Chapter 1499: The Divination
Chapter 1499: The Divination
Aside from being an accomplished alchemist, Ainna is also proficient in the art of divination. In fact, her dream of becoming an alchemist started during the era of Pill Celestial Kevi Sage, the smartest man to ever live.
Inaya knew that all too well, and so she asked for her help.
"What at all do you see in him, Inaya?" Ainna asked, clearly annoyed that, at every turn, her friend seemed to drag her into Jest-related issues.
Inaya smiled and replied, "You wouldn’t understand even if I told you."
"Try me."
Ainna had known Inaya for years. She knew the kind of person she was at heart, and so she knew that when it came to matters related to Jest, she tended to be a bit stupid. Despite the brat hurting her terribly the last time, she still hung on to him.
This baffled her, and so despite years passing, whenever she heard Inaya speak about Jest—something she did almost every day—she always got annoyed.
"When you meet him, I am sure you will understand." A blush appeared on her cheek. "Jest is the kind of person you would hate at first sight, but would come to love over time."
"What an idiot," Ainna muttered, and then she sighed.
After sitting there for a few minutes, she retrieved an artifact from her space ring and set it down. Then she grabbed the hair that Inaya retrieved from her space ring with an annoyed look on her face.
Clearly, it belongs to Jest.
"Stupid."
Inaya smiled, knowing her friend had every right to insult her.
"It will take three days, so don’t disturb me," Ainna said before closing her eyes. Inaya nodded to her words and started waiting.
In her mind, if indeed Jest is back and he is on Planet Brymrr now, she would go to him and give him a piece of her mind. She had a lot to tell him, and as she sat there, looking at her friend do her thing, she could only hope she succeeded.

[Ainna’s POV]
While Inaya was waiting for her to finish the divination, Ainna was fighting an internal battle. In her mind and heart, she hated Jest for what he did to her friend.
When she found Inaya, she was broken and on the verge of death. This sight broke her so much that after spending hundreds of thousands of years fixing her, she vowed to make the brat pay.
By then, Jest had reached a level where she couldn’t touch him. Even so, she cursed him a few times, hoping he would suffer before dying.
Thankfully, after Jest died during the Divine War, she managed to find peace in her heart. Now, the same brat had resurfaced, and while she wished with every part of her being that all of this shouldn’t be the case, a part of her knew the brat was indeed back.
Now, she was tasked with finding him, something she knew she could easily do. The only reason she asked for three days was to see if she could deceive her friend.
However, using her divine sense to look at Inaya fidgeting with her fingers like a kid, she knew doing so to her would be bad.
’Curse you, Jest. If you are indeed back, then I will look for you and make sure I send you falling into the deepest, darkest hole.’
She remained seated for two and a half days, just cursing the brat. Eventually, she decided to cast the divination spell. Immediately the spell was cast, her consciousness was pulled away, appearing in front of a beautiful tower.
The tower stood in a pink flower field, one filled with the scent of love. The field was vast and so beautiful that the moment Ainna appeared there, she felt her restless heart calm down.
The tower was tall and segmented like a pagoda. There were 13 segments, each with a unique design. The first segment had a dragon tattoo before it. The second had a sword, while the third had crossed daggers.
At every segment, a different color was emitted from the windows. This made Ainna wonder what this place was. However, because of how beautiful the place was, she didn’t speak for a few minutes.
Eventually, she spoke:
"Where am I?" she muttered, looking around her.
"Welcome to the divine space of my master. My name is Tower." A beautiful loli with golden hair and a pair of glassy eyes appeared from thin air and spoke, giving Ainna a fright.
"Who are you?" Ainna asked, causing the loli to sigh.
"I clearly just said my name is Tower. Are you deaf?"
Ainna narrowed her eyes. "Tower. What kind of stupid name is that?"
Tower also narrowed her eyes. Clearly, both ladies didn’t like each other’s tone. Thankfully, Ainna saw Tower as a child, so she chose to be the bigger person. Unbeknownst to her, Tower is several billion years older than her.
"Why am I here?"
"What were you up to before you ended up here?" Tower asked, crossing her tiny arms across her chest.
"I was performing a divination on a certain jackass."
"Does this jackass happen to be called Jest?"
Ainna narrowed her eyes again. "How did you know that?"
Tower turned and looked toward the second segment of the tower. "The one you are looking for is in the second segment. But before I let you go, tell me one thing: what do you want with him? I can tell you clearly hate him, so why are you divining his fate?"
"It is a favour for a friend who can’t just let go. That said, I want to break every bone in his body, so there is that. Can I go now?"
Tower smiled and pointed at the second segment, causing stairs to form. "Let me warn you, though. For choosing to divine someone that important, you will have to pay a price. I cannot say what the price will be, but I am certain it will make you wish you had never performed divination on him."
Tower waved her hand, and Ainna was pulled up the stairs. Before she could turn and say anything, the door to the second segment opened, and she was pulled inside.
Instantly, her consciousness traveled through space and time in the blink of an eye before she appeared in a place she hadn’t been for billions of years.
Her consciousness was drawn to a certain hotel, where, in one room, a certain handsome man with purple hair, with strands of gold and red, lay on the bed, his dick buried in the throat of a demigod.
When she appeared, Kent turned to face her, causing her heartbeat to rise. She thought she was discovered, which would have been awkward.
Thankfully, after a few seconds, Lene pulled her head back and asked, "Everything alright, Master?"
"Yes, Lene. I thought I had sensed a presence, but it was a false alarm." Kent replied, ran his hand through her hair, and asked, "Are you satisfied yet?"
"No, Master. Not yet."
Kent laughed and said, "You know, when it is just the two of us, you can call me Kent."
Lene smiled and held onto him. "No. Kent Madson is for everyone else. I prefer Master. It makes me feel special."
"Fine. Just don’t make it your kink and start dressing like a maid." They both laughed.
Meanwhile, after several minutes, Ainna woke up in her body back in the Elven continent, her cheeks red.
"I-I found him."
