavens fought back with equal fury.

“Your cultivation land? You devils used our ancestors’ corpses to create this formation! You defile their heroic spirits. Today, it’s either you die or us!”

A furious roar came from the side of the nine heavens. Their killing intent was overflowing. In their eyes, this bursting Grand Dao qi wasn’t even as important as avenging their ancestors.

The Sovereign Dragon Divine Nest shuddered. Through its vision, Long Chen saw the truth: beneath those formation runes lay piles of ancient corpses—human, demon, devil, and other lifeforms he didn’t recognize. Each corpse served as a formation eye, their bodies nailed to the web of runes like knots on a spider’s net.

“These brutes!”

Long Chen’s fury exploded. He immediately understood the origin of this volcano.

The nine heavens had grown too weak. Every time the battlefield opened, they were expelled early, leaving this place to be monopolized by outsiders. The enemy had gathered the fallen experts of the nine heavens, sealed their heroic spirits, and enslaved them as formation eyes. They were now tools to harvest Grand Dao qi.

The battlefield was extremely chaotic. Some experts fought to reach the volcano’s mouth to absorb the qi, while others hacked at the ground, trying to unearth corpses from the formation eyes. Whether they sought to honor their ancestors or seize their lingering legacies, Long Chen could not tell.

Long Chen looked around and saw many dragon experts brawling viciously over the bodies of fallen giant dragons. Yet, none of these dragon experts belonged to the Heaven Dragon Law Domain. Some even fought one another as they clawed for corpses.

Suddenly, a heaven-shaking explosion thundered from the volcano’s mouth. Waves of Sovereign might ripped through the air—a sign that top experts were clashing.

“Uncle Fan, you’re not in fighting condition. Return to my spiritual space to rest first. Once I take control of this battlefield, you can absorb the Grand Dao qi!” Long Chen instructed.

After all, this energy would be a treasure not only to the Sovereign Dragon Divine Nest, but also to the Earth Cauldron and Evilmoon. It could help them recover.

The next moment, the nest vanished and Long Chen appeared in the sky, starlight rippling from his black robe. With a single step, he disappeared.

In just a few steps, he was near the volcano’s summit. The Grand Dao qi here gushed upward in waves of molten-red light.

The closer he came, the more savage the battle. Both sides slaughtered each other while frantically devouring the Grand Dao qi. As a result, the mountain’s slopes were slick with blood and littered with corpses.

“Ants of the nine heavens!” a thunderous voice bellowed. “To absorb even a trace of Grand Dao qi at the bottom of the mountain is already good enough for you. You dare scramble for the purest qi at the peak? Your greed will be your death!”

A strange lifeform with bull horns and an enormous hatchet roared, cleaving through dozens of nine heavens experts and sending them tumbling down the volcano. His blood qi surged like a tide, his gigantic figure towering and oppressive. Many experts froze in terror, unwilling to face him.

Even a group of over ten experts from the nine heavens couldn’t beat him. Some had more Sovereign flames than he did—one even bore 993 flames—yet none could break his defense. His strength was overwhelming.

“Again! Don’t let these bastards mock us! Our ancestors are watching! Even if we die, we must kill this stupid bull!” roared the demon expert with 993 Sovereign flames.

Though near the peak of his level, even he was suppressed. Still, his words rallied the others. Experts of different races joined him in a desperate charge to kill this bull-headed monster.

“Kill!”

As long as they killed him, they would be able to absorb pure Grand Dao qi. The more they absorbed it, the further they could advance in the future.

So, whether it was for profit or glory, they had to go all-out now.

However, the gap in power was just too big.

BOOM!

The bull-headed monster shattered their combined assault with a single swing. Several experts coughed blood and were hurled back like rag dolls.

“Pathetic ants,” the bull-headed monster sneered. “You’re weaker than your ancestors. Go back and train harder. When you’re stronger, you can return here—to serve as our formation eyes, hahahaha!”

“You fucker!” The demon expert went berserk and charged straight at the bull-headed lifeform. He no longer cared if it was suicidal—he had to kill him.

The others shouted in alarm as the creature lifted his massive hatchet high. The demon expert’s Sovereign flames blazed wildly, his aura like a moth rushing headlong into fire.

But just as he was about to strike, a hand landed firmly on his shoulder. He was startled. His Sovereign flames instantly collapsed, suppressed by an overwhelming force. He couldn’t summon a single shred of power.

“Let me deal with this ant,” a calm voice said. “I want to see how strong he really is to be so arrogant.”

The demon expert turned and saw a black-robed figure step forward. Starlight shimmered faintly across the man’s robes like sparks scattered across a night sky.

“Long Chen!”

The warriors of the nine heavens gasped in unison. Even from behind, they recognized him instantly—the one who had shaken heaven and earth in the nine heavens.

“You’re that brat who damaged the scales?” The bull-headed lifeform sneered, his voice rumbling like thunder. “Taste my hatchet!”

Light blazed from his hatchet as his Sovereign flames poured into it. This attack was far beyond anything he had used earlier.

The nine heavens’ experts felt their hearts seize. They realized with horror that this bull-headed man had never fought them seriously. If he had used such power from the beginning, only a few of them would have survived.

They watched in stunned silence as Long Chen didn’t move an inch. He neither dodged nor blocked, simply allowing the massive hatchet to crash into his shoulder.

BOOM!

Cracks spread across the hatchet from the point of impact.

BOOM!

In the next instant, the hatchet burst apart, reduced to numerous fragments.
