Primordial Chaos Dragon Tower: Harem System

Chapter 1465: Green Ice Restaurant

Chapter 1465: Green Ice Restaurant

"Everything sums up to 123 billion high-grade spirit stones."

"Here you go." Kent handed the card to Lia and leaned back in his chair.

The Tower had already informed him that the first 100 years’ benefits from his 2% shares had been deposited into his account. After that, everything started to accumulate onto his VIP auction card.

But the one on his bank card was already enough to pay for this item. He also had physical spirit stones that he could use. However, to take his eye off his wealth, he decided to use the card.

This was also his way of letting Lady Wu know he was back. Kent was sure she should be monitoring his wealth, so he used it.

Lia, who couldn’t believe her eyes, took the card and pressed it against the payment crystal. Everyone inside the store held their breath, watching as the crystal hummed softly before turning green.

When the payment is confirmed, they all turned to look at Kent, who bit into his fruit as if he hadn’t just made the biggest purchase in the store’s history.

Lia couldn’t believe she had made such a sale. The biggest sale she had ever made in her life was 2 billion. However, to make 123 billion in a single sale was just beyond anything she had prepared for.

She returned with the card and a space ring holding the items he bought. Kent wasted no time and stored them away before asking the question that had brought him into the store in the first place.

"I was told the Green Ice Restaurant serves some of the best dishes in Snow City. If you don’t mind, kindly show me the direction to get there."

Lia nodded promptly and led Kent out of the store. The other sellers and buyers could only stand there and watch them leave. It was after they left that many started wondering who Kent was.

After many assumptions, they concluded that, since Kent didn’t mind showing off his wealth in front of dozens of others, he might come from a very powerful background.

Once that conclusion was reached, none of them dared follow him or even plot behind closed doors. They didn’t want to anger him.

On the other hand, Lia led Kent out of the store and started walking due east. "You can just show me where to go, and that would do. No need to take me there."

"I insist. Your purchase just now has changed my life in ways you can’t start to imagine, so the least I can do is take you where you want to go."

"If you insist, then I will be in your care."

Lia nodded, and soon, they put quite a distance between them and the store. Half an hour later, they arrived at a grand restaurant.

"Wow, I guess the hype wasn’t for nothing. This place is grand."

"Indeed. It is one of the best restaurants in Snow City. The last I checked, reserving a table here requires you to be of a certain social standing. Only powerful immortals, demigods, and gods eat here."

Kent nodded but said nothing. He wasn’t here to eat, so there was just no way he would bother with reserving a table.

"By the way, thanks for bringing me here. If you need anything, feel free to tell me, and I will do my best to help you."

Lia smiled and shook her head. "You have done enough. Just enjoy your meal. If destiny wills it, we will meet again."

Kent nodded, and they parted ways. He stood there for a few minutes before approaching the restaurant.

’Immortal Emperors as guards, huh?’ Kent said inwardly as he approached the guards with a polite smile.

"Good day, seniors. I am here to meet Lord Bimk."

"Is he aware you are coming?" one of them asked.

Even without them saying a word, Kent could see the disdain on their faces. They looked down on him, which in reality wasn’t their fault. He had no powerful guard with him, so there was no need to respect him, even if he was some powerful heir.

"If the one who sent me informed him, then yes. But just in case she hasn’t, then let him know Queen Randel sent me."

At the mention of Randel’s name, the two of them straightened up.

"Can we see some proof?" This time, their tone wasn’t arrogant in any way. If anything, he now sounded more respectful.

Kent nodded, retrieved the jade token Randel had given him, and handed it to them. Seeing the familiar token, they bowed, and one of them gestured for him to follow.

Kent said nothing and started to follow him inside.

The interior was lavish, as one would expect. Of course, he paid little to no attention to that since the last thing he wanted was meeting the gaze of anyone he shouldn’t have.

If this were a place where the strongest was an Immortal Lord, he wouldn’t have minded. However, he could already sense people more powerful than Immortal Lords, so he was being respectful.

They moved up the stairs. A few minutes later, they arrived in a VIP room where only a jade table and marble chairs could be seen.

On the table rested a jug filled with wine and two wine glasses on the side.

"Please wait here. I will inform Lord Bimk of your arrival."

The guard left, leaving Kent alone in the room. He stayed there for a few minutes before pouring some wine for himself.

Taking a sip, he felt a refreshing sensation pass through his body. "Good wine," he began, taking tiny sips and savoring the taste.

Meanwhile, the guard quickly made his way toward another VIP room, where a fat man with a belly so big that fitting him in a Cybertruck would be an impossible task.

With him was a lady dressed like a man. She is extremely beautiful, but with he low-cut hair and cloak, she appeared more handsome.

Both of them were Peak Immortal Lords; however, at a glance, one could tell the fatty would easily end her existence with a snap of his finger.

Suddenly, a knock landed on the door, causing them to pause their discussion. They turned to the door, both letting out dangerous glares.

Before they even asked, the guard knelt and spoke. "My lord, the person Lady Randel spoke about is here. I took him to VIP room 342."

The lady dressed as a man sighed. "My apologies, Lord Bigson. I will be right back."

The fatty growled but nodded.

He extended his senses to the VIP room where Kent was resting. When he saw the person who dared to end his meeting with Lord Bimk, a frown appeared on his face.

However, he made no action that would suggest he was pissed.

Instead, he took a large chunk of meat and started devouring it.

Lord Bimk, who preferred to be called that way despite being a lady, left the VIP room where she was meeting the fatty and headed toward VIP room 342.

Queen Randel had called and informed her that Kent would be coming. She made sure she was aware that Kent was a very important person, so he should be treated with respect.

Since she was instructed by a VIP member of her restaurant, she took Kent’s arrival seriously, so now that he was here, she decided to go see him first.

A few minutes later, she stood before the door leading to the VIP room.

’Here we go.’ She swung the door open, and when her eyes landed on Kent’s face, a stunned expression filled her eyes.
