The main headquarters of the Pill Council is located in a Celestial World, one of the few such Celestial worlds in the universe. It is a known fact that there are not many Celestials, or at least this assumption was reached due to the known Celestials.
Of course, many fell during the era-ending wars that plague the universe.
So for now, the known Celestials are fewer than a thousand, something that should be considered disturbing.
After all, when the attackers come, they will be bringing tens of thousands of Celestials. Once that day comes, there is just no way the universe will be able to stop them.
The Pill Council consists of a nine-member council. There is no supreme authority like the Celestial Council or the Soul Temple. All decisions are made by the Nine Council Members.
The nine members are all accomplished Pill Celestials.
They had been heading the Pill Council for billions of years. In fact, on the Pill Dao Tablet, their names are listed. This means they had, at some point in the past, done something great to gain the recognition of the Pill Dao.
When the Pill Dao Tablet announced Kent’s name, they dropped everything and rushed to an emergency meeting, one aimed at determining Kent’s fate.
After all, he had proven to the entire universe that, no matter the level of the herb, refining a pill ring is determined by the alchemist’s skill.

This title came about because of what he had accomplished that made the Pill Dao recognize him. He came up with a way to concoct pills from abstract concepts like "Fate," "Karma," and "Destiny."
He made the "Supreme Fate Binding Pill," one of the most dangerous pills ever created. It can be said that aside from the Pill Dao, other Daos recognized his brilliance.
"We all never slept and dreamt of a day like this. After all, when Kevin Sage decided to share his knowledge with all, the world of alchemy was ruined.
Alchemists now rely on what has been done before to rise up the ladder. Of course, he had done the right thing, but his intentions were ruined by how lazy man had become.
However, it ends today. Today, we all have witnessed something that I, when I was a Pill Monarch, couldn’t achieve. Refining an Azure Pill Ring from Tier 11 ingredients was something we all know is impossible.
It had never been done before, and I know you all can attest that, at some point, you tried something like that. I was able to achieve that when I became a Pill Sovereign.
This means we have just witnessed history, and I, for one, would love to hear how he achieved that. This kid must be located and brought here for proper guidance."
"Aren’t you a little too excited, Prime?" Pill Celestial Nyxaris Vel, the Poison Sovereign of Balance, stepped in, her expression calm, but there was danger behind her eyes.
"We both know that before the Pill Dao recognized you, it meant you had done something that impressed them. Kent Madson’s name had appeared because he accomplished a great feat.
"Don’t get me wrong. I am not downplaying his achievement or anything. I am just a bit concerned with how fast you want to run this down the chain.
The kid is merely a Pill Emperor. He has to go through the Monarch, Sovereign, Legend, and Divine stages before reaching the point where it all matters, the Pill Immortal stage.
So maybe we should take a step back and see this from a new angle."
"I can’t believe I am saying this, but I think Vel is right," Pill Celestial Braegon Titanforge said, his expression filled with a defeated sigh...
"What is that supposed to mean, Braegon?" Vel asked, her eyes narrowed a bit.

My name appeared on the Pill Dao Tablet when I became a Pill God. But even so, if it wasn’t for Prime and Selphira, I would have died or, worse, become a slave for the Soul Temple.

Just now, when Kent’s name appeared on the Pill Dao Tablet, the pride he felt when he witnessed Sage’s win against the Pill King resurfaced, and so he wanted to find him and nurture him.
He promised himself he would never dedicate himself to another disciple again after Kevin died. But Kent’s name appearing on the Pill Dao Tablet had shattered that.
"He had already walked into the realm of danger when his name appeared on three Dao Tablets. So I suppose the question we should be asking is, how are we going to protect him?"
