Chapter 3012: Two Awakened Demigods

Adran successfully created another Transcendent Magic circle and upgraded his title. The permanent 50% penetration effect is something that he really needed in battles now. A lot of enemies they have faced have incredibly tough defenses that normal damage cannot deal with.

"Thank you." Adrian stated as he then looked at his clone that nodded and exploded into chaos energy.

The explosion would have damaged the magic circle but Adrian has full control of chaos energy in its raw form. The energy that was released from the clone exploding is then collected by him. The collected energy is then used to fully activate the transcendent tier magic circle that he has created. The energy of the explosion was enough to make sure that the magic circle activates without any problems.

The prismatic magic circle that is a signature color of transcendent tier magic circle blazed. Layers upon layers of magic that was sealed and weaved into the magic circle activated without any problems. The stability was perfect that Adrian himself did not need to do any manual tuning and the energy used was more than enough to power the magic circle two times over.

[You have activated the Spatial Singularity Magic circle.]

[The Spatial Singularity Magic circle has locked onto the entity that has merged with the mortal realm and the divine realm.]

[Proceeding with the extraction of the Aqua Elementum from the semi divine realm.]

As soon as the notification appeared, a powerful wave energy scattered throughout the entire semi divine realm that the two titans had to create a powerful barrier of energy to keep into that section. Just the initial extraction of the Aqua Elementum has already created a wave of energy powerful enough to destroy an area. Adrian also used some of his own chaos energy to contain it but he was only able to mitigate it.

"Sorry about that!" Adrian stated as the magic circle proceeded to fully activate all of the layered magic circles.

A loud sound of something being yanked could be heard as if a physical entity is pulling something with great effort. Adrian could see it clearly as the dimensions of the mortal realm and the divine realm were being separated from the Aqua Elementum. This sudden situation caused the sound that made it be heard unnaturally. It was like both the mortal world and the divine realm were screaming in pain.

A tingle could be felt from Adrian’s body as he felt that the mortal realm’s will locked onto him for a moment. He ignored it for a moment as he needed to make sure that the magic circle does not tear up. If the magic circle fails and gets destroyed then a possible dimensional rift that can suck up everything might result.

While Adrian was tearing up the mortal realm and a divine realm for the Aqua Elementum, the chrysalises that held Altum and Renyu have started to move. The outer parts of their chrysalises are starting to shed as the energy from it has already been used up to the being inside. When the shockwave of energy occurred earlier, their chrysalises felt it and actually resonated with it.

The shockwave of energy earlier did not just carry traces of chaos energy but also the energy from the Aqua Elementum. Pure water energy that could be seen as a potent elixir for beings that rely on water. The two titans might have blocked the physical aspect of that shockwave but they did not disperse the energy that it carried. The energy of the shockwave got absorbed by both Altum and Renyu’s chrysalises which is why they are emerging earlier than expected.

The first to break from the chrysalises is none other than Renyu. When she emerged from her shelled chrysalis, a spark of rainbow light exploded with her. The emergence of a mermaid that has a long fluttery tail made of rainbow scales appeared. It is said that merfolk that achieve partial divinity will be blessed by the oceans and seas to have a tail that shines in seven different colors.

The legends of the merfolk are now proven true as Renyu achieved the body and energy of a demigod. Her mermaid tail is also rainbow colored as the scales reflect light in any possible way. She became more powerful and beautiful at the same time. The other change is that there is also a tear drop shaped crystal on her chest but it has become small compared to earlier.

"Congratulations, child. It seems that fortune really favors you as you managed to also get a tail that is the rarest amongst the demigod merfolk." The Titaness Tethys stated as she looked at Renyu like a gentle loving mother.

"Thank you... titaness!" Renyu stated as she only paused because she needed to think of who this beautiful woman before her is. It was only when she noticed the same pressure and voice that the titaness used did she become sure of her identity.

"No need for your thanks, my child. It was your hard work and dedication that made you be worthy of such ascension. Are there any problems in your body? Does something feel missing? We should check just to make sure as any problems of the guests should be fixed by the host." The Titaness Tethys stated.

Renyu wanted to say that the titaness was doing too much but the eagerness of the other party made her just nod. It did not take long for Renyu to start testing her new body and she found out that it was actually a 100% better than her previous body. It was like everything felt so light that she even felt that water resistance has vanished for her.

"I see. You have become a merfolk loved by the ocean which means you will also be loved by all other waters. Giving you that mermaid tear was really the perfect call but have you tested your voice child?" The Titaness Tethys asked as she knows that there is a powerful skill that merfolk unlock when they reach the demigod state.

Renyu opened her mouth and her magic spells activated with just a word. Her own throat has become her magic catalyst. She could even feel that a magic core must have formed in her throat as she can now translate magic spells from a simple song.

"You have unlocked the rarest gift amongst all that a merfolk can have. The Ocean Song." The Titaness Tethys stated with delight while Renyu is shocked beyond belief.

Ocean Song is basically an ability of legends of the merfolk race said to only have been useable by the first Merfolk Queen. A powerful ability that weaves the ability to control water and even use spells just by using a voice. It often becomes more powerful if the merfolk uses song to interpret it. It is said that the first Merfolk Queen could create storms with just a simple song and not even getting tired from doing so.

"I cannot believe that I got such a rare skill!" Renyu muttered to herself as the next chrysalis finally got opened as well.

Contrary to Renyu’s beautiful emergence, Altum’s emergence from his chrysalis came with more tearing and violence. He had to personally destroy the chrysalis from the inside as his entire appearance has changed. The fish like face that only looked like that of a normal fish head is now more refined.

Altum’s own head looked more refined and is now more a mixture of fish and dragon. His body is also sleeker and more refined but the bulkiness was still there. The immense physical strength is still present but the aura he exudes has become sharper. When Altum emerged, his lower half that was usually fish humanoid legs have become that of a serpentine fish tail.

When Altum realized that his lower half has become full serpentine fish tail, he immediately commanded in his mind to change it. The serpentine fish tail suddenly morphed to that of two humanoid legs with fins. Altum then tried to change it back and it did as he also tried to find what this serpentine fish tail could do.

"To think another one like that monstrosity has appeared." The voice of the Titan Oceanus stated.

The Titan Oceanus has already encountered a being like Altum before and it is called the Abyssal Reef Deep One. A demigod level deep one that is said to drag even gods to the depths of the ocean to kill them. Even the Titan Oceanus could vouch for how powerful they were but they were also very aggressive. This might be the reason why the God of the Deep Dagon has never created a demigod level Deep One again.

Still, an Abyssal Reef Deep One is not a being that could be caged or controlled in the deep waters. They are the masters of deep waters since they are said to have evolved to create a form closer to that of their creator. Their very bodies are like a watered-down version of their god.
