Chapter 1160: First Blood Cleansing Bath
Chapter 1160: First Blood Cleansing Bath
"Damn."
Kent muttered, watching the red mist swirl around him.
He had finished absorbing the blood death seals, and the result is intent manifestation.
Intent manifestation is something only seasoned killers can do.
They said that when one had their fair share of slaughter, their intent could no longer remain within them, so it would erupt into whatever shapes they deem fit for it.
Whenever they use it, those with enough experience can shape it into any form they desire. However, it takes thousands, perhaps even millions of years of slaughter to achieve that.
Kent had reached the initial stage of intent manifestation to the shock of anyone who would be at the receiving end of his killing intent.
Although he could not manifest and shape it into any form he wanted, he could at least let it become visible.
That is more than enough for someone in a High World.
"I just have to be careful I don’t accidentally scare my enemies to death," he smiled, stood up, and stretched. The Blood Life Seals had turned him into an immortal.
Regenerating body parts is now possible. He could not regenerate them within seconds, but he could within minutes.
That is better than none, and knowing he would soon be getting more seals, he could only allow himself to feel happy before turning to his next task.
Kent walked toward a glass bath filled with blood. Even from 30 meters away, he could sense the feeling of bloodlust emanating from it.
"So I have to bathe in this thing." Kent took a deep breath, taking steady steps toward the bath.
⟦The master must have his Blood Cleansing bath every now and then to strengthen his bloodlust. It is ideal to have a powerful bloodlust when one is walking the sword path.⟧
Kent couldn’t deny that. He had already received the complete blood path manual from the Slaughter King, so he knew what had to be done.
However, feeling the danger coming off the bloodbath, he couldn’t help wondering just what would become of him after bathing in this blood.
His mind went back to when Chaos had his first bloodbath. Back then, he entered a bloodthirsty state where, for 12 months, he killed senselessly, causing great panic to spread far and wide in the Blood System.
Many immortals fled their homes just to escape the wrath of the Chaos Dragon. Many, of course, weren’t that lucky.
The bloodlust is meant to make him strong, but it has a side effect. Mostly, this side effect makes in ultra stronger, but at the expense of hurting even his allies when he is lost in the blood realm.
⟦The master shouldn’t worry. I have already created contingency plans to keep you contained should you enter a bloodthirsty state after the Blood Cleansing bath.⟧
"Thank you, Tower."
Kent soon reached the bath and stripped naked before raising his body, submerging himself in the blood. Gaia appeared inside the tower and added three treasures to the blood.
Soon, the bath closed, and the blood began to boil.
"Happy bath, master," she smiled and left the Sword Tower to go play with Kent’s mom, who had come out of seclusion.
Years had passed already since she entered the Cultivation Garden.
Meanwhile, inside the Legion Tower, Vexthra was having a meeting with the legion and her sisters. Alina had woken up thanks to the pill Yuna made for her. However, she was still too weak to do anything.
However, she was in attendance.
"I have received word from the Foxkins on Planet Fedora that the Orc King is out, and he is planning on making a move to completely crush them and their allies.
The Fox king had become a Spirit Lord, but surprisingly, the Tyrant King Balma had reached the Heavenly Ascension Stage, and he even has five more Spirit Lords under his command.
Also, some people are helping them from the shadows. This is why they want us to come help them before it is too late." Vexthra paused and observed everyone’s expression.
"I know some of you haven’t fully recovered yet, so you are out, but those of you who can fight, we will be leaving soon, so prepare."
Alina sighed, knowing that even if she wanted to, she just couldn’t afford to create any array or formation in her current condition.
Aside from her, some of her sisters and even the Eternal Wrath Legion also can’t join. Vexthra will not allow them since they are still recovering.
"Maybe I alone should go and crash their hopes and dreams," Uncle Drew, who was seated on the side, eating Spirit Grapes, said.
Vexthra glared at him and smirked, "When we meet an Immortal, you will step in; until then, I will advise you to run back to the underworld. We don’t need you."
"True, we don’t need a cheat," Kaizo, who knew that with Uncle Drew around, his status as the strongest was threatened, said, supporting the goddess.
Uncle Drew smiled weakly and snapped his finger. A green flaming portal opened, and from within, a pair of identical twins walked out, one holding a bow, the other a scythe.
"How about allowing Ivy and Olive to help in my stead? They are Empyreans. If you want, I can even suppress their cultivation to the Heavenly Ascension Stage to make things fair."
Vexthra and everyone could only look at the Night Rider Captain as if he were some kind of monster.
In the universe, the Forsaken Race are beings who are not affected by the restrictions on worlds. They can maintain their cultivation in any world they find themselves in.
Aside from them, the Chaos and Void Beasts are the same. They have no restrictions on them.
There are others out there...
However, aside from them, there were the Night Riders, said to be the greatest warriors to grace the universe. Their captain, Kael Duskbane, was the right-hand man of the Wraith Queen who ruled Ebonviel and the greatest warrior to ever live.
Not even the Chaos Dragon or the Blood Spear King came close to his prowess on the battlefield.
Now, this same person, whom many demons ran from, casually sat pulling warriors that could bring down worlds within minutes out of nowhere.
Uncle Drew didn’t go down to the underworld to play. He had created several Night Agents. The weakest of them is Olive, and her twin sister Ivy is next.
Vexthra looked at Uncle Drew for a few minutes and sighed, "Fine, they can join, but they are prohibited from killing the Spirit Kings and below. Also, they cannot touch the Orc King.
Lastly, they cannot quickly kill the beings hidden in the shadows. It must be slow and painful."
Ivy and Olive smiled, looking at their master, who gave them a wink.
Then they bowed slightly to Vexthra. "Rest assured, goddess, we will make sure death is a luxury to them."
Kaizo and everyone shuddered as they looked at the twins’ smiles.
Uncle Drew looked at Nara, Saden, and Eryndor, his teammates, and asked, "You still don’t want me to break the seal, huh?"
Uncle Drew wants to break their Night Seals so they can level up much quickly and also not get affected by the restrictions in High worlds.
Nara shook her head, "We want to first reach our limits before doing that."
"I see. In any case, you three should kill at least 5,000 each. If you lag behind, you will be spending 2,000 years in hell as punishment."
The three shuddered and promptly nodded, "We will not disappoint you, Captain."
Uncle Drew nodded, "I hope so."
Vexthra looked at Nara, who seemed shaken by the idea of her spending 2,000 years in hell. Seeing her sister scared, she glared at Uncle Drew.
"I know you want them strong and all, but you should know Nara is your master’s wife. I hope you get what I am trying to say."
Uncle Drew smiled, "Loud and clear, my goddess. But fear not, master will understand."
Vexthra smiled and copied Uncle Drew’s words, "I hope so."
What she meant to say was, ’Even if he understood, as long as I have boobs and a butt, he will listen to whatever I say.’
The Night Rider Captain shuddered at the sight of Vexthra’s smile.
"Alright, let’s get ready to leave."
